Abstract
本发明公开了一种石油管保温管箍,包括管箍本体,该管箍本体的侧壁由内层、加热结构和保温层依次连接构成,保温层包覆整个内层,加热结构贴覆在内层外壁上。本发明在管箍侧壁中设置含加热和保温结构,使得整个管箍对流经的石油流体进行加热,减小了石油的粘度,维持整个管道运输的畅通性。

技术领域
本发明涉及管件技术领域,尤其是一种石油管保温管箍。
背景技术
管道输送是石油运输最经济、合理的一种运输方式。管道输送原油,油管之间的连接方式通常是采用油管管箍进行连接,油管管箍具有管状管箍本体,管箍本体的两端具有连接内螺纹,使用油管管箍连接油管时,把具有外螺纹的油管旋入到油管管箍连接内螺纹内,以此形成石油连续运输管路,实现石油的连续运输。
现有技术中的油管接箍和油管之间的连接,只是油管进入到管箍中一部分,进入管箍的两个油管端之间存在间隔;而由于管箍一般采用金属制作,传热效率高,经过管箍的石油散热快,容易凝结出现堵塞。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种石油管保温管箍,结构简单,保温性能好。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种石油管保温管箍,包括管箍本体,该管箍本体的侧壁由内层、加热结构和保温层依次连接构成,保温层包覆整个内层,加热结构贴覆在内层外壁上。
进一步地,内层外壁设有凹槽结构,所述加热机构设在该凹槽结构中。
进一步地,所述加热结构为电加热丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:在管箍侧壁中设置含加热和保温结构,使得整个管箍对流经的石油流体进行加热,减小了石油的粘度,维持整个管道运输的畅通性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示,一种石油管保温管箍,包括管箍本体,该管箍本体的侧壁由内层1、加热结构3和保温层2依次连接构成,保温层2包覆整个内层1,加热结构3贴覆在内层1外壁上。
管箍本体两端内壁设有与石油管连接的内螺纹结构,由于螺纹连接的石油管是无法封盖管箍本体内壁,导致管箍传热而使流经管箍的石油温度降低出现粘连,再加上此处内径变化,容易发生堵塞;而在管箍本体上增设加热结构3,达到加热石油使粘附的石油粘度降低,而避免了堵塞现象发生。
为确保加热结构3产生的热量能传导至管箍内,内层1外壁设有凹槽结构,加热机构3为电加热丝,是缠绕在该凹槽结构中;保温层2包覆所有内层1的外壁。
保温层2可为耐磨橡胶材质制成。

1.一种石油管保温管箍,包括管箍本体,其特征在于:该管箍本体的侧壁由内层、加热结构和保温层依次连接构成,保温层包覆整个内层,加热结构贴覆在内层外壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述石油管保温管箍,其特征在于:内层外壁设有凹槽结构,所述加热机构设在该凹槽结构中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述石油管保温管箍,其特征在于:所述加热结构为电加热丝。
