本发明公开一种耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,所述的耐高温的玻纤钢丝布包括最上层的橡胶材料层、中间层的合成纤维层和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述橡胶材料层是硅橡胶,所述合成纤维层是聚酯纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是铝硼硅酸盐玻璃,所述的硅橡胶占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的18%-23%,所述的聚酯纤维占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的16%-22%,所述的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的57%-65%。本发明提供一种耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,具有耐高温、隔音性好,抗拉强度高,电绝缘性好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温的玻纤钢丝布。
背景技术
玻璃布 我国生产的玻璃布,分为无碱和中碱两类,国外大多数是E-GLASS无碱玻璃布。玻璃布主要用于生产各种电绝缘层压板、印刷线路板、各种车辆车体、贮罐、船艇、模具等。中碱玻璃布主要用于生产涂塑包装布,以及用于耐腐蚀场合。织物的特性由纤维性能、经纬密度、纱线结构和织纹所决定。经纬密度又由纱结构和织纹决定。经纬密加上纱结构,就决定了织物的物理性质,如重量、厚度和断裂强度等。有五种基本的织纹:平纹plan(类似方格布)、斜纹twill(一般+-45度)、缎纹statin(类似单向布)、罗纹leno(玻璃纤维网格布主要织法)和席纹matts(类似牛津布)。
玻纤布根据含碱量高低分为高碱布、中碱布、无碱布。含碱量越低抗折抗拉力越好,这几种布可以按导电能力区分,高碱布是导体,可以当电线用,中碱布是半导体,无碱布是绝缘体。现在的信号传送用光纤就是玻璃纤维传输,属于高碱布,目前适用于菱镁水泥建材的是中碱布,无碱布适用于电路线板,电子级。目前山东创新玻纤布厂生产的玻纤布分类:瓦基布、玻璃钢基布、保温板基布、防火板基布、大棚杆基布、外墙保温网格布、内墙网格布、嵌缝带、涂胶网格布,这是根据用途区分的。根据厚度分01 018 02 03 04 05 06 07 08各种玻纤布。玻纤布一般又名玻纤土工布。广泛用于土木工程的一种土工合成材料。它主要是由玻璃纤维与短纤针刺无纺布复合而成的土工合成材料。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有耐高温、隔音性好,抗拉强度高,电绝缘性好优点的耐高温的玻纤钢丝布。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,所述的耐高温的玻纤钢丝布包括最上层的橡胶材料层、中间层的合成纤维层和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述橡胶材料层是硅橡胶,所述合成纤维层是聚酯纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是铝硼硅酸盐玻璃,所述的硅橡胶占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的18%-23%,所述的聚酯纤维占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的16%-22%,所述的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的57%-65%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝硼硅酸盐玻璃包括二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁、氧化钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的硅橡胶占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的19%,所述的聚酯纤维占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的20%,所述的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的61%。
本发明的一种耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,具有耐高温、隔音性好,抗拉强度高,电绝缘性好的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的耐高温的玻纤钢丝布包括最上层的橡胶材料层、中间层的合成纤维层和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述橡胶材料层是硅橡胶,所述合成纤维层是聚酯纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是铝硼硅酸盐玻璃,所述的硅橡胶占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的18%-23%,所述的聚酯纤维占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的16%-22%,所述的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的57%-65%,所述铝硼硅酸盐玻璃包括二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁、氧化钠。
进一步说明,所述的硅橡胶占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的19%,所述的聚酯纤维占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的20%,所述的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的61%。
在进一步说明,硅橡胶具有优异的耐热性、耐寒性、介电性、耐臭氧和耐大气老化等性能,硅橡胶突出的性能是使用温度宽广,能在-60℃(或更低的温度)至+250℃(或更高的温度)下长期使用。但硅橡胶的抗张强度和抗撕裂强度等机械性能较差,在常温下其物理机械性能不及大多数合成橡胶,且除腈硅、氟硅橡胶外,一般的硅橡胶耐油、耐溶剂性能欠佳,故硅橡胶不宜用于普通条件的场合,但非常适用于许多特定的场合。
在生物医学工程中,高分子材料具有十分重要的作用,而硅橡胶则是医用高分子材料中特别重要的一类,它具有优异的生理惰性,无毒、无味、无腐蚀、抗凝血、与机体的相容性好,能经受苛刻的消毒条件。根据需要可加工成管材、片材、薄膜及异形构件,可用做医疗器械、人工脏器等。现今国内外都有专门的医用级硅橡胶。
在进一步说明,聚酯纤维的比重为1.38;熔点255~260℃,在205℃时开始粘结,安全熨烫温度为135℃;吸湿度很低,仅为0.4%;长丝的断裂强度为4.5~5.5克/旦,短纤维为3.5~5.5克/旦;长丝的断裂伸长率为15~25%,短纤维为25~40%;高强型纤维强度可达7~8克/旦,伸长为7.5~12.5%。聚酯纤维有优良的耐皱性、弹性和尺寸稳定性,有良好的电绝缘性能,耐日光,耐摩擦,不霉不蛀,有较好的耐化学试剂性能,能耐弱酸及弱碱。在室温下,有一定的耐稀强酸的能力,耐强碱性较差。聚酯纤维的染色性能较差,一般须在高温或有载体存在的条件下用分散性染料染色。本发明提供一种耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,具有耐高温、隔音性好,抗拉强度高,电绝缘性好的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,其特征在于:所述的耐高温的玻纤钢丝布包括最上层的橡胶材料层、中间层的合成纤维层和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述橡胶材料层是硅橡胶,所述合成纤维层是聚酯纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是铝硼硅酸盐玻璃,所述的硅橡胶占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的18%-23%,所述的聚酯纤维占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的16%-22%,所述的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的57%-65%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,其特征在于:所述铝硼硅酸盐玻璃包括二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁、氧化钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温的玻纤钢丝布,其特征在于:所述的硅橡胶占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的19%,所述的聚酯纤维占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的20%,所述的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃占耐高温的玻纤钢丝布总体分量的61%。
