一种医用床垫,由垫芯(1)和外套(2)构成,垫芯(1)由按重量份额高分子树脂100份,抗氧剂0.1~0.3份,抗菌防霉母粒1.5~4.0份,抗静电母粒1.0~1.5份制成,外套(2)表面电阻是106~109Ω,是采用专用涤纶长丝与高性能永久性导电纤维织造的抗静电布料,能持续有效防霉抗菌和抗静电,回弹8万次不变形,具备可清洗、抗菌防霉、防静电、环保的特点,节省了成本。

技术领域
本发明属涉及医疗用品领域,具体为一种医用床垫。
背景技术
目前的医用床垫主要有弹簧床垫、棕榈床垫、海绵床垫、乳胶床垫、水床垫、气床垫、磁床垫等。但,弹簧床垫存在不耐用,易变形和塌陷的问题,患者睡得不舒服,同时有些弹簧床垫的垫层还存在有会释放甲醛的环保问题,对患者身体极大不利;棕垫床垫往往材质很硬,患者睡上去不舒服,尤其是对那些做手术的患者的恢复及其不利,同时有些棕垫床垫处理不好,也会有大量的甲醛释放,这对患者的身体是非常有害的;海绵床垫质地过软,睡在上面容易发热,而患者一天90%的时间都是睡在床上度过的,这很容易让患者背部屁股等生疮,同时对脊椎不好的患者也不利于恢复;乳胶床垫由于价格过高,一般一张2米长、1米宽的乳胶床垫成本会在800元以上,这样会增加医院的负担,同时质地也很软,有些患者不好睡,同时有些患者会对乳胶过敏。以上包括水床垫、气床垫、磁床垫等这些床垫都不能清洗,容易滋生细菌,也都有一个致命的缺点,都不能抗静电,这在医院里是非常不利的,静电很容易让物体吸附灰尘,影响卫生状况,而在手术室里由于静电的缘故往往会导致精密仪器出现偏差甚至失灵,也会影响手术室的洁净度。所以,市场上急需一种价格适中、性价比高、舒适干爽、能防霉、可清洗、能抗静电的床垫。
发明内容
为了改善上述问题,本发明提供一种医用床垫,本发明采用的技术方案:本医用床垫由垫芯和外套构成,垫芯由按重量份额高分子树脂100份,抗氧剂0.1~0.3份,抗菌防霉母粒1.5~4.0份,抗静电母粒1.0~1.5份的物质制成,高分子树脂为聚乙烯、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯辛烯共聚物、聚丙烯中的至少一种,优选则为任意比例,抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(抗氧剂1010)、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯(抗氧剂1076)、N,N′-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺(抗氧剂1098)、2,2′-硫代双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯](抗氧剂1035)、三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯(抗氧剂168)中的至少一种,优选则为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168的比例是2∶1,抗菌防霉母粒为聚乙烯树脂为载体做成的浓度为60%母粒,其中抗菌剂为无机纳米银抗菌剂、纳米氧化锌、香草醛、乙基香草醛中的至少一种,防霉剂为10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、苯酚、五氯酚、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙或三丁基锡中的至少一种,优选抗菌剂为无机纳米银抗菌剂、纳米氧化锌、香草醛、乙基香草醛以每两组1∶1的比例或每三组以1∶1∶1的比例,防霉剂为10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙或三丁基锡以1∶1∶1的比例;抗静电母粒以聚乙烯树脂为载体而做成的浓度为1%的母粒,其中抗静电剂为单壁碳纳米管,优选的抗静电剂为经过分散处理好的单壁碳纳米管,分散剂为醇类、酯类中的任意组合;外套采用专用涤纶长丝与高性能永久性导电纤维,经特殊工艺织造的抗静电布料,外套其表面电阻是106~109Ω,制成一种可清洗抗菌防霉防静电的医疗护理高分子3D立体床垫。该发明的有益效果是:本发明使用特制的抗菌防霉母粒以及抗静电母粒使医疗护理高分子3D立体床垫在保证其物理性能不变甚至还有所提高的情况(常温下,湿度为50度)下,能持续有效防霉抗菌和抗静电,24小时杀菌效果可达99.9%,表面电阻在108~1010Ω,抗静电效果能保持在20年以上,回弹8万次不变形,具备可清洗、抗菌防霉、防静电、环保的特点,节省成本。

具体实施方式

制作本医用床垫,垫芯(1)的制作可以下步骤:
S1先按照做抗菌防霉母粒的配比混料投料,然后通过造粒机制得抗菌防霉母粒;
S2先放低密度聚乙烯树脂到搅拌机里,再按配比倒能抗菌防霉助剂以及分散剂到搅拌机里混合搅拌,得A料;
S3然后将A料吸入挤出机抽粒机,经过螺杆的熔融、剪切、混炼等步骤后再由专门的抽粒模头流出,最后经过水槽冷却成型、牵引、切割得抗菌防霉母粒;
S4再按照做抗静电母粒的配比混料投料,然后通过造粒机制得抗静电母粒,造粒机可为双螺杆,螺杆直径为60mm,螺杆温度为140~150℃;
S5先放低密度聚乙烯树脂到搅拌机里,再按配比倒抗静电助剂以及分散剂到搅拌机里混合搅拌,得B料;
S6然后将B料吸入挤出机抽粒机,经过螺杆的熔融、剪切、混炼等步骤后再由专门的抽粒模头流出,最后经过水槽冷却成型、牵引、切割得抗静电母粒;
S7放高分子树脂到搅拌机里,再按配比倒各种助剂以及母粒到搅拌机里混合搅拌,得C料;
S8将C料吸入预先升好温的挤出机里,挤出机可为单螺杆,螺杆直径为150mm,螺杆的温度在140~155℃,模头在150~160℃,经过螺杆的熔融、剪切、混炼等步骤后再由专用的模头流出,最后经过专用的冷却定型槽成型、牵引、切割得高分子3D立体床垫芯成品。之后按照不同的规格套入对应尺寸的防静电布料外套即可。
实施例1-10:
按照分子树脂、助剂、母粒,搅拌混合,熔融挤出,选模具,冷却定型,牵引切割的生产工艺来制作10件样品,然后将这些样品进行测试,得到以下性能数据:

由以上数据可得知,本发明的最佳配比比例为高分子树脂100份,抗氧剂0.15~0.25份,抗菌防霉母粒2.0~3.5份,抗静电母粒1.1~1.4份。

Claims (6)

1.一种医用床垫,所述床垫由垫芯(1)和外套(2)构成,垫芯(1)由按重量份额高分子树脂100份,抗氧剂0.1~0.3份,抗菌防霉母粒1.5~4.0份,抗静电母粒1.0~1.5份制成,外套(2)表面电阻是106~109Ω,是采用专用涤纶长丝与高性能永久性导电纤维织造的抗静电布料。
2.权利要求1所述的垫芯,其特征是高分子树脂是聚乙烯、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯辛烯共聚物、聚丙烯中的至少一种,优选则为任意比例。
3.权利要求1所述的垫芯,其特征是抗氧剂是四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(抗氧剂1010)、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯(抗氧剂1076)、N,N′-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺(抗氧剂1098)、2,2′-硫代双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯](抗氧剂1035)、三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯(抗氧剂168)中的至少一种,优选则为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168的比例是2∶1。
4.权利要求1所述的垫芯,其特征是抗菌防霉母粒为聚乙烯树脂为载体做成的浓度为60%母粒,其中抗菌剂为无机纳米银抗菌剂、纳米氧化锌、香草醛、乙基香草醛中的至少一种,防霉剂为10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、苯酚、五氯酚、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙或三丁基锡中的至少一种,优选抗菌剂为无机纳米银抗菌剂、纳米氧化锌、香草醛、乙基香草醛以每两组1∶1的比例或每三组以1∶1∶1的比例,防霉剂为10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、苯酚、五氯酚、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙或三丁基锡中的至少一种,优选抗菌剂为无机纳米银抗菌剂、纳米氧化锌、香草醛、乙基香草醛以每两组1∶1的比例或每三组以1∶1∶1的比例,防霉剂为10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙或三丁基锡以1∶1∶1的比例。
5.权利要求1所述的垫芯,其特征是抗静电母粒以聚乙烯树脂为载体而做成的浓度为1%的母粒,其中抗静电剂为单壁碳纳米管,优选的抗静电剂为经过分散处理好的单壁碳纳米管,分散剂为醇类、酯类中的任意组合。
