Description

Method for judging power failure of 10 KV line trunk line
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power grid fault analysis, in particular to a method for judging power failure of a main line of a 10-kilovolt line.
Background
With the continuous development of the company power grid monitoring informatization and automation technology, the existing dispatching automation and distribution network automation system realizes the function of monitoring the power grid operation in the important urban area, however, for suburbs, villages and towns and wide rural areas which cannot be covered by the distribution network automation, more power failure faults on a 10 kV line still need to be reported and repaired by a user, emergency repair personnel can be dispatched to carry out the treatment, and the common treatment mode is only the common distribution transformer aiming at the fault of the bottommost layer, namely, the public distribution transformer, and the public distribution transformer is distributed in different places, so that it is difficult to find out whether the power failure fault of the public distribution transformer is caused by the fault of the main line of the public distribution transformer by a field inspection method, and the failure correlation and the most fundamental failure reason existing between single failure distribution transformers are difficult to find out due to the lack of effective monitoring analysis on the failure influence range and law. Therefore, even if the correlation between the fault distribution transformers is found by manually performing on-site investigation directly or manually performing data analysis, huge manpower and time are consumed due to wide distribution of the distribution transformers and huge grid data, and the efficiency is low. Therefore, it is urgently needed that a management system adopts an automatic method to analyze the relationship between the power failure fault distribution transformers, and finds whether the power failure of the distribution transformer on a 10-kilovolt line is caused by the power failure of a main line, so as to provide a basis for fundamentally solving the problem of the fault.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems of time consumption, labor consumption and low efficiency in a mode of manually analyzing a fault common distribution transformer to judge whether a main line of a 10 kilovolt line has a power failure in the prior art, the invention provides a method for judging the power failure of the main line of the 10 kilovolt line by adopting a management system.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a method for judging the power failure of a main line of a 10 kilovolt line, which comprises the following steps:
s1: in a set period, the management system automatically acquires the public distribution transformer quantity M of all power failures on a 10 kV line;
s2: the management system calls a production management system to automatically acquire all public distribution transformer quantity N on the 10 kV line;
s3: the management system judges whether the number M of the blackout public distribution transformers is greater than or equal to 50% of the number N of all the public distribution transformers, and continues to step S4 when judging that the number M of the blackout public distribution transformers is greater than or equal to 50% of the number N of all the public distribution transformers;
s4: the management system calls an electricity information acquisition system to automatically acquire the starting time and the ending time when the meter current of the gateway meter at the outlet side of the 10 kV line substation is zero;
s5: the management system calls an electricity information acquisition system to automatically acquire the power failure time and the power restoration time of the 10 kV line power failure public distribution transformer;
s6: and the management system judges whether the starting time of the meter current of the gateway meter at the outlet side of the 10 kV line transformer substation is zero is matched with the power failure time of the power failure public distribution transformer or not, and the ending time of the current is zero is matched with the power restoration time of the power failure public distribution transformer or not, and judges that the main line of the 10 kV line is powered off when the starting time of the meter current of the outlet side of the 10 kV line transformer substation is judged to be zero to be matched with the power failure time of the power failure public distribution transformer, and the ending time of the current is zero to be matched with the power restoration time of the power failure public distribution transformer or not.
When the method of the invention judges that the main line of the 10 kilovolt line has power failure, the occurrence of the power failure event of the public distribution transformer on the 10 kilovolt line is basically caused by the fault of the main line where the public distribution transformer is located, therefore, if the public distribution transformer is only overhauled and the main line is not overhauled, the public distribution transformer with the power failure event can frequently have power failure in a short time. Therefore, by adopting the management system and the management method, whether the power failure fault of the public distribution transformer is caused by the fault of the trunk line can be quickly found, the invention is specified for fault maintenance, and the operation and maintenance management capability is improved.
Preferably, in step S1, before obtaining the number M of public distribution transformers with power failure on the 10 kv line, determining whether each public distribution transformer on the 10 kv line has power failure, the following steps are taken:
s01: the management system calls an electricity utilization information acquisition system to acquire the power failure time and the electricity restoration time recorded by the public distribution transformer acquisition terminal;
s02: the management system calls an electricity utilization information acquisition system to acquire voltage loss starting time and voltage loss ending time of the public distribution transformer gateway meter;
s03: the management system judges whether the power failure time recorded by the acquisition terminal is matched with the voltage loss starting time of the gateway meter or not and whether the power restoration time recorded by the acquisition terminal is matched with the voltage loss ending time of the gateway meter or not, and judges that the public distribution transformer has power failure when the power failure time recorded by the acquisition terminal is matched with the voltage loss starting time of the gateway meter or when the power restoration time recorded by the acquisition terminal is matched with the voltage loss ending time of the gateway meter.
The collecting terminal installed at the outlet side of the public distribution transformer has the phenomena of inaccuracy and incompleteness in recording of power failure and power restoration events probably due to the influences of factors such as battery aging, external interference and equipment quality, and the completeness rate can reach 70% through field testing; the voltage data acquisition of the gateway meter installed on the outlet side of the public distribution transformer also has data loss of acquisition failure and abnormal transmission communication, and the accuracy rate can reach 98% through field test. The collection terminal and the gateway meter are used as two independent devices, and abnormal and unreliable data recorded by the collection terminal and the gateway meter can be filtered by judging whether the power failure and power restoration time recorded by the collection terminal is matched with the voltage loss time recorded by the gateway meter.
And when the difference between the power restoration time recorded by the acquisition terminal and the voltage loss ending time of the gateway meter is judged to be within 5 minutes, namely the power restoration time recorded by the acquisition terminal is judged to be matched with the voltage loss ending time of the gateway meter.
Preferably, in the statistical period obtained by calling the electricity information acquisition system by the management system, when the management system determines that the power failure frequency of the 10 kv line trunk line is greater than 2 times, it determines that the 10 kv line trunk line has frequent power failure.
Preferably, the management system calls an electricity information acquisition system to acquire the power failure time of each power failure event of the public distribution transformer and the occurrence frequency of the power failure event in a statistical period, and when the power failure time of the public distribution transformer is judged to exceed 2 hours and the power failure frequency is larger than or equal to 3 times, the public distribution transformer area is judged to have frequent power failure. When the public distribution transformer is judged to have frequent power failure, the public distribution transformer needs to be subjected to key maintenance, and the direction is indicated for maintenance.
Preferably, the statistical period duration is less than or equal to one month.
In the existing power grid information system, a power grid GIS system topology model displays the topological relation of equipment on a power grid line, and whether public distribution transformers belong to the same branch line or not is determined by calling data; the production management system is an equipment operation and maintenance lean management system, and acquires the quantity information of the public distribution transformers on the line by calling the data of the system; the power utilization information acquisition system records the outage and restoration time of the public distribution transformer through an acquisition terminal arranged on the outlet side of the public distribution transformer, and records the output voltage value of the public distribution transformer through a gateway meter arranged on the outlet side of the public distribution transformer.
When the public distribution transformer has power failure, the collection terminal installed on the outlet side records the power failure event and the occurrence time when the three-phase input voltage is lower than 60% of the rated voltage and lasts for one minute, and records the power restoration event when the input voltage of the collection terminal recovers and is higher than 80% of the rated voltage. Meanwhile, when the public distribution transformer has power failure, the collection of the three-phase voltage is null value every 15 minutes, namely the voltage loss time by a gateway meter arranged on the outlet side of the public distribution transformer. Data recorded by an acquisition terminal at the outlet side of the public distribution transformer and a gateway meter are automatically uploaded to a power utilization information acquisition system; in the step of judging the power failure of the main line of the 10 kilovolt line, the management system calls the electricity utilization information acquisition system and the production management system as required to acquire related information and carries out the judgment according to a judgment method.
The beneficial effects of the invention include:
compared with the mode that whether the main line of the 10 kV line has power failure or not is judged by manually analyzing the fault distribution transformer in the prior art, the power utilization information acquisition system and the production management system are automatically called by the management system to acquire related information, and whether the main line of the 10 kV line has power failure or not is judged by automatically analyzing the data of the fault distribution transformer, so that the efficiency is improved, and the resources are saved.
