Abstract

本发明公开了一种石油管道,由从外至内依次为外层、加强层、保温层和内层的四层构成,其中在内层的外壁上粘附有加热丝,该加热丝被保温层所包覆。本发明采用复合层结构,并在其中埋设加热丝,实现对管道内的石油进行加热,降低其粘度;并且保温性能强,输送石油方便;耐压性好,不易发生破损,提高了安全性。

本发明涉及石油输送装置技术领域,尤其是一种用于石油输送的石油管道。
背景技术
石油开采后必须运输到相应的加工部门,才能得到更佳地利用,其中输送石油的石油管道则是必不可少的设备。现有的石油管道为直管结构,由于石油本身粘性,很容易粘连在管壁上,造成堵塞,给输送石油带来不便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种石油管道,输送石油方便,不易堵塞。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种石油管道,由从外至内依次为外层、加强层、保温层和内层的四层构成,其中在内层的外壁上粘附有加热丝,该加热丝被保温层所包覆。
进一步地,该加热丝为螺旋缠绕在内层外壁上。
进一步地,该加强层为金属网层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:采用复合层结构,并在其中埋设加热丝,实现对管道内的石油进行加热,降低其粘度;并且保温性能强,输送石油方便;耐压性好,不易发生破损,提高了安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示的一种石油管道,由从外至内的依次为外层1、加强层2、保温层3和内层5的四层构成,在内层5的外壁上粘附有加热丝4,该加热丝4被保温层3所包覆,这样加热丝4所产生的热量全部实现对内层5的加热,从而有效地降低了管道内石油的粘性,提高了石油流动性,减少了堵塞。
采用在内层5的外围包覆保温层3,使得热石油在内层5内石油粘性低,流动性好;再在保温层3外包覆加强层2,如金属网层,提高整体管道的抗压性,不易发生破裂现象;在最外层再包覆常规塑料作为外层1。
加热丝4为螺旋式缠绕在内层5的外壁上,既能磁场加热石油,又能经热传导传递给管道中石油加热,使得加热效果最好,减少在管壁出现粘连现象,从而避免出现堵塞,适合各种石油输送。

1.一种石油管道,其特征在于:由从外至内依次为外层、加强层、保温层和内层的四层构成,其中在内层的外壁上粘附有加热丝,该加热丝被保温层所包覆。
2.如权利要求1所述石油管道,其特征在于:该加热丝为螺旋缠绕在内层外壁上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述石油管道,其特征在于:该加强层为金属网层。
