本发明涉及保温装备领域,特别是一种可加热保温被。
背景技术
目前,罐体,管道,法兰及阀门的保温需要优秀的保温材料,现有的材料很难保证实用,自动加热,安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种可加热保温被。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种可加热保温被,包括复合硅酸盐板,所述复合硅酸盐板上包裹高温钢丝布,所述复合硅酸盐板前表面高温钢丝布上涂覆银色硅胶布,所述复合硅酸盐板后表面高温钢丝布上涂覆上设有玻璃纤维针刺毡,所述玻璃纤维针刺毡上涂覆绝缘层,所述复合硅酸盐板内部为空腔结构,所述空腔结构内侧表面上设有相互平行的多个凹槽,所述凹槽内铺设电加热丝,所述银色硅胶布上设有光线传感器,所述银色硅胶布层上设有控制盒,所述控制盒通过电线分别与电加热丝和光线传感器电性连接。
所述空腔结构内设有温度传感器。
所述银色硅胶布上设有反光条。
所述控制盒与温度传感器电性连接。
所述银色硅胶布层上设有相互平行的导水槽。
所述空腔结构内侧表面与电加热丝之间设有隔热棉层。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的可加热保温被,可加热保温被不仅仅具有不刺激皮肤、不污染环境、质量轻等特点,同时还具备防火、自动加热、防潮三种功能。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-2所示,一种可加热保温被,包括复合硅酸盐板(1),所述复合硅酸盐板(1)上包裹高温钢丝布(2),所述复合硅酸盐板(1)前表面高温钢丝布(2)上涂覆银色硅胶布(3),所述复合硅酸盐板(1)后表面高温钢丝布(2)上涂覆上设有玻璃纤维针刺毡(4),所述玻璃纤维针刺毡(4)上涂覆绝缘层(5),所述复合硅酸盐板(1)内部为空腔结构,所述空腔结构内侧表面上设有相互平行的多个凹槽(6),所述凹槽(6)内铺设电加热丝(7),所述银色硅胶布(3)上设有光线传感器(8),所述银色硅胶布层(3)上设有控制盒(9),所述控制盒(9)通过电线分别与电加热丝(7)和光线传感器(8)电性连接;所述空腔结构内设有温度传感器(10);所述银色硅胶布(3)上设有反光条;所述控制盒(9)与温度传感器(10)电性连接;所述银色硅胶布层(3)上设有相互平行的导水槽(11);所述空腔结构内侧表面与电加热丝(7)之间设有隔热棉层。
本实施方案的特点为,复合硅酸盐板上包裹高温钢丝布,复合硅酸盐板前表面高温钢丝布上涂覆银色硅胶布,复合硅酸盐板后表面高温钢丝布上涂覆上设有玻璃纤维针刺毡,玻璃纤维针刺毡上涂覆绝缘层,复合硅酸盐板内部为空腔结构,空腔结构内侧表面上设有相互平行的多个凹槽,凹槽内铺设电加热丝,银色硅胶布上设有光线传感器,银色硅胶布层上设有控制盒,控制盒通过电线分别与电加热丝和光线传感器电性连接。可加热保温被不仅仅具有不刺激皮肤、不污染环境、质量轻等特点,同时还具备防火、自动加热、防潮三种功能。
在本实施方案中,使用时,用带有相互平行多个凹槽的一侧将罐体或者管道等物体包装起来,然后用绳子将三防保温被固定在保温体上,当保温体温度低时,温度传感器将信息传递到控制盒,然后电加热丝工作,可加热保温被将热量散发出来,对保温体起到保温的作用。
在本实施方案中,相互平行的导水槽可以将保温体上附着的水导流出去,高温钢丝布可以起到防水的作用,绝缘层可以防止电泄漏。

1.一种可加热保温被,包括复合硅酸盐板(1),其特征在于,所述复合硅酸盐板(1)上包裹高温钢丝布(2),所述复合硅酸盐板(1)前表面高温钢丝布(2)上涂覆银色硅胶布(3),所述复合硅酸盐板(1)后表面高温钢丝布(2)上涂覆上设有玻璃纤维针刺毡(4),所述玻璃纤维针刺毡(4)上涂覆绝缘层(5),所述复合硅酸盐板(1)内部为空腔结构,所述空腔结构内侧表面上设有相互平行的多个凹槽(6),所述凹槽(6)内铺设电加热丝(7),所述银色硅胶布(3)上设有光线传感器(8),所述银色硅胶布层(3)上设有控制盒(9),所述控制盒(9)通过电线分别与电加热丝(7)和光线传感器(8)电性连接;所述空腔结构内设有温度传感器(10);所述银色硅胶布(3)上设有反光条。
