the evaluation center is used for evaluating the health conditions of lines and equipment in the power distribution network according to standard specifications provided by the standard center;
and the plan center is used for making and optimizing a power distribution network management plan according to the health condition.
Further, the power grid operation management related system comprises: the system comprises an equipment operation and maintenance lean management system, a power supply service command system, a power utilization information acquisition system, a power grid graphic resource management system, a low-voltage equipment general survey system, a power marketing business application system and a power failure management system.
Further, the external system interface is used for acquiring operation and maintenance process, line management plan and decision analysis information from the equipment operation and maintenance lean management system.
Furthermore, the external system interface is also used for acquiring the failure emergency repair efficiency, the distribution transformer overload prediction accuracy, the low-voltage abnormity and the distribution transformer overload management condition from the power supply service command system.
Further, the external system interface is further configured to obtain the power consumption amount of the user and the distribution condition of the user area from the power consumption information acquisition system.
Further, the external system interface is further configured to obtain a power grid topology condition from the power grid graph resource management system.
Further, the external system interface is also used for acquiring census information of the equipment in the low-voltage distribution network from the low-voltage equipment census system.
Further, the external system interface is further used for acquiring meter reading comprehensive data, electric charge management conditions, customer service conditions and market demand conditions from the electric power marketing service application system.
Further, the external system interface is also used for acquiring planned power failure information and fault power failure information from the power failure management system.

The invention mainly realizes the operation analysis and health assessment of the power distribution network, on the first hand, the operation analysis relies on a main station and a sub station of a distributed network automation system, the real-time operation condition of each power distribution terminal device is monitored by the main station system and the sub station system, and the operation condition data is collected and recorded, including real-time voltage and current, fault trip condition, grounding condition and other data; in the second aspect, the health assessment depends on data acquired by an external system interface from an external system, and the external system interface is used for connecting a power grid operation management related system so as to acquire power grid operation information of each section, branch and even each user of a power distribution line; the power grid operation management related system comprises: an equipment operation and maintenance lean management system, a power supply service command system, a power utilization information acquisition system, a power grid graphic resource management system, a low-voltage equipment general survey system, a power marketing business application system and a power failure management system, wherein,
(1) the equipment operation and maintenance lean management system provides: the operation and maintenance process, the line management plan and the decision analysis information are used for evaluating the health condition of the operation and maintenance management of the power distribution network;
(2) the power supply service command system provides: failure first-aid repair efficiency, distribution transformer overload prediction accuracy, low-voltage abnormity and distribution transformer overload management conditions; thereby evaluating the management health status of faults, abnormalities and distribution variables;
(3) the electricity consumption information acquisition system provides: the electricity consumption and the distribution condition of a user area; thereby evaluating the health condition of the user in the aspect of electricity utilization;
(4) the grid graph resource management system provides: the topology of the power grid; evaluating whether the line arrangement of the power distribution network is clear and reasonable according to the topological graph;
(5) the low-voltage equipment census system provides: general survey information of equipment in the low-voltage distribution network; and evaluating the accuracy and integrity of the equipment census condition according to the historical census information.
(6) The electricity marketing service application system provides: the method comprises the following steps of (1) reading comprehensive data, electricity charge management conditions, customer service conditions and market demand conditions; thereby evaluating the health condition of the power distribution network in the aspect of power marketing;
(7) providing from the outage management system: planned power failure information and fault power failure information; therefore, the management condition of the power distribution network in power failure management is evaluated.

The comprehensive processing center processes the data in the running condition and the running information and extracts a key characteristic value representing the health condition; the standard center stores standard specifications of all data, and the standard specifications are derived from a data range comprehensively specified by literature research at home and abroad and experience shared by experts or scholars in combination with the current environment and the existing knowledge base; an evaluation method is arranged in the evaluation center, and comprises the following steps: the equipment evaluation method and the line evaluation method automatically evaluate the health conditions of the lines and the equipment in the power distribution network according to the analysis and comparison of standard specifications provided by a standard center.
4. The health condition and the operation condition obtained by evaluation are sent to the planning center, so that risk points and hidden danger points influencing the operation of the distribution lines are obtained, the planning center formulates and optimizes a distribution network management plan according to the health condition, important inspection is carried out on the weak points, equipment with major hidden danger defects is eliminated in time, equipment with high aging serious fault rate and distribution lines with uneven load distribution are listed in the distribution network management plan, the voltage transmission stability of the distribution network is improved, the power failure time is shortened, and the increasingly refined requirement of health degree management is met.
