3. Cooking utensil cover according to claim 1, characterised in that the bubble breaking structure comprises a bottom plate (8) formed in the housing positioning cavity (6) for opposing the cooking chamber and an opening (9) formed in the bottom plate (8).

Cooking utensil cover according to claim 3, characterised in that the opening (9) is fitted with a sealing ring (10), wherein the sealing ring (10) has an inner circumferential surface on which second ribs (2) are formed for snap-fitting with fourth ribs on the outer circumferential surface of the positioning cylinder of the steam valve seat.

The cooking utensil cover body according to claim 4 wherein the inner circumferential surface of the opening (9) is connected with an annular fixture block (12) by an annular flange (11), and in the axial direction of the opening (9), both ends of the annular fixture block (12) axially protrude relative to the annular flange (11);
an annular clamping groove (14) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the sealing ring (10) through two oppositely extending arms (13), and an inlet (15) of the annular clamping groove (14) is formed between the two arms (13);
wherein the annular cartridge (12) fits within the annular cartridge (14) and the annular flange (11) is received within the inlet (15).
6. The cooking utensil cover according to claim 4 wherein the upper and lower sides of the first rib (1) and/or the second rib (2) are formed as inclined guide surfaces (16);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the upper side and the lower side of each of the first convex rib (1) and/or the second convex rib (2) are connected through a circular arc surface (17).
7. A cooking utensil cover assembly, characterized in that it comprises a steam outlet and a food steamer and a cooking utensil cover (5) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the steam outlet and the food steamer being selectively positionable in the housing positioning chamber (6), wherein,
when the steam discharging device is arranged in the accommodating and positioning cavity (6), the third convex rib (3) on the outer side surface of the steam discharging device is clamped and matched with the lower part of the first convex rib (1).
8. The cooking utensil cover assembly of claim 7 wherein the steam vent is a steam valve comprising a steam valve cover (18) and a steam valve seat (19), wherein,
the steam valve seat (19) comprises a seat body and a positioning cylinder (20), the third convex rib (3) is formed on the outer side surface of the seat body, the outer peripheral surface of the positioning cylinder (20) is provided with a fourth convex rib (4),

the cooking appliance comprises a cooking appliance cover (5) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a steam outlet device is detachably arranged in the receiving and positioning chamber (6).
