Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用了塑料基板的塑料单元及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,液晶显示装置已演变成各种形式,轻量且能够弯曲的柔性显示器 备受关注。用于这种柔性显示器的液晶单元中,以往所使用的玻璃基板难以满 足轻量且可弯曲的要求,因此研究了各种塑料基板来代替玻璃基板。
并且,液晶单元的用途也扩展到包装、装饰、装潢、建筑材料、车辆等用 途中使用的调光装置中,这些调光装置中也期望轻量且可弯曲的柔性、以及作 为具有凹凸或曲面而非二维平面的自由形状来使用,这些用途中的基板中也要 求代替玻璃基板而将塑料基板实用化。
另一方面,欲制作具有柔性的液晶单元的情况下,密封其液晶单元中的液 晶性化合物的密封剂也需要具有柔性。
作为这种具有柔性的密封剂,例如在专利文献1中公开有使用了赋予挠性 的环氧树脂固化物的密封剂。
并且,在专利文献2中公开有通过直接热熔融粘合柔性支撑体彼此的密封 方法而耐折弯的密封方法。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术课题
本发明人对专利文献1中所记载的密封剂及专利文献2中所记载的基于热 熔融粘合的密封部的加强方法进行了研究,结果发现在使用了具有凹凸形状或 曲面形状的塑料基板的情况下,有时密封性丧失且难以驱动液晶即保持导电 性。并且,专利文献2中所记载的加强方法中,为了提取引线部分(电极), 无法对单元所有边进行热熔融粘合,对两个边进行热熔融粘合,剩余的两个边 需要与密封剂同时使用。
因此,本发明的课题在于提供一种即使在塑料基板变形为具有凹凸或曲面 的自由形状的情况下,也不会丧失密封性而保持导电性,并能够提取电极的塑 料单元及其制造方法。
用于解决技术课题的手段
本发明人进行深入研究的结果发现,关于用于塑料单元的密封方法,使配 置于塑料单元的上下的塑料基板的一部分变形(例如,热熔融粘合)而密封流 体层,并且在塑料基板设置贯穿孔,且用导电材料填满其中,由此即使塑料基 板较大地变形的情况下,也不会丧失密封性而保持塑料单元的导电性,并能够 提取电极。
即,发现能够通过以下结构实现上述课题。
[1]一种塑料单元,其依次具有第1塑料基板、第1透明导电层、流体 层、第2透明导电层及第2塑料基板,
还具有第1塑料基板或第2塑料基板的一部分变形而密封流体层的密封部 分,
第1塑料基板具有第1贯穿孔,
第2塑料基板具有第2贯穿孔,
在第1贯穿孔中具有第1导电材料,
在第2贯穿孔中具有第2导电材料。

制作了层叠体之后,对第1塑料基板及第2塑料基板进行热熔融粘合,由 此沿长边方向密封流体层的工序;及
将层叠体卷绕成卷状的工序。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种即使在塑料基板变形为具有凹凸或曲面的自由 形状的情况下,也不会丧失密封性而保持导电性的塑料单元及其制造方法。

以下,对本发明进行详细说明。
以下记载的构成要件有时根据本发明的代表性的实施方式进行说明,但是 本发明并不限定于这样的实施方式。
另外,在本说明书中,用“~”表示的数值范围是指将在“~”的前后记 载的数值作为下限值以及上限值包含的范围。
并且,本说明书中,“切割”中也包括“冲孔”及“切出”等。
[塑料单元]
本发明的塑料单元依次具有第1塑料基板、第1透明导电层、流体层、第 2透明导电层及第2塑料基板。
并且,本发明的塑料单元具有第1塑料基板或第2塑料基板的一部分变形 而密封流体层的密封部分。
另外,本发明的塑料单元中,第1塑料基板及第2塑料基板分别具有第1 贯穿孔及第2贯穿孔。
此外,本发明的塑料单元中,在第1贯穿孔及第2贯穿孔中分别具有第1 导电材料及第2导电材料。
图1及图2为分别表示本发明的塑料单元的一方式的示意剖视图。
如图1及图2所示,本发明的塑料单元100依次具有第1塑料基板1、第 1透明导电层2、流体层4、第2透明导电层6及第2塑料基板7。另外,图1 及图2所示的方式中,在第1透明导电层2与流体层4之间及在第2透明导电 层6与流体层4之间分别配置有取向层3及取向层5。
并且,如图1及图2所示,本发明的塑料单元100具有第1塑料基板1或 第2塑料基板7的一部分变形而密封流体层4的密封部分14。
并且,如图2所示,本发明的塑料单元100中,第1塑料基板1具有第1 贯穿孔12,第2塑料基板7具有第2贯穿孔13。在第1贯穿孔12中具有第1 导电材料,在第2贯穿孔13中具有第2导电材料。
另外,图2所示的方式中,第1导电材料及第2导电材料分别与透明导电 层2及透明导电层6一体地形成。并且,图2所示的方式中,在贯穿孔12及 贯穿孔13中所具有的导电材料之上分别设置有导电糊剂9及导电糊剂11,这 些与未图示的电极经由与电极连结的导线8及导线10连结。
〔塑料基板〕
本发明的塑料单元所具有的第1塑料基板及第2塑料基板(以下,无需特 别区分的情况下,也简称为“塑料基板”。)均为从实现自由度较高的成型性 的观点考虑而使用的基板。
制作塑料单元时,由于局部引起拉伸、收缩等尺寸变化,因此作为塑料基 板,优选使用热塑性树脂。
作为热塑性树脂,优选光学透明性、机械强度、热稳定性等优异的聚合物 树脂。
作为上述热塑性树脂中所含的聚合物,例如可以列举聚碳酸酯类聚合物; 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等聚酯类聚合物;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA) 等丙烯酸类聚合物;聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(AS树脂)等苯乙烯类 聚合物等。
并且,可以列举聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃;降冰片烯类树脂、乙烯-丙烯 共聚物等聚烯烃类聚合物;氯乙烯类聚合物;尼龙或芳香族聚酰胺等酰胺类聚 合物;亚酰胺类聚合物;砜类聚合物;聚醚砜类聚合物;聚醚醚酮类聚合物; 聚苯硫醚类聚合物;偏二氯乙烯类聚合物;乙烯醇类聚合物;乙烯醇缩丁醛类 聚合物;芳酯类聚合物;聚甲醛类聚合物;环氧类聚合物;以三乙酰纤维素为 代表的纤维素类聚合物;或由这些聚合物的单体单元共聚而成的共聚物等。
并且,作为上述热塑性树脂,还可以列举混合两种以上由上述例示的聚合 物而获得的聚合物。
{贯穿孔}
本发明的塑料单元所具有的塑料基板具有贯穿孔。
其中,贯穿孔的形状并无特别限定,但是能够设为圆形、矩形等各种形 状。
{导电材料}
塑料基板所具有的贯穿孔在贯穿孔中具有导电材料。
用作导电材料的原材料并无特别限定,但是优选使用与后述的透明导电层 中所使用的材料相同的材料,更优选与后述的透明导电层一体地形成的材料。 此时,在塑料基板开设贯穿孔之后,配置透明导电层,由此在贯穿孔中形成连 续的透明导电层,并能够兼任导电材料。
导电材料优选在贯穿孔的体积中占50%以上,更优选占70%以上,进一步 优选占90%以上。
〔透明导电层〕
本发明的塑料单元所具有的第1透明导电层及第2透明导电层(以下,无 需特别区分的情况下,也简称为“透明导电层”。)均为配置于塑料基板上且 具有导电性的层。
本发明中,“具有导电性”是指方块电阻值为0.1Ω/□~10,000Ω/□, 通常还包括称为电阻层的层。
并且,在用作柔性显示装置等的电极的情况下,优选方块电阻值低,具体 而言优选为300Ω/□以下,尤其优选为200Ω/□以下,最优选为100Ω/□以 下。
本发明中所使用的透明导电层中,“透明”是指透射率为60%以上且99% 以下。
作为透明导电层的透射率,优选为75%以上,尤其优选为80%以上,最优 选为90%以上。
作为能够使用于本发明中使用的透明导电层的原材料,能够列举金属氧化 物(Indium Tin Oxide:ITO(氧化铟锡)等)、碳纳米管(Carbon Nanotube:CNT、CarbonNanobud:CNB(碳纳米芽)等)、石墨烯、高分子导 电体(聚乙炔、聚吡咯、聚苯酚、聚苯胺、PEDOT/PSS等)、金属纳米线(银 纳米线、铜纳米线等)以及金属网格(银网格、铜网格等)等。
其中,“PEDOT/PSS”是指使PEDOT(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩的聚合物)和PSS (苯乙烯磺酸的聚合物)的共存的聚合物复合物。
并且,相较于仅由金属形成的情况更优选银、铜等导电性微粒分散于矩阵 中而形成的金属网格的导电层。
ITO等金属氧化物为陶瓷材料,如现有技术那样,不利用收缩而成型的情 况下,存在因拉伸作用容易形成裂纹而方块电阻值显著上升的问题。另一方 面,本发明通过利用收缩能够抑制裂纹的产生,能够改善以往成为问题的表示 高方块电阻值的问题,并且能够用作透明导电层。
金属网格方式、碳纳米管方式、将金属纳米线等的粒子分散于矩阵中而成 的导电层能够通过将矩阵的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)设为塑料基板的收缩温度以 下而容易追随塑料基板的收缩,能够比使用金属氧化物或高分子导电体的导电 层抑制皱纹的产生,能够抑制雾度的上升,因此优选。
〔取向层〕
本发明的塑料单元中,也可以在设置于塑料基板之上的透明导电层与后述 的流体层之间具备取向层。作为优选的方式,能够在塑料单元中所使用的第1 塑料基板及第2塑料基板的最表面具有取向层,并具有使含有液晶性化合物的 流体层取向的功能。
本发明中所使用的取向层可以为,在不施加电压时,使流体层中所含有的 液晶性组合物水平取向的取向层,也可以为使其垂直取向的取向层。
取向层的原材料或处理方法并无特别限定,能够采用使用了聚合物的取向 层、实施了硅烷偶联处理的取向层、使用了季铵盐的取向层、从斜向蒸镀氧化 硅的取向层、利用光异构化的取向层等各种取向层。并且,作为对取向层的表 面处理,也可以使用基于摩擦处理或能量线照射或光照射等的表面处理。
作为使用了聚合物的取向层,优选使用了聚酰胺酸或聚酰亚胺的层;使用 了改性或未改性的聚乙烯醇的层;使用了改性或未改性的聚丙烯酸的层;使用 了包括由下述通式(I)表示的重复单元、由下述通式(II)表示的重复单元 及由下述通式(III)表示的重复单元中的任一个的(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物的 层中的任一个。
另外,所谓“(甲基)丙烯酸”为表示丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的标记。
[化学式1]
其中,通式(I)~(III)中、R1及R2分别独立地为氢原子、卤素原子或 碳原子数为1至6的烷基;M为质子、碱金属离子或铵离子;L0是选自包括-O- 、-CO-、-NH-、-SO2-、亚烷基、亚烯基、亚芳基及这些组合的组中的二价的连 接基团;R0是碳原子数为10至100的烃基或碳原子数为1至100的氟原子取代 烃基;Cy是脂肪族环基、芳香族基或杂环基,尤其优选具有咔唑基;m是10 至99摩尔%;而且,n是1至90摩尔%。
这些之中,从取向能力、耐久性、绝缘性、成本的观点考虑,优选使用包 括聚酰亚胺、由通式(I)~(III)表示的化合物及硅烷偶联剂中的任一个的 取向层,尤其优选使用包括聚酰亚胺及由通式(I)~(III)表示且具有咔唑 基的化合物中的任一个的取向层。
并且,作为取向层,也可以使用通过照射偏振光及非偏振光的紫外线 (UV)光能够进行液晶的取向处理的光取向层。
〔流体层〕
本发明的塑料单元所具有的流体层只要为气体、等离子体流体以外的具有 流动性的连续体,则并无特别限定。
作为尤其优选的物质状態,优选为液体及液晶体,作为流体层,最优选为 使用含有液晶性化合物的液晶组合物形成的液晶层。
其中,液晶性化合物通常能够根据其形状分为棒状类型和圆盘状类型。还 分别具有低分子和高分子类型。高分子是指通常聚合度为100以上的分子(高 分子物理·相变动力学,土井正男著,2页,岩波书店(Iwanami Shoten), 1992)。本发明中,也能够使用任一种液晶性化合物,但是优选使用棒状液晶 性化合物或盘状液晶性化合物(圆盘状液晶性化合物)。可以使用两种以上的 棒状液晶性化合物、两种以上的圆盘状液晶性化合物或棒状液晶性化合物与圆 盘状液晶性化合物的混合物。为了上述液晶性化合物的固定化,更优选使用具 有聚合性基团的棒状液晶性化合物或圆盘状液晶性化合物而形成,进一步优选 液晶性化合物在1分子中具有2个以上的聚合性基团。液晶性化合物为两种以 上的混合物的情况下,优选至少一种液晶性化合物在1分子中具有2个以上的 聚合性基团。
本发明的塑料单元优选为上述的流体层为液晶层的形态,即液晶单元。
在此,液晶单元还包括在使用于薄型电视机、监控器、笔记本电脑、移动 电话等的液晶显示装置中使用的液晶单元以及在应用于室内装修、建筑材料、 车辆等的改变光的强弱的调光装置中使用的液晶单元。即,为对于封入于2片 基板之间的液晶组合物等通过调整电压来驱动具有极化率的液晶组合物的装置 的总称。
作为液晶单元的驱动模式,能够使用以水平取向型(In-Plane- Switching:IPS)、垂直取向型(Vertical Alignment:VA)、扭曲向列型 (Twisted Nematic:TN)、超扭曲向列型(Super Twisted Nematic:STN) 为代表的各种方式。
并且,在本发明的塑料单元的单元内部,可以同时使用为了改变调光元件 中光的强弱而使用的色素分子等。
并且,也可以根据液晶单元的结构在液晶单元的外部通过并列设置或贴合 而使用背光部件或偏振片部件或控制表面反射的部件等。
〔密封部分〕
本发明的塑料单元具有密封上述的流体层的密封部分。
其中,上述密封部分由第1塑料基板或第2塑料基板的一部分变形而形 成,因此包括第1塑料基板或第2塑料基板的一部分。
并且,上述密封部分优选为通过塑料基板彼此的热熔融粘合而形成的密 封。
本发明的塑料单元中,可以将平面形状设为矩形。可以为正方形,也可以 为长方形,并且对大小也并无限制。
并且,本发明的塑料单元中,可以将平面形状设为除了矩形以外的形状。 例如,可以设为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、五边形以上的多边形,也可以设为组 合直线及曲线而成的自由形状,并且只要塑料单元的周围被密封,则也可以设 为如环形(Donut shaped)那样内部被挖空的形状。
另外,本发明的塑料单元能够使用长条状的薄膜来作为第1塑料基板及第 2塑料基板,因此在成为塑料单元之后,也能够设为沿长边方向卷取的辊形 态。这可以有助于本发明的塑料单元的包装、出货、运输等。
〔电极〕
本发明的塑料单元中,为了施加驱动电压,可以经由导电材料安装与透明 导电层连接的电极。例如,能够使用在暴露于塑料基板的与透明导电层相反的 一侧的表面的导电材料使用银糊剂等导电性原材料或导电性胶带等而与引线端 子连接的方法等。
[塑料单元的制造方法]
本发明的塑料单元的制造方法(以下,也简称为“本发明的制造方 法”。)包括:
在长条状的第1塑料基板上开设第1贯穿孔的工序(以下,也简称为“贯 穿孔形成工序1”。);
在开设有第1贯穿孔的长条状的第1塑料基板上配置第1透明导电层的工 序(以下,也简称为“导电层配置工序1”。);
在长条状的第2塑料基板开设第2贯穿孔的工序(以下,也简称为“贯穿 孔形成工序2”。);
在开设有第2贯穿孔的长条状的第2塑料基板上配置第2透明导电层的工 序(以下,也简称为“导电层配置工序2”。);
在第1透明导电层之上配置流体层的工序(以下,也简称为“流体层配置 工序”。);
将在第1透明导电层之上配置有流体层的第1塑料基板和配置有第2透明 导电层的第2塑料基板以卷对卷方式贴合,并制作长条状的层叠体的工序(以 下,也简称为“层叠体制作工序”。);
制作了层叠体之后,对第1塑料基板及第2塑料基板进行热熔融粘合,由 此沿长边方向密封流体层的工序(以下,也简称为“密封工序”。);及
将层叠体卷绕成卷状的工序。
以下,对贯穿孔形成工序1及贯穿孔形成工序2(以下,尤其无需区别的 情况下,也简称为“贯穿孔形成工序”。)、导电层配置工序1及导电层配置 工序2(以下,尤其无需区别的情况下,也简称为“导电层配置工序”。)及 流体层配置工序、层叠体制作工序及密封工序进行详述。
〔贯穿孔形成工序〕
本发明的制造方法所具有的贯穿孔形成工序1为在长条状的第1塑料基板 上开设第1贯穿孔的工序,贯穿孔形成工序2为在长条状的第2塑料基板开设 第2贯穿孔的工序。
其中,在塑料基板形成贯穿孔的方法并无特别限定,能够使用各种公知的 方法。例如,能够使用剑山、针头、钻头、二氧化碳激光、YAG(Yttrium Aluminum Garnet,钇铝石榴石)激光等激光、等离子体等开设贯穿孔。
〔导电层配置工序〕
本发明的制造方法所具有的导电层配置工序1为在开设有第1贯穿孔的长 条状的第1塑料基板上配置第1透明导电层的工序,导电层配置工序2为在开 设有第2贯穿孔的长条状的第2塑料基板上配置第2透明导电层的工序。
其中,在开设有贯穿孔的塑料基板配置透明导电层的方法并无特别限定, 能够通过例如涂布、蒸镀、印刷等方法配置本发明的塑料单元中说明的能够用 于透明导电层的原材料。
〔流体层配置工序〕
本发明的制造方法所具有的流体层配置工序为在第1透明导电层之上配置 流体层的工序。
其中,在第1透明导电层之上配置流体层的方法并无特别限定,能够使用 例如涂布、浸渍、利用毛细管现象的注入等各种公知的方法。
〔层叠体制作工序〕
本发明的制造方法所具有的层叠体制作工序为将配置有第1透明导电层及 流体层的第1塑料基板和配置有第2透明导电层的第2塑料基板以卷对卷 (Roll to Roll)方式贴合,并制作长条状的层叠体的工序。
其中,以卷对卷方式贴合的方法并无特别限定,能够使用例如将配置有第 1透明导电层及流体层的第1塑料基板和配置有第2透明导电层的第2塑料基 板以通过夹持辊之间的方式贴合的方法等。
〔密封工序〕
本发明的制造方法所具有的密封工序为对第1塑料基板及第2塑料基板进 行热熔融粘合,由此沿长边方向密封流体层的工序。
其中,作为热熔融粘合的方法,只要使用对塑料基板赋予热熔融粘合所需 的能量的方法,则并无特别限定。具体而言,可列举使高温的金属元件与塑料 基板接触的方法、使COx激光聚光而施加到塑料基板的方法、将超声波施加到 塑料基板的方法等。
实施例
以下,列举实施例对本发明进行具体说明,但是以下实施例所示的原材 料、试剂、物质量及其比例、条件、操作等只要不脱离本发明的宗旨,则能够 适当地变更。因此,本发明的范围并不限定于以下实施例。
[实施例1]
<透明导电层的制作>
在TEIJIN LIMITED.制造来的聚碳酸酯(PC-2151、厚度250μm)上使用 开孔冲头开设贯穿孔之后,通过US2013/0341074号公报的实施例1中记载的 方法利用Ag纳米线制作透明导电层,制作了层叠包含聚碳酸酯的塑料基板和 包含Ag纳米线的透明导电层的层叠体。制作的层叠体中,在设置于聚碳酸酯 的贯穿孔中也形成有由Ag纳米线构成的导电材料。
<取向层的制作>
将上述制作出的层叠体切割成10cm见方,并使用棒式涂布机#1.6将聚酰 胺酸取向层涂布液(JSR Corporation制造JALS684)作为液晶取向剂进行了 涂布。之后,在膜面温度80℃下干燥3分钟,从而制作了液晶取向层101。此 时,液晶取向层的膜厚为60nm。
准备2组如此制作的以塑料基板、透明导电层及液晶取向层的顺序层叠的 层叠体。
<间隔物层的制作>
通过下述配方制作了间隔物层分散液。
利用敷抹器(applicator)以间隙100μm的设定,对2组层叠了液晶取 向层的层叠体的每一组上涂布了制作出的间隔物层分散液。
之后,以膜面温度成为60℃的方式进行加热,干燥1分钟,由此制作了2 组具有间隔物层的层叠体。
<液晶单元的制作>
通过下述配方制作了液晶层组合物。
将制作出的液晶层组合物滴加到具有由上述制作出的间隔物层的2组层叠 体中的其中一组的中央,由具有另一个间隔物层的层叠体夹持,通过辊均匀地 扩展液晶层组合物而成为含有液晶层组合物的层叠体。
之后,使用加热温度控制电动封口机(OPL-600-10、FUJI IMPULSE CO.,LTD.制造),在230℃下通过5秒钟热熔融粘合密封本层叠体的四边,从 而制作了封入有液晶的塑料单元001。
使用切片机对如上述制作出的塑料单元001的密封部分进行截面切削,用 场发射型扫描电子显微镜(S-5200,Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation制造)确认的结果,如图1那样,表面(上表面)的塑料基板1 与背面(下表面)的塑料基板7直接粘接而密封了流体层4,并且两个塑料基 板之间不具有透明导电层。
确认到如上述制作出的塑料单元001即使为了确认柔性而在中央附近折弯 成90°,也不存在密封部分的问题。
<驱动的确认>
在制作出的塑料单元001的暴露于表面(上表面)与背面(下表面)的导 电材料连接电极,施加电压3V时,液晶根据施加或未施加来驱动,而进行并 且可逆的着色及脱色,由此确认到能够驱动。
[比较例1]
实施例1中,用UV密封剂(TB1220,ThreeBond Co.,Ltd.制造)对四边 都进行密封来代替对端部的密封进行热熔融粘合,除此以外,通过与实施例1 相同的操作,制作了塑料单元002。
为了确认柔性而在中央附近将塑料单元002折弯成90°时,导致密封剂剥 离,并导致塑料单元中的液晶组合物的一部分流出。
[比较例2]
在聚碳酸酯上未开设贯穿孔,除此以外,通过与实施例1相同的操作,制 作了塑料单元003。
试图在制作出的塑料单元003安装电极,但是无导通的部分无法使其驱 动。

Claims (6)
1.一种塑料单元,其依次具有第1塑料基板、第1透明导电层、流体层、第2透明导电层及第2塑料基板,
还具有所述第1塑料基板或所述第2塑料基板的一部分变形而密封所述流体层的密封部分,
所述第1塑料基板具有第1贯穿孔,
所述第2塑料基板具有第2贯穿孔,
在所述第1贯穿孔中具有第1导电材料,
在所述第2贯穿孔中具有第2导电材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料单元,其中,
所述第1导电材料为与所述第1透明导电层相同的材料,所述第2导电材料为与所述第2透明导电层相同的材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料单元,其中,
在所述第1透明导电层与所述流体层之间及在所述第2透明导电层与所述流体层之间分别具有取向层,
所述流体层为使用含有液晶性化合物的液晶组合物形成的液晶层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料单元,其中,
所述第1塑料基板及所述第2塑料基板均为长条状的薄膜,
且为沿所述长条状的薄膜的长边方向卷取的卷筒形态。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料单元,其还具有电极,
所述电极与所述第1透明导电层及所述第2透明导电层中的至少一个经由所述导电材料连接。
6.一种塑料单元的制造方法,其包括:
在长条状的第1塑料基板上开设第1贯穿孔的工序;
在开设有所述第1贯穿孔的长条状的第1塑料基板上配置第1透明导电层的工序;
在长条状的第2塑料基板上开设第2贯穿孔的工序;
在开设有所述第2贯穿孔的长条状的第2塑料基板上配置第2透明导电层的工序;
在所述第1透明导电层之上配置流体层的工序;
将在所述第1透明导电层之上配置有所述流体层的所述第1塑料基板与配置有所述第2透明导电层的所述第2塑料基板以卷对卷方式贴合,制作长条状的层叠体的工序;
制作了所述层叠体之后,对所述第1塑料基板及所述第2塑料基板进行热熔融粘合,由此沿长边方向密封所述流体层的工序;及
将所述层叠体卷绕成卷状的工序。
