Abstract
本发明涉及一种插管装置,更详细而言涉及一种具备能够为了对患者实施人工呼吸而容易地实施插管的摄像头的一次性插管装置。本发明的一次性插管装置包括插管和插入于插管的内腔而用于使插管的插管容易的中空的导管。插管为具有开放的两端部的中空的管,在一端部固定有用于与用于向所述插管的内腔供应气体的外部设备连接的接头。导管具有开放的第一端部和第二端部,且配置为插入于所述插管而使第二端部向所述接头外侧。本发明的一次性插管装置包括管托,该管托与插管的接头能够分离地连接而用于利用导管使插管的插管容易。此外,包括设置于导管的第一端部以便将导管插入于口腔内时使施术者能够识别声带和支气管的透镜、以及设置于透镜的后方的摄像模块。摄像模块连接至USB线,USB线端子配置为向导管的第二端部露出。透镜以密封导管的内腔的方式设置于导管的第一端部侧的末端部。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种插管装置,更详细而言,涉及一种能够为了对患者实施人工呼吸而容易实施插管的一次性插管装置。
背景技术
为了进行手术而使患者全身麻醉,或者对因事故等处于意识模糊的状态的患者或自我呼吸困难的重症患者实施人工呼吸而向气管实施插管。
以往,为了进行人工呼吸而实施插管时使用喉镜。喉镜用于为了向患者的气管内插入管而使患者躺下、头向后仰后,插入至口腔,并由施术者确认喉头的声带并向声带之间插入管。然而,当患者有知觉时,很难使用喉镜,而且,当患者的颈部有问题时,头向后仰也可能会危险。在嘴和下巴较小的患者、颈部较短的患者的情况下,也难以使用喉镜来插管。此外,当使用喉镜时,牙齿不坚固的人也会有牙齿被折断的担忧。
也可以取代喉镜地使用内窥镜来实施插管。然而,内窥镜价格昂贵,且为了使用内窥镜,还需要特殊的手艺,需要熟知专门的使用法。
此外,为了使用喉镜来向患者的口腔内插管,施术者一手握住喉镜,用另一只手执行插管。当患者的口腔内发生出血或患者的口腔内的分泌物过多时,需要行用于去除患者的口腔内的异物的吸引手术。此时,施术者无法单独去除异物的同时实施插管。即使是使用内窥镜来实施插管的情况下,当需要去除口腔内的异物时,施术者也无法单独去除口腔内的异物的同时实施插管。
此外,喉镜或内窥镜使用过一次后,为了给别的患者使用,必须进行消毒。喉镜或内窥镜的消毒耗费大量的时间和费用,而且,当消毒不充分时,存在被感染别的患者的疾病的担忧。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明用于解决当使用喉镜或内窥镜执行插管时发生的如上所述的问题。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种施术者能够单独容易地执行插管的插管装置。此外,本发明的目的在于,能够防止当使用喉镜实施插管时插管引起的患者的感染的价格低廉的一次性插管装置。
技术方案
本发明的一次性插管装置包括插管和插入于插管的内腔而用于使插管的插管容易的中空的导管。插管是具有开放的两端部的中空的管,在一端部固定有用于与向所述插管的内腔供应气体的外部设备连接的接头。导管具有开放的第一端部和第二端部,且配置为插入于所述插管而使第二端部向所述接头外侧露出,且长度相对于所述插管长、直径相对于所述插管小。本发明的一次性插管装置包括管托,该管托与插管的接头能够分离地连接而用于利用导管使插管的插管容易。管托为中空的圆柱形状,且一端开放而与所述接头能够分离地结合,且配置为使所述导管的第二端部向另一端的中心部通过而露出。
此外,本发明的一次性插管装置包括设置于导管的第一端部以便将导管插入于口腔内时使施术者能够识别声带和支气管的透镜、以及设置于透镜的后方的摄像模块。在摄像模块包括LED灯。摄像模块连接至USB线,USB线端子配置为向导管的第二端部露出。透镜设置为将导管的内腔密封于导管第一端部侧的末端部。
此外,在本发明的一次性插管装置中,所述导管由具备将第一端部弯曲至规定角度以上时能够维持被弯曲的形态的程度的弹塑性的材料而成。例如,可以使用具有适当的直径和厚度的铝合金管或包括适当的直径的钢线丝的合成树脂管。导管在插管前根据患者的状态将第一端部弯曲至适当的角度来使用。例如,可以将导管制作为在30度至90度范围内具有弹塑性。
在一些实施例中,本发明的一次性插管装置还可以包括为了在插管后容易地去除导管而固定于所述导管的第二端部侧的手柄。
在一些实施例中,本发明的一次性插管装置的管托还可以在外周面包括与中空的内部连通的方式凸出形成的吸入接头,以便去除患者的口腔内的异物。
在一些实施例中,可以使本发明的一次性插管装置USB端子在被连接至智能手机、智能平板电脑、便携式电脑等时使口腔内的影像被显示于诸如智能手机的装置的显示部。从而,普通人也能够接受简单的培训后利用一次性插管装置确认显示于显示部的影像的同时,安全而又迅速地对急诊患者实施插管来掌握急诊患者的气道。
发明的效果
本发明的一次性插管装置能够利用在末端具备摄像头的导管来确认显示于显示部的口腔内的影像的同时,迅速而又安全地对患者实施插管。此外,本发明的插管装置具备导管,因而无需使用喉镜。由于不消毒喉镜而再使用,因而不存在喉镜消毒不足导致的感染的危险。尤其,由于本发明的插管装置是一次性的,无需进行用于再使用的消毒,因而使用起来方便,且不存在感染的危险,因而卫生。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
参照图1,本实施例的一次性插管装置包括插管100和插入于插管的内腔而用于使插管的插管容易的导管组装体200。
参照图2,插管100包括具有开放的两端部的中空的通气管110和固定于通气管110的一端部而用于与用于向所述插管的内腔供应气体的外部设备连接的接头120。通气管110由诸如聚乙烯、聚丙烯的柔软的半硬质塑料制作。此外,在通气管110的另一端形成有气囊130,且连接有用于向气囊130注入空气的插接头140。在插接头140连接注射器来向气囊130供应空气。使气囊130在插管结束后膨胀来阻挡人工呼吸时被供应至肺的空气向外部泄露。接头120将在进行插管后连接诸如人工呼吸器的装置而向通气管110供应空气。接头120具备具有大于通气管110的直径的连接部121和用于划定连接部121的边界的突缘122。
参照图3,导管组装体200包括导管210、管托230、手柄240。导管210具有开放的第一端部和第二端部,且配置为插入于所述插管100的通气管110而使第二端部向接头120外侧露出。导管210相对于插管100长度长、直径小。导管210插入于插管110的中空部分而用于使插管100的插管容易。
参照图1和图5,管托230为中空的圆柱形状,其一端开放而与接头120能够分离地结合。在管托230的另一端固定有帽件235,且配置为导管210的第二端部向帽件235的中心部通过而露出。管托230与插管100的接头120能够分离地连接,从而,当插管100的插管结束时,与导管210一同从插管100被分离而去除。插管结束后,若从插管100去除管托230和导管210,则人工呼吸器与接头120连接。在管托230的外周面形成有以与中空的内部231连通的方式凸出形成的吸入接头232。吸入接头232用于连接真空排管来去除患者的口腔内的异物。此外,在外周面形成有用于将真空排管连接至管托232时供用户握住管托232的把手233。
优选导管210由具备将第一端部弯曲规定角度以上时能够维持被弯曲的形态的程度的弹塑性的材料制作。例如,可以使用具有适当的直径和厚度的铝合金管或包括适当的直径的钢线丝的合成树脂管。例如,可以将导管制作为在30度至90度范围内具有弹塑性。就导管210而言,可以在将插管100插入于患者的口腔内之前根据患者的状态将端部弯曲至适当的角度,以便容易插入至支气管。
此外,手柄240固定于导管210的第二端部侧,插管100的插管结束后,可以拉动手柄240来容易地去除导管210和管托230。

若将本发明的一次性插管装置的USB端子254连接至智能手机,则可以使智能手机的应用程序(APP)进行动作来打开摄像模块的LED,并将口腔内部的影像显示于智能手机的显示部。因此,本发明的插管装置让普通人也能够在接受简单的培训后确认显示于显示部的影像的同时,安全而又迅速地对急诊患者实施插管来掌握急诊患者的气道。
Claims (4)
1.一次性插管装置,其特征在于,包括:
插管,其为具有开放的两端部的中空的管形状,且包括为了与用于向所述插管的内腔供应气体的外部设备连接而固定于一端部的接头;
中空的导管,其具有开放的第一端部和第二端部,且配置为插入于所述插管而使第二端部向所述接头外侧露出,且长度相对于所述插管长、直径相对于所述插管小;
管托,其为中空的圆柱形状,且一端开放而与所述接头能够分离地结合,且配置为使所述导管的第二端部向另一端的中心部通过而露出;
透镜,其以密封导管的内腔的方式设置于所述导管的第一端部侧的末端部;
摄像模块,其设置于所述透镜的后方导管内部;以及
USB线,其配置为一端与所述摄像模块电连接,且通过导管的内腔而向第二端部侧露出,
所述导管由具备将第一端部弯曲至规定角度以上时能够维持被弯曲的形态的程度的弹塑性的材料而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性插管装置,其特征在于,
还包括手柄,其固定于所述导管的第二端部侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性插管装置,其特征在于,
所述管托在外周面还包括以与中空的内部连通的方式凸出形成的吸入接头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性插管装置,其特征在于,
所述导管由铝合金而成,且第一端部被扩管,在被扩管的部分安装有摄像模块。
