Abstract

本发明涉及椎间融合器插入装置,尤其涉及可稳定简便地插入插入于脊椎之间的椎间融合器的椎间融合器插入装置。本发明的一种椎间融合器插入装置,包括:主体,容置与插入椎间的椎间融合器结合的内杆;推杆,可滑动地结合于上述主体,根据来自上述主体的前进移动推动椎间融合器的一侧;支撑杆,支撑上述椎间融合器的另一侧并可滑动地设置于上述主体,以在上述推杆前进移动时后退;调节部,可操作地设置于上述主体,调节上述推杆及支撑杆的移动,以根据使用者的操作调节上述椎间融合器的旋转量。

Description

椎间融合器插入装置
技术领域
本发明涉及椎间融合器插入装置,尤其涉及可稳定简便地插入于脊椎之间的椎间融合器的椎间融合器插入装置。
背景技术
椎间盘是夹设于脊椎的椎骨之间的软骨的圆盘,在除颈椎的一部分之外的各脊椎之间,吸收身体的重量和冲击,像弹簧一样起到分散冲击的缓冲作用。此时,椎间盘起到保持脊椎不脱离,为防止脊椎神经受到压迫,分离两个脊椎以确保脊椎关节空间的范围,确保各脊椎的移动变得顺利。
上述椎间盘由纤维环和髓核构成,纤维环调节脊椎运动,而内部的髓核由70~80%的水分构成。脊椎缓冲或传递沿垂直方向施加的重量和冲击,而若患退行性椎间盘突出症,则纤维环的移动或承载髓核的能力变弱,水分含量减少。因上述综合影响,将引起椎管狭窄、形成骨赘、椎间盘突出、神经根压迫等疾病。
作为一种治疗由椎间盘引起的疾病的方法,有在去除人体受损的椎间盘之后,将两个相邻的脊椎体之间的空间用人工椎间盘或种植体,即所谓的椎间融合器(cage)替代的方法。即通过移植椎间融合器恢复尽可能自然的状态,恢复作为椎间盘的原来的高度的两个相邻的脊椎体之间原来的距离,以此恢复脊椎的功能。
近来,作为将上述椎间融合器插入脊椎之间的手术方法提出TLIF(Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion)。TLIF是脊椎体融合术的一种,是从后方接近插入椎间融合器的手术方法。具体而言,是沿脊椎肌肉的两侧切开小口,为固定螺钉露出尽可能少的部分之后,在将脊椎关节部位沿神经孔出来的方向去除的同时,利用插入装置插入椎间融合器的手术,具有出血少,可缩短手术时间的优点。
在TLIF中,为最大限度地减少切口的大小和在人体内的伤害,一般来说首先使椎间融合器的前端通过人体的后面(背部一侧)插入并位于椎间之后,使椎间融合器的侧面设置于椎间的前面(人体的肚子一侧),以此完成椎间融合器的插入。即,为使插入的椎间融合器的侧面朝向椎间的前面,需要作为辅助器具的撞击器(Impactor),利用撞击器向椎间融合器的侧面施力,以旋转椎间融合器设置椎间融合器。但是,利用撞击器的手术存在手术变难,且手术的成功与否只能取决于手术者的能力的缺点。
作为使椎间融合器的位置调节变得容易的方法,提出注册专利公报第10-1273199号(下称“专利文献1”)及注册专利公报第10-0371308号(下称“专利文献2”)等技术。上述先行技术中的椎间融合器插入装置,实现插入椎间融合器以使椎间融合器的前端朝向椎间的前面之后,旋转椎间融合器的关节式旋转运动,即所谓的Articulating mechanism。
在能够实现上述Articulating mechanism的椎间融合器插入装置中,最重要的是在插入椎间融合器的过程中使椎间融合器不进行旋转而保持竖立的姿态,及在插入椎间融合器并调整至准确位置的过程中精细调节椎间融合器的姿态,而为了解决上述技术课题研究者们开展各种研究及开发。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于解决上述技术课题,提供一种在椎间融合器的插入过程中稳定维持椎间融合器的姿态并在椎间融合器旋转时可精细调节椎间融合器的姿态的椎间融合器插入装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题不受上述技术课题的限制,而对于本领域技术人员而言,未被提及的其他技术课题可通过下面的内容将变得明了。
解决问题的方法
为实现上述课题,本发明提供一种椎间融合器插入装置,包括:主体,容置与插入椎间的椎间融合器结合的内杆;推杆,可滑动地结合于上述主体,根据来自上述主体的前进移动推动椎间融合器的一侧;支撑杆,支撑上述椎间融合器的另一侧并可滑动地设置于上述主体,以在上述推杆前进移动时后退;调节部,可操作地设置于上述主体,调节上述推杆及支撑杆的移动,以根据使用者的操作调节上述椎间融合器的旋转量。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,在上述支撑杆的前端形成支撑上述椎间融合器的曲面部的曲面支撑部。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,上述调节部包括可旋转地设置于上述主体的旋转柄。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,在上述主体的内部设置有根据上述调节部的旋转向相反方向移动上述支撑杆和推杆的动力传递单元。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,上述动力传递单元,包括:第一及第二连接部,各在上述推杆和支撑杆的侧面延长;旋转体,两端可旋转地连接于上述第一及第二连接部,根据上述调节部的旋转对上述主体做枢轴运动。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置还包括在前期将上述椎间融合器插入椎间时,将上述支撑杆锁定/解锁于上述主体的第一位置的锁定单元。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,上述锁定单元,包括:操作杆,可旋转地设置于上述支撑杆;第一结合部,具备于上述主体并可拆卸地结合于上述操作杆。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,上述锁定单元还包括可拆卸地与上述操作杆结合,以在上述椎间融合器旋转时,将上述支撑杆锁定/解锁于上述主体的第二位置的第二结合部。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,在上述主体及支撑杆上标示表示上述椎间融合器的旋转状态的标记。在此,上述标记利用文字、记号及数字中的至少一种标示上述椎间融合器的旋转状态或角度。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,还包括:把手部,可结合于上述主体;把手结合部,可拆卸地将上述把手部结合于上述主体。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,上述把手结合部,包括:插入槽,形成于形成在上述主体的支撑部的两面;突出插入部,在上述把手部的端部成双形成以形成上述支撑部的插入空间,并插入上述插入槽。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,上述支撑部及插入槽在上述主体的上下侧对称形成,以将上述把手部结合于上述主体的上下部。
根据本发明的椎间融合器插入装置,上述把手结合部还包括可旋转地设置于上述突出插入部并固定或松开上述支撑部的固定部件。
发明效果
根据上述构成的本发明,在推杆和支撑杆上,通过支撑结构及锁定结构,在椎间融合器的插入过程中,稳定维持椎间融合器的姿态。
另外,根据本发明,通过利用调节部的调节调节推杆和支撑杆的移动量的结构,在椎间融合器旋转时,可精细调节椎间融合器的姿态。
另外,根据利用推杆和支撑杆的移动原理的关节式旋转运动结构,可将椎间融合器的旋转角度增大到比现有技术更大范围的0°~90°。
另外,可拆卸地构成椎间融合器插入装置的各结构,从而在完成手术之后,无需其他工具即可简单地分离及结合,而且,上下可拆卸地构成把手部,从而使右利手和左利手的人都可在顺手的方向附着使用把手。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图对本发明的椎间融合器插入装置进行详细说明。
图1为本发明一实施例的椎间融合器插入装置的斜视图、图2为表示分离图1所示的椎间融合器插入装置的部分结构的状态的分离斜视图,而图3为表示图1所示的椎间融合器和与其结合的内杆的斜视图。另外,图4为表示椎间融合器的经过旋转的状态的部分斜视图,表示从与图1相反的方向观察的状态。
如图1至图4所示,椎间融合器插入装置包括主体(110)、推杆(120)、支撑杆(130)及调节部(140)。
主体(110)容置与插入椎间的椎间融合器(10)结合的内杆(150,请参考图2)。如图2所示,在主体(10)的后端具备用于连通其内外部的开口部(112),而内杆(150)通过开口部(112)插入主体(110)的内部。在内杆(150)的后端具备用于旋转操作的旋钮(152)。
如图3所示,椎间融合器(10)包括形成外观的椎间融合器主体(11),及可旋转地结合于椎间融合器主体的旋转部件(20)。
椎间融合器主体(11)的前端呈倾斜状,而前端的倾斜面(11a)以上下对称的形状形成以方便插入。在椎间融合器主体(11)的上下面可形成在与脊椎体(1,请参考图6)接触时防止打滑的凹凸部(16),而其在防止打滑的同时,还可使与脊椎体(1)的融合变得更加牢固。
在椎间融合器主体(11)的上下面可沿上下方向贯通形成用于容置骨粉的骨粉容置孔(12),而在椎间融合器主体(11)的侧面可形成使骨粉的容置变得更加顺利的多个侧面贯通孔(13、14)。
旋转部件(20)可旋转地连接于椎间融合器主体(11)的后端。在椎间融合器主体(11)的后端具备形成旋转部件(20)的旋转空间的槽(15),而旋转部件(20)通过铰链接合等与椎间融合器主体(11)连接以在槽(15)内部进行旋转。
在旋转部件(20)的外周面形成外螺纹,而在内杆(150)形成与其结合的内螺纹(151)。在内杆(150)和旋转部件(20)接触的状态下向一个方向旋转内杆(150),则其之间被螺丝结合,而在结合状态下向反方向旋转内杆(150),则内杆(150)从旋转部件(20)分离。在本实施例中,以在旋转部件(20)上形成外螺纹,在内杆(150)上形成内螺纹(151)为例进行说明,但非限制,也可以存在与其相反的情况,只要是旋转部件(20)和内杆(150)内外结合的结构,可采用任何结构。
如图4所示,推杆(120)可滑动地结合于主体(110)。在本实施例中,示例性地说明在形成于主体(110)的内部滑动空间插入推杆(120)的结构。推杆(120)根据来自主体(110)的前进移动,即向椎间融合器(10)方向的移动推动椎间融合器(10)的一侧。
再如图1及图2所示,支撑杆(130)支撑椎间融合器(10)的另一侧。即具备推杆(120)和支撑杆(130)支撑椎间融合器(10)的后侧两个部位的结构。另外,支撑杆(130)与推杆(120)并排可滑动地设置于主体(210),在推杆(120)前进移动时向与其相反的方向后退移动,以实现椎间融合器(10)的关节式旋转运动,即所谓的Articulating mechanism。
调节部(140)可被使用者操作地设置于主体,根据使用者的操作调节推杆(120)及支撑杆(130)的移动。这样根据调节部(140)的操作调节推杆(120)及支撑杆(130)的移动,以调节椎间融合器(10)的旋转量,即相对于旋转部件(20)的椎间融合器主体(11)的旋转角度。
调节部(140)可具备可旋转地设置于主体(110)的旋转把手的形式,而在本实施例中,示例性地说明把手形式的调节部(140)设置于主体(110)的后端部的情况。此时,在调节部(140)的后端具备内杆(150)的旋钮(152)。可根据调节部(140)的旋转量调节支撑杆(130)及推杆(120)的移动量。当向一个方向旋转调节部(140),则支撑杆(130)后退移动,推杆(120)前进移动,而当向相反方向旋转调节部(140),则支撑杆(130)前进移动,推杆(120)后退移动。
为此,在主体(10)的内部可设置根据调节部(140)的旋转,向相仿方向移动支撑杆(130)和推杆(120)的动力传递单元。例如,动力传递单元可包括将调节部(140)的旋转运动转换为支撑杆(130)的直线运动进行传递的第一动力传递部,及将支撑杆(130)的直线运动向相反方向传递给推杆(120)的第二动力传递部。作为第一动力传递部的示例有涡轮和齿条齿轮的组合,而第二动力传递部的示例有齿条齿轮。但是,第一及第二动力传递部不限于上述构成,可变换为各种形式实施。而且,还可以有第一动力传递部将调节部(140)的旋转运动转换为推杆(120)的直线运动,而第二动力传递部将推杆(120)的直线运动传递给支撑杆(130)的结构。另外,动力传递单元还可以具备不区分为上述第一动力传递部和第二动力传递部,而是将调节部(140)的旋转运动各传递给推杆(120)和支撑杆(130)的结构。此外,除上述示例性结构之外,动力传递单元还可通过各种结构及原理实现。
再如图1及图2所示,椎间融合器插入装置还包括将支撑杆(130)锁定/解锁于主体(110)的第一位置的锁定单元(160)。在此,第一位置对应于前期插入椎间融合器(10)的位置,即椎间融合器(10)的前端朝向椎间的前面的位置。锁定单元(160)通过固定支撑椎间融合器(10)的支撑杆(130)的位置,在插入椎间融合器(10)时,防止椎间融合器(10)随意旋转,从而可在前期插入椎间融合器(10)时提供牢固的固定力。
锁定单元(160)可包括可旋转地设置于支撑杆(130)的操作杆(161),及具备于主体(110)的第一结合部(165),而第一结合部(165)可拆卸地结合于操作杆(161)。
操作杆(161)为一体形成操作部(162)和固定部(163)的形式,结合于支撑杆(130)的后端并可以旋转轴(164)为中心做枢轴运动。固定部(163)上可形成插入突起,此时,第一结合部(165)可具备夹住插入突起的插入槽的形式。使用者通过拉动操作杆(161)的操作部(162)旋转操作杆(161),以使固定部(163)结合于第一结合部(165),而通过推动操作部(162)进行反方向旋转,以使固定部(163)从第一结合部(165)分离。
除上述结构之外,只要能与固定部(163)以内外结合的结构可拆卸的结合,第一结合部(165)可变换为各种形式实施。
另外,上述锁定单元(160)还包括在椎间融合器(10)旋转时将支撑杆(130)锁定/解锁于主体(110)的第二位置的第二结合部(166)。第二位置对应于支撑杆(130)从第一位置后退一定距离的位置,而与第一结合部(165)一样,第二结合部(166)具备可拆卸地与操作杆(161)结合的结构。在本实施例中,示例性地说明第二结合部(166)具备从插入槽形式的第一结合部(165)向后方相隔一定间距的插入槽的形式的结构,而与第一结合部(165)一样,第二结合部(166)也可变换为各种形式实施。第二结合部(166)起到在椎间融合器(10)旋转一定角度的状态下固定支撑杆(130)的位置,以牢固维持其状态的作用。
图5为本发明一实施例的椎间融合器插入装置的运行状态图,而图6为根据图5所示的插入装置的运行的椎间融合器的插入过程的示意图。
使用者通过旋转内杆(150)的旋钮(152)结合内杆(150)和椎间融合器(10)的旋转部件(20),并运行锁定单元(160)将支撑杆(130)固定于第一位置。另外,将椎间融合器插入装置推入脊椎体(1)的插入位置插入脊椎融合器(10)。
在前期插入椎间融合器(10)的过程中,推杆(120)支撑形成于椎间融合器主体(11)的槽(15)内的第一支撑壁(18),而支撑杆(130)支撑椎间融合器主体(11)的第二支撑壁(19)。因支撑杆(130)的位置被锁定单元(160)固定,在前期插入椎间融合器(10)时,通过牢固的支撑力防止椎间融合器(10)随意旋转而稳定插入。
在前期插入椎间融合器(10)之后解锁锁定单元(160),则支撑杆(130)恢复可自由移动的状态。在此状态下,若旋转调节部(140),则推杆(120)前进移动推动椎间融合器主体(11)的第一支撑壁(18),而支撑杆(130)后退移动提供椎间融合器主体(11)的旋转空间,从而实现椎间融合器(10)的关节式旋转运动。在此过程中,因可根据调节部(140)的旋转量调节椎间融合器(10)的旋转量,从而在手术时刻精细调节椎间融合器(10)的姿态。
若继续旋转调节部(140),则椎间融合器(10)可旋转至约90°,椎间融合器(10)的第二支撑壁(19)与旋转部件(20)的侧面接触,从而限制其旋转。可以上述状态将椎间融合器(10)插入椎间。可在推杆(120)上形成导引槽(123),在主体(110)上形成沿导引槽(123)移动的导引突起(113),而导引槽(123)及导引突起(113)的结构在起到导引推杆(120)的直线运动的作用的同时,起到限制推杆(120)的移动范围的限位器的作用。
通过在椎间融合器(10)约旋转90°的状态下锁定锁定单元(160)以将支撑杆(130)固定于主体(110)的第二位置,从而可在维持椎间融合器(10)的90°的旋转状态的同时进行插入。结束椎间融合器(10)的插入之后,使用者向与结合时相反的方向旋转旋钮(152),以将内杆(150)从椎间融合器(10)的旋转部件(120)分离,并从手术位置、脊椎体(1)拉出椎间融合器插入装置。
图7及图8为各表示支撑杆的移动位置及根据该移动位置的锁定单元的状态的示意图。
如图7所示,可在支撑杆(130)的前端形成支撑形成于椎间融合器(10)的后端的曲面部(17)的曲面支撑部(137),其具有对应于曲面部(17)的形式,是围绕支撑曲面部(17)的形式。通过上述结构,在前期插入椎间融合器(10)时,可牢固支撑椎间融合器(10)。
在支撑杆(130)的侧面可贯通形成移动槽(135),而在主体(110)上可具备沿移动槽(135)移动的导引器(115)。支撑杆(130)的直线移动受上述导引结构(115、135)的导引,且其最终移动位置受到限制。
如图8所示,主体(110)及支撑杆(130)上可标示表示椎间融合器(10)的旋转状态的标记(117、118、138)。在本实施例中,支撑杆(130)上标示有箭头形状的标记(138),而在主体(110)上标示有对应于“Lock”状态的箭头形状的标记(117)及对应于“Articulating”状态的箭头形状的标记(118)。在此,“Lock”状态对应于“第一位置”,而“Articulating”状态对应于“第二位置”。因此,在支撑杆(130)锁定于主体(110)的第一位置的状态下,支撑杆(130)的标记(138)指向对应于主体(110)的“Lock”状态的标记(117),而在支撑杆(130)位于主体(110)的第二位置的状态下,支撑杆(130)的标记(138)指向对应于主体(110)的“Articulating”状态的标记(118)。通过上述结构,无需直接查看椎间融合器(10)的状态,而只需确认标记即可容易确认椎间融合器(10)的状态,即椎间融合器(10)处于锁定状态还是旋转状态。
另外,如图1及图2所示,主体(110)上可具备供使用者握在手中进行手术的把手部(170)。在本实施例中,把手部(170)可拆卸地结合于主体(110),为此在把手部(170)和主体(110)之间可具备可拆卸地结合两者之间的把手结合部(180)。
图9为附着于本发明的椎间融合器插入装置的把手部的设置形式的示意图,而图10及图11为用于结合把手部的把手结合部的示意图。
如图9所示,可具备在主体(110)的上部和下部结合把手部(170)的结构。因此,可根据结合把手部(170)的位置翻转使用椎间融合器插入装置,从而具有左利手和右利手都可以顺手的方向结合把手部(170)使用的优点。
如图10及图11所示,把手结合部(180)可包括形成于主体(110)的一堆插入槽(181),及形成于把手部(170)的端部的一对突出插入部(182)。
主体(110)上可具备形成有插入槽(181)的支撑部(119)。支撑部(119)可设置于主体(110)的后端,可用作容置上述动力传递单元的空间。插入槽(181)可形成于支撑部(119)的两个对立面。上述支撑部(119)及插入槽(181)对称形成于主体(110)的上下侧,以将把手部(170)结合于主体(110)的上下部。
突出插入部(182)在把手部(170)的端部形成一对以形成支撑部(119)的插入空间。突出插入部(182)插入插入于其间的支撑部(119)的插入槽(181)。
突出插入部(182)上可旋转地设置用于固定或松开支撑部(119)的固定部件(182)。在本实施例中,固定部件(183)具备挂接于形成在支撑部(119)的下端的挂接槽(185)的挂接部(184),且可具备挂接部(184)根据固定部件(183)的旋转进行旋转而位于挂接槽(185)的结构。根据上述结构,在将支撑部(119)插入一对突出插入部(182)之间的空间并使突出插入部(182)插入插入槽(181)内之后,旋转固定部件(183)使挂接部(184)位于挂接槽(185)内,从而将把手部(170)固定于主体(110)。另外,把手部(170)的分离可逆向实施上述过程实现。
上述说明的把手结合部(180)的结构是示例性的,只要是能够将把手部(170)可拆卸地结合于主体(110)的结构,可变换为各种形式实施。
图12为本发明另一实施例的椎间融合器插入装置的斜视图,而图13为图12所示的椎间融合器插入装置的平面图。
本实施例的椎间融合器插入装置基本上与先前实施例的结构相同,在动力传递单元的部分结构设置于主体(110)的外部及表示椎间融合器(10)的旋转状态的标记的标示方式方面与先前实施例存在差异。对与先前实施例相同的结构的说明可参考上面的内容。
在本实施例中,动力传递单元包括各在推杆(120)和支撑杆(130)的侧面延长的第一及第二连接部(191、192);两端可旋转地连接于第一及第二连接部(191、192)的旋转体(193)。旋转体(193)设置于主体(110)外部以根据调节部(140,旋转柄)的旋转进行旋转。旋转体(193)上固定有沿上下方向的旋转轴(195),而在旋转轴(195)和调节部(140)之间设置有内置于主体(110)的动力传递结构(例如,锥齿轮)。
旋转轴(195)根据调节部(140)的旋转进行旋转以使旋转体(193)进行枢轴运动,而可旋转地连接于旋转体(193)的推杆(120)和支撑杆(130)可向相反方向移动。图12及图13表示旋转体(193)沿逆时针方向旋转至最后,以使推杆(120)前进至最后,而支撑杆(130)后退至最后的状态。
可供参考的是,上述通过旋转体(193)的旋转的推杆(120)及支撑杆(130)的直线移动结构,可使用上述动力传递结构,但也可由使用者直接旋转操作旋转体(193),以调节推杆(120)和支撑杆(130)的位置。此时,旋转体(193)起到先前实施例中调节部(140)的作用,此时也可采用不设置旋转柄的结构。
另外,在本实施例中表示椎间融合器(10)的旋转状态的标记(116、138)可表示椎间融合器(10)的旋转角度。在本实施例中,分阶段表示椎间融合器(10)的旋转角度的标记(116)标示为0、30、60、90°。因此,较之先前的实施例只表示“Lock”及“Articulating”的两种状态,具有更容易确认根据椎间融合器(10)的旋转角度的姿态的优点。如上所述,表示椎间融合器(10)的旋转状态的标记可以文字、记号及数字等各种形式标示椎间融合器(10)的状态或旋转角度。
上述椎间融合器插入装置不受上述实施例的结构和方法的限制,而在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可以对本发明进行修改、变形或者等同替换。

Claims (14)

1.一种椎间融合器插入装置,包括:主体,容置与插入椎间的椎间融合器结合的内杆;
推杆,可滑动地结合于所述主体,根据来自所述主体的前进移动推动所述椎间融合器的一侧;
支撑杆,支撑所述椎间融合器的另一侧并可滑动地设置于所述主体,以在所述推杆前进移动时后退;及

所述调节部包括可旋转地设置于所述主体的旋转柄。
4.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
在所述主体的内部设置有根据所述调节部的旋转向相反方向移动所述支撑杆和所述推杆的动力传递单元。
5.根据权利要求4所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
所述动力传递单元,包括:
第一及第二连接部,各在所述推杆和所述支撑杆的侧面延长;及
旋转体,两端可旋转地连接于所述第一及第二连接部,根据所述调节部的旋转对所述主体做枢轴运动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
还包括在前期将所述椎间融合器插入椎间时,将所述支撑杆锁定/解锁于所述主体的第一位置的锁定单元。
7.根据权利要求6所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
所述锁定单元,包括:
操作杆,可旋转地设置于所述支撑杆;及
第一结合部,具备于所述主体并可拆卸地结合于所述操作杆。
8.根据权利要求7所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
所述锁定单元还包括可拆卸地与所述操作杆结合,以在所述椎间融合器旋转时,将所述支撑杆锁定/解锁于所述主体的第二位置的第二结合部。
9.根据权利要求6所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
在所述主体及支撑杆上标示表示所述椎间融合器的旋转状态的标记。
10.根据权利要求9所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
所述标记利用文字、记号及数字中的至少一种标示所述椎间融合器的旋转状态或角度。
11.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,还包括:
把手部,结合于所述主体;及
把手结合部,可拆卸地将所述把手部结合于所述主体。
12.根据权利要求11所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
所述把手结合部,包括:
插入槽,形成于形成在所述主体的支撑部的两个对立面;及
突出插入部,在所述把手部的端部成双形成以形成所述支撑部的插入空间,并插入所述插入槽。
13.根据权利要求12所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
所述支撑部及所述插入槽在所述主体的上下侧对称形成,以将所述把手部结合于所述主体的上下部。
14.根据权利要求12所述的椎间融合器插入装置,其特征在于,
所述把手结合部还包括可旋转地设置于所述突出插入部并固定或松开所述支撑部的固定部件。
