Abstract
本发明公开了一种电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,解决了现有电缆接头与电缆线连接不方便、屏蔽效果不佳的问题,包括接头主体、接头帽、密封环和屏蔽件;所述接头主体具有中心孔,所述中心孔内具有内台阶;所述密封环连接于接头主体的端部,并且密封环与内台阶之间形成定位槽;所述接头帽连接于密封环上;所述屏蔽件包括上环、下环和弧形弹片,所述弧形弹片具有多片并且呈圆周均匀排列设置,每一片弧形弹片的上端成型于上环,下端成型于下环,并且弧形弹片的中部朝向上环或下环的中心弯曲,所述屏蔽件设于中心孔内,并且上环位于定位槽内,下环能够沿着中心孔的轴向移动,本发明具有与电缆线插接方便、屏蔽效果好的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头。
背景技术
现如今电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头的应用非常广泛,通过电磁兼容电缆接头将电缆屏蔽层和接线盒连接起来,使得电子设备既不干扰其它设备,同时也不受其它设备的影响。它的主要功能是对电缆进行连接与固定,同时保证其高要求的防水性能、阻燃性能与电磁兼容功能,从而有效的对电缆以及设备形成长期稳定的有效保护。
现有技术中,电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头的结构包括金属主体、金属接头帽子、尼龙卡爪和呈环状的屏蔽环。电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头与电缆线连接时,将去掉屏蔽包覆层的电缆插入到接头里面,将屏蔽环置于切开的屏蔽层与细导线之间,接触配合,通过尼龙卡爪、金属主体和金属接头帽子锁紧,达到电磁兼容的效果。然而该结构中存在着较多的缺陷:
1、连接于电缆线上的铜端子不能够快速穿过,无法实现快速接地;
2、电缆屏蔽安装麻烦,屏蔽性能不佳;
3、安装不简便,需将屏蔽层切开,耗费工时;
4、尼龙卡爪与电缆绝缘层高温产生热熔现象;
5、接地面积小,起不到高效屏蔽干扰的效果,且不防浪涌及高压击穿。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,具有与电缆线插接方便、屏蔽效果好的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,包括接头主体、接头帽、密封环和屏蔽件;所述接头主体具有中心孔,所述中心孔内具有内台阶;所述密封环连接于接头主体的端部,并且密封环与内台阶之间形成定位槽;所述接头帽连接于密封环上;所述屏蔽件包括上环、下环和弧形弹片,所述弧形弹片具有多片并且呈圆周均匀排列设置,每一片弧形弹片的上端成型于上环,下端成型于下环,并且弧形弹片的中部朝向上环或下环的中心弯曲,所述屏蔽件设于中心孔内,并且上环位于定位槽内,下环能够沿着中心孔的轴向移动。
优选的,所述弧形弹片的上端成型于上环的上端,并且与上环的成型处为圆弧过渡设置。
优选的,所述弧形弹片的下端成型于下环的下端,并且与下环的成型处为圆弧过渡设置。
优选的,所述接头主体的外侧壁上具有凸缘,所述接头主体的侧壁与凸缘的衔接处具有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有密封圈。
优选的,所述密封环的外表面为台阶状,并分为上段和下段,所述上段螺纹配合于中心孔内,所述接头帽螺纹配合于下段上。
优选的,接头帽朝向接头主体的一端上具有供接头主体端部的倒角边卡入的环形凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:1、密封件的结构使得本发明在与电缆线装配时,能供连接在电缆线端部的端子穿过,同时弹片不被带出;2、圆弧弹片的设置,增加了接地面积大,防浪涌及高压击穿;3、安装方便,直接插入、节约工时,不需要翻开屏蔽层,实现快速接地;4、一次穿线,完成屏蔽与密封,安装快速、高效、安全、可靠。

具体实施方式
通过图1至图2对本发明电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头作进一步的说明。
一种电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,包括接头主体1、接头帽4、密封环3和屏蔽件5。
所述接头主体1具有中心孔13,即呈管状设置,所述中心孔内具有内台阶131,所述密封环3连接于接头主体1的端部,并且密封环3与内台阶之间形成定位槽6。即所述密封环3的外表面为台阶状,并分为上段32和下段31,所述上段32螺纹配合于中心孔内,因此在内台阶和上段32的端壁之间形成了定位槽6,下段31的端壁抵靠在接头主体1的端壁上。所述接头帽4螺纹配合连接于密封环3的下段31上。
所述屏蔽件5包括上环51、下环53和弧形弹片52,所述弧形弹片52具有多片并且呈圆周均匀排列设置,本实施例中,弧形弹片52具有6片,每一片弧形弹片52的上端成型于上环51,下端成型于下环53,并且弧形弹片52的中部朝向上环51或下环53的中心弯曲,所述屏蔽件5设于中心孔内,并且上环51位于定位槽6内,下环53能够沿着中心孔的轴向移动。上环51位于定位槽6内,对屏蔽件5的一端起到了定位的作用,有效避免了电缆插接至接头主体1内时屏蔽件5被带出接头主体1的问题,即能够实现反复的插线和拔线操作。同时下环53能够在中心孔内移动,当弧形弹片52受到电缆线的挤压时,弧形弹片52发生形变,下环53背向上环51移动,实现电缆线的有效插接、以及6片弧形弹片52对电缆线的有效压紧固定。另一方面,定位槽由接头主体和密封环组成,因此当密封环从接头主体上拆卸下来后,便可方便的将屏蔽件取出。
进一步的,所述弧形弹片52的上端成型于上环51的上端,并且与上环51的成型处为圆弧过渡设置。圆弧过渡设置,能对密封环3起到保护的作用,避免了将密封环3磨损的情况。
进一步的,所述弧形弹片52的下端成型于下环53的下端,并且与下环53的成型处为圆弧过渡设置。该圆弧过渡能够方便电缆线的插入。
进一步的,所述接头主体1的外侧壁上具有凸缘11,所述接头主体1的侧壁与凸缘11的衔接处具有安装槽12,所述安装槽12内设置有密封圈2。该设置能够增加接头主体1与金属壳体连接时的防水效果。
进一步的,接头帽4朝向接头主体1的一端上具有供接头主体1端部的倒角边卡入的环形凹槽41。该设置能够增加接头主体1与接头帽4之间的防水效果,显著的降低了水渗入到本发明内部的概率。

1.一种电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,其特征是:包括接头主体、接头帽、密封环和屏蔽件;所述接头主体具有中心孔,所述中心孔内具有内台阶;所述密封环连接于接头主体的端部,并且密封环与内台阶之间形成定位槽;所述接头帽连接于密封环上;所述屏蔽件包括上环、下环和弧形弹片,所述弧形弹片具有多片并且呈圆周均匀排列设置,每一片弧形弹片的上端成型于上环,下端成型于下环,并且弧形弹片的中部朝向上环或下环的中心弯曲,所述屏蔽件设于中心孔内,并且上环位于定位槽内,下环能够沿着中心孔的轴向移动,所述弧形弹片的上端成型于上环的上端,并且与上环的成型处为圆弧过渡设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,其特征是:所述弧形弹片的下端成型于下环的下端,并且与下环的成型处为圆弧过渡设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,其特征是:所述接头主体的外侧壁上具有凸缘,所述接头主体的侧壁与凸缘的衔接处具有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,其特征是:所述密封环的外表面为台阶状,并分为上段和下段,所述上段螺纹配合于中心孔内,所述接头帽螺纹配合于下段上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电磁兼容式电缆锁紧接头,其特征是:接头帽朝向接头主体的一端上具有供接头主体端部的倒角边卡入的环形凹槽。
