[0024]工作原理:本发明在使用时,工人先将其接通外部电源,并将物料由加料斗丨加进 搅拌仓2中,再通过控制器2〇打开装置电源,此时装置开始工作,第一电机2〇1和第二电机 208在控制器2〇的控制下工作转动,并分别通过转轴带动第一搅拌辊204和第二搅拌辊2〇7 相向转动,第一搅拌辊2〇4和第二搅拌辊207相向转动带动搅拌头205转动,同时水栗6在控 制器20的控制下工作转动,并通过管道将水箱7中的清水抽出,经过输水管5输送至喷水管 2〇3中,由喷水嘴202喷出,实现搅拌,搅拌后物料落进收集槽17中,并经过管道流进螺旋输 料器8中,然后工人可通过控制器20打开输料电机801,使控制器20工作转动,并通过转轴驱 动输料绞龙8〇4转动,以将物料送出,并在输送的过程中进行加热,物料沿下料管道18落进 脱水仓13中,此时工人通过温控器21打开热风机12工作转动,产生热风,并经过送风管121 将热风输进喷风管133,由喷风嘴135向上喷出,以对导料斜板134上的物料进行均匀脱水, 脱水后,工人可拉开下料闸132,物料在导料斜板134的导向和自身的重力作用下由物料排 出口 131排出,在物料烘干过程中,工人可通过控制器20打开引风机14,使引风机14工作转 动并产生负压,经过进风管141将脱水仓13内部物料烘干时产生的水蒸气抽出,再经过排风 管142输进冷凝仓15内部的冷凝管151中,冷凝管151将水蒸气进行冷凝,形成冷凝水,并经 过冷凝水管19输进水箱7进行存储,实现水资源的回收利用,防止水资源浪费,另外,装置工 作过程中,工人可转动调节旋钮22,使进气导流板4和排气导流板16在阻尼转轴的作用下转 动打开,进气导流板4将外部空气导进机箱体3内部,而排气导流板16将机箱体3内部空气导 出,在进气导流板4和排气导流板16配合作用下,能够促进机箱体3内部空气的流动,实现机 箱体3高效散热,保证装置的正常工作。

1.一种搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌处理装置包括箱体(3)、搅拌仓(2)、加热 仓、脱水仓(13)、水箱(7)、水泵(6)和输水管⑸和水回收装置,机箱体⑶的顶部安装有搅 拌仓(2),在箱体(3)的两侧分别设有通风装置,搅拌仓(2)的顶端设有加料斗(1),机箱体 (3)内部的顶端设置有与搅拌仓(2)相连通的收集槽(17),收集槽(17)底部通向加热仓,力口 热仓与脱水仓(13)相互连通,加热仓包括螺旋输料器(8)、加热炉(11)和导热管(9),机箱体 (3)内部的中间位置固定有螺旋输料器(8),螺旋输料器(8)通过导热管(9)连接有加热炉 (11) ,螺旋输料器⑻的一侧连接有脱水仓(13),在箱体⑶内设有水箱⑺,水箱⑺的一侧 连接有水栗⑹,水栗⑹的另一侧连接有输水管(5),输水管⑸通向搅拌仓(2),水回收装 置一端与脱水仓(13)相连通,水回收装置的另一端与水箱(7)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述通风装置包括尼转轴、进气 导流板(4)、排气导流板(16)和调节旋钮(22),在箱体⑶的两侧分别通过阻尼转轴转动连 接有进气导流板⑷和排气导流板(16),进气导流板⑷和排气导流板(16)均沿竖直方向等 距离设置有四个,进气导流板(4)和排气导流板(16)与机箱体(3)连接处的一端均安装有调 节旋钮(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述水回收装置包括热风机 (12) 、冷凝仓(15)、引风机(14),脱水仓(13)侧壁连接有热风机(12),且脱水仓(13)相对于 热风机(12)的一侧通连接有引风机(14),引风机(14)的一侧连接有冷凝仓(15),冷凝仓 (15)与水箱(7)相连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述冷凝仓(15)内部的中间位置 处设有冷凝管(151),冷凝管(151)为U型结构设置,且冷凝管(Ml)的两端分别与引风机 (14)和水仓相连接。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述脱水仓(13)的前表面开设有 物料排出口(131),且物料排出口(131)的顶端设有下料闸(132)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌仓(2)的顶端开设有通 孔(2〇6),且搅拌仓⑵内部的顶端设有与输水管⑸相连通的喷水管(203),搅拌仓⑵内部 的中间位置处对称设有第一搅拌辊(204)和第二搅拌辊(2〇7),且搅拌仓(¾的一端对称设 有分别与第一搅拌辊(204)和第二搅拌辊(207)转动连接的第一电机(2〇1)和第二电机 (20S),第一搅拌辊(2〇4)与第二搅拌辊(2〇7)的外圆周面上均呈环形阵列设有若干个搅拌 头(205)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述喷水管(2〇3)为回型结构设 置,且喷水管(20¾的底部四周均等距离安装有若干个喷水嘴(202)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋输料器(8)内部的底部 设有加热板(8〇2),且螺旋输料器(8)内部的中间位置处设有输料绞龙(804),加热板(802) 与输料绞龙(8〇4)之间设有导热板(803),螺旋输料器(8) —侧安装有与输料绞龙(804)转动 连接的输料电机(801)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌处理装置,其特征在于,所述脱水仓(13)内部的底部设有 喷风管(I33),且脱水仓(13)内部靠近喷风管(133)的上方位置处设有与物料排出口(131) 相配合的导料斜板(134),喷风管(133)的顶端等距离设有若干个喷风嘴(135),导料斜板 (134)为镂空结构设置。
