为了有效地减少汽车尾气对自然环境和人们身体健康的有害影响,人们采取了一系列的措施来治理汽车尾气,包括采用无铅汽油,以代替有铅汽油,可减少汽油尾气毒性物质的排放量;采用多种燃料作为汽车燃料来源;节约能源,有利环境,大力推广车用乙醇汽油等等,但是这些措施在现实生活中要么不能得到很好的推广,适用性差,要么对汽车尾气的净化处理效果差,人们也尝试适用过各种净化器对汽车的尾气进行处理,汽车尾气中的主要有害成分为碳颗粒、NOx,CO、CO2、SO2等,而市面上的汽车尾气净化器往往无法有效去除这些成分,并且还存在安装不便的问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种延伸式汽车尾气处理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

所述净化筒13内设有与进气管14密封对接的进气斗21,进气斗21由左至右直径逐渐减小,在进气斗21右端连接有分流盘22,所述分流盘22主体由上部的圆柱盘和下部的圆锥盘组成,分流盘22内部中央设有与进气斗21相连通的连接管29,在连接口32侧面设有多个互相隔绝的涡流分布腔30,相邻两个涡流分布腔30之间通过圆弧板隔开,尾气由进气管14、进气斗21进入时,由于流通管道的直径变化导致流速降低,从而减少尾气进入时与装置各处内壁的撞击力,减少噪声的产生,分流盘22上部的圆柱盘具有内壳28,在内壳28上开设有多个连接口32,在内壳28外侧设有外壳,外壳和内壳28之间为扩张腔31,所述扩张腔31顶部设有与其相连通的汇流管23,所述净化筒13内底部设有与分流盘22下部圆锥盘相连通的收集箱24,尾气进入分流盘22时,通过涡流分布腔30将水平气流的流向改变形成漩涡气流,尾气中的积碳颗粒在漩涡气流的带动下撞击内壳28后向下掉落并进入收集箱24内收集,其余的气体则经过内壳29上的连接口32进入扩张腔31内并最终由汇流管23汇集后送入净化筒13内;在净化筒13内还依次设有蜂窝过滤网25和过滤芯26,蜂窝过滤网25和过滤芯26均与净化筒13通过卡接方式连接安装,所述蜂窝过滤网25为含碳量45%的聚氨脂基材网,过滤芯26内填充催化剂,尾气由汇流管23进入后与蜂窝过滤网25、过滤芯26依次接触,先去除尾气中残余的积碳颗粒,然后通过催化剂对尾气进行氧化还原,使尾气中CO、HC和NOx等转变为无害的CO2、H2O和N2;所述净化筒13右端为排气扩张斗27,净化后的尾气通过排气扩张斗27排出。
本发明的工作原理是:本装置通过汽车底盘、滑槽、滑块、第一活页、盖板、第二活页、卡杆、卡块、滑杆、横板、T形块和转环的配合,滑块卡接进汽车底盘内部的滑槽后,便可以实现将包括净化筒在内的汽车尾气净化处理装置安装在汽车排气管的后部,使用起来方便简单,便于后续的对汽车尾气净化处理装置进行维修与更换;净化筒前端进气管和进气斗的直径变化导致流速降低,从而减少尾气进入时与装置各处内壁的撞击力,减少噪声的产生,并且通过分流盘对尾气进行初步分离积碳、蜂窝过滤网和过滤芯进行再次过滤、催化,从而使尾气中CO、HC和NOx等转变为无害的CO2、H2O和N2排出,大大降低尾气对环境的污染。

Claims (6)

1.一种延伸式汽车尾气处理装置,包括汽车底盘,其特征在于,所述汽车底盘的内部开设有滑槽,滑槽的内部滑动连接有滑块,汽车底盘的右侧通过第一活页活动连接有盖板,滑槽靠近盖板的一侧呈开口状,盖板的一侧与滑槽的开口端相接触,盖板的底部通过第二活页活动连接有卡杆,汽车底盘的底部固定安装有与卡杆相适配的卡块,滑块的底部固定安装有滑杆,滑杆的底端贯穿汽车底盘的底部并延伸至汽车底盘的外部,汽车底盘的底部开设有与滑杆相适配的条形通孔,滑杆的底部固定安装有横板,横板的底部固定安装有T形块,T形块底部的两端均活动连接有转环,转环的底部固定安装有净化筒,净化筒的左侧连通有进气管,净化筒的顶部固定安装有锁块,汽车底盘的正表面固定安装有限位块,限位块的数量为两个,两个限位块之间配合形成的卡槽与锁块相适配,汽车底盘的底部固定安装有两个转轴,两个转轴之间活动连接有转杆,转杆的底部固定安装有吊杆,吊杆的底部设置有夹持装置,进气管的一端套设有汽车排气管;所述净化筒内设有与进气管密封对接的进气斗,在进气斗右端连接有分流盘,所述分流盘主体由上部的圆柱盘和下部的圆锥盘组成,分流盘内部中央设有与进气斗相连通的连接管,在连接口侧面设有多个互相隔绝的涡流分布腔,相邻两个涡流分布腔之间通过圆弧板隔开,分流盘上部的圆柱盘具有内壳,在内壳上开设有多个连接口,在内壳外侧设有外壳,外壳和内壳之间为扩张腔,所述扩张腔顶部设有与其相连通的汇流管,所述净化筒内底部设有与分流盘下部圆锥盘相连通的收集箱;在净化筒内还设有蜂窝过滤网和过滤芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种延伸式汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述进气管内部由左至右内径逐渐增大。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种延伸式汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述蜂窝过滤网为含碳量45%的聚氨脂基材网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种延伸式汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述过滤芯内填充催化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种延伸式汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述净化筒右端为排气扩张斗。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种延伸式汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述蜂窝过滤网和过滤芯均与净化筒通过卡接方式连接安装。
