2. The method for automatically checking the failure report of the power failure event of the distribution transformer outlet according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) Collecting outgoing line current of a 10kV line by using a transformer substation outlet voltage and current collecting device; the sampling interval is 15 minutes or 30 minutes; meanwhile, the RTU is used for collecting the switching-on and switching-off information and the protection information of the outgoing switch;
(2) Collecting the voltage and the current at the outlet side of the distribution transformer by using a voltage and current collecting device at the outlet of the distribution transformer, wherein the sampling interval is 15 minutes or 30 minutes; meanwhile, collecting power distribution and transformation stop and power-on event information through a concentrator;
(3) Collecting power-off event information of users connected with the distribution transformer by using a distribution transformer collector and a user ammeter;
(4) Traversing and checking whether a distribution transformer outlet power failure event exists in a distribution transformer connected with a line within 45 minutes before and after the power failure starting time of the 10kV line power failure event in the analysis period; if the power failure event exists, the power failure event of the distribution transformer is not reported in a missing way; if not, judging whether a power failure event occurs to a user of a zone connected with the distribution transformer within 45 minutes before and after the power failure starting time of the line power failure event; if the power failure events of the users not less than 3 are present, judging that the power failure events of the distribution transformer are not reported; otherwise, judging that the distribution transformer has no power failure event, and failing to report the power failure event of the distribution transformer.
3. A distribution transformer outlet power failure event missing report automatic check system for realizing the distribution transformer outlet power failure event missing report automatic check method according to any one of claims 1-2 is a computer device, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and running on the processor, and is characterized in that the processor executes the program to realize the following steps:
(1) Inputting the circuit outlet current data, the outgoing switch opening and closing and the protection information acquired by the transformer substation acquisition device into a database memory; inputting the outlet voltage and current data of the transformer area, the power-on and power-off event information of the distribution transformer and the power-off information of the user, which are acquired by the transformer area acquisition device, into a database memory;
(2) Generating a 10kV line outlet power failure event sequence according to outlet switch information; generating a 10kV line research and judgment power failure event sequence according to the outlet current;
(3) Generating a 10kV line power failure event sequence;
(4) Traversing and checking a 10kV line power failure event;
(5) Generating a distribution transformer outlet power failure event sequence according to the distribution transformer power failure and power supply stop information; generating a final distribution transformer outlet power failure event sequence according to current and voltage detection;
(6) Judging whether a distribution transformer outlet power failure event exists during a 10kV line power failure event; if so, the power failure event of the distribution transformer outlet is not reported in a missing way;
(7) If there is no distribution outlet power failure event; judging whether a distribution transformer exists during the power failure event of the 10kV line to judge the power failure event;
(8) If no distribution transformer study judges the power failure event, the power failure event at the outlet of the distribution transformer is not reported in a missing way; if the distribution transformer studies and judges the power failure event, the power failure event at the outlet of the distribution transformer is not reported;
(9) Generating a power failure event which is missed to report by the distribution transformer; judging whether the 10kV power failure event is finished or not;
(10) If the 10kV power failure event is finished, generating a distribution transformer failure event sequence; and if the 10kV power failure event is not finished, continuously checking the 10kV line power failure event.
