Background
The total station instrument point throwing method is a common inclination observation method for carrying out integral inclination observation on a building, and the basic idea is as follows: laying reference points, pasting a reflector plate on the top of the building wall to be detected as a top monitoring point, taking the graduated scale as a bottom corresponding point, and locating the graduated scale and the top monitoring point on the same vertical line. In the actual observation process, we find that: (1) because the wall edges are not in a complete right-angle state due to plastering and other reasons on the two sides of the wall surface, the reference reading of the graduated scale cannot be accurately aligned with the wall edges, and the fact that the reference reading starts from one reference reading every time cannot be ensured; (2) the problem of reading deviation caused by the fact that the graduated scale is not horizontal is very obvious, and due to the human error, monitoring data can be inaccurate, and early warning can be affected. For high-precision building deformation measurement, the above problems need to be solved.
