本发明公开了一种汽车传动轴轴承的配方,所述汽车传动轴轴承的配方是由以下各原料按重量配比的组分组成:Zn:20‑35%,Al:5‑13%,Cr:1.5‑3.2%,Mo:0.8‑1.5%,MoS2:2‑3.5%,Ti:30‑36%,Cu:余量。采用本发明的技术方案通过对高温性能影响较大的合金元素按一定比例进行添加调整配比,从而提高材料的高温强度和高温热稳定性,从而保证传动轴轴承的结构强度和结构稳定性,满足了客户对配件强度和尺寸精度的要求。

本发明属于汽车配件加工技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车传动轴轴承的配方。
背景技术
车辆的各个部分由于在结构特点要求的不同,某些部分要求高强度,有些部分则要求高冲击韧性,因此,存在局部要求不同强度的配件;目前在制造具有不同强度的车辆的配件时,对于要求高强度的部分,利用热处理硬化钢板来制造配件,对于要求低强度的部分,则使用一般钢板来进行制造,然后通过焊接或冷压的方式将两种或多种不同钢种的配件连接起来制造车辆的零部件;采用不同强度的材料进行连接的方式,由于材料之间的弹性变形不同导致出现尺寸不一致的现象,尺寸精度误差大。

为解决以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车传动轴轴承的配方,该汽车传动轴轴承的配方克服了现有技术的不足,满足了客户对配件结构强度和尺寸精度的要求。
本发明一种汽车传动轴轴承的配方的技术方案是:为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种汽车传动轴轴承,其特征在于:所述汽车传动轴轴承的配方是由以下各原料按重量配比的组分组成:Zn:20-35%,Al:5-13%,Cr:1.5-3.2%,Mo:0.8-1.5%,MoS2 :2-3.5%,Ti:30-36%,Cu :余量。
所述汽车传动轴轴承的配方中还添加 Fe,其按重量配比的组分为 :10-20%。
在上述技术方案中,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过对高温性能影响较大的合金元素按一定比例进行添加调整配比,从而提高材料的高温强度和高温热稳定性,从而保证传动轴轴承的结构强度和结构稳定性。

本实施例的汽车传动轴轴承的配方中还添加 Fe,其按重量配比的组分为 20%。
实施例3
所述汽车传动轴轴承的配方是由以下各原料按重量配比的组分组成:Zn:28%,Al:10%,Cr:2.3%,Mo:、1.0%,MoS2 :2.8%,Ti:32%,Cu :余量。
本实施例的汽车传动轴轴承的配方中还添加 Fe,其按重量配比的组分为 :15%。
本发明通过对高温性能影响较大的合金元素按一定比例进行添加调整配比,从而提高材料的高温强度和高温热稳定性,从而保证传动轴轴承的结构强度和结构稳定性。
