Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车轴承,所述汽车轴承由如下重量配比的组分组成 :Zn:18‑33%,Al:8‑15%,Cr:1.2‑3%,Mo:0.6‑1.2%,MoS2 :1‑3%,Ti:32‑38%,Cu:余量。本发明的优点在于:本发明通过对高温性能影响较大的合金元素按一定比例进行添加调整配比,从而提高材料的高温强度和高温热稳定性,从而保证轴承的结构强度和结构稳定性。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件加工技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车轴承。
背景技术
车辆的各个部分由于在结构特点要求的不同,某些部分要求高强度,有些部分则要求高冲击韧性,因此,存在局部要求不同强度的配件;目前在制造具有不同强度的车辆的配件时,对于要求高强度的部分,利用热处理硬化钢板来制造配件,对于要求低强度的部分,则使用一般钢板来进行制造,然后通过焊接或冷压的方式将两种或多种不同钢种的配件连接起来制造车辆的零部件;采用不同强度的材料进行连接的方式,由于材料之间的弹性变形不同导致出现尺寸不一致的现象,尺寸精度误差大。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车轴承,以解决上述技术
问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种汽车轴承,其创新点在于:所述汽车轴承由如下重量配比的组分组成 :Zn:18-33%,Al:8-15%,Cr:1.2-3%,Mo:0.6-1.2%,MoS2 :1-3%,Ti:32-38%,Cu :余量。
进一步地,所述汽车轴承还添加了 Fe :12-24%。
本发明的优点在于:本发明通过对高温性能影响较大的合金元素按一定比例进行添加调整配比,从而提高材料的高温强度和高温热稳定性,从而保证轴承的结构强度和结构稳定性。

本实施例汽车轴承,该汽车轴承由如下重量配比的组分组成 :Zn: 33%,Al: 15%,Cr:3%,Mo: 1.2%,MoS2 : 3%,Ti: 38%,Fe : 24%,Cu :余量。

本实施例汽车轴承,该汽车轴承由如下重量配比的组分组成 :Zn:25%,Al:12%,Cr:2.1%,Mo:0.9%,MoS2 :2%,Ti:35%,Fe :18%,Cu :余量。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车轴承,其特征在于:所述汽车轴承还添加了 Fe :12-24%。
