本发明公开了一种高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,包括金属帽子、金属接头、法兰弹片和金属螺母,所述金属帽子与所述金属接头的一端通过螺纹连接,所述法兰弹片安装于所述金属接头内,所述金属螺母通过螺纹与所述金属接头的另一端连接。本发明提供一种高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,适应铜端子快速通过,弹片不被带出,法兰式六面梯形弹片,接地面积大,防浪涌及高压击穿,安装方便,节约工时,不需要翻开屏蔽层,实现快速接地;本发明具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及锁紧装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置。
背景技术
现如今电磁兼容式电缆接头的应用非常广泛,通过电磁兼容电缆接头将电缆屏蔽层和接线盒连接起来,使得电子设备既不干扰其它设备,同时也不受其它设备的影响。
主要包含核电站、铁路、通讯、石化、客车、电力等领域。它的主要功能是对电缆进行连接与固定,同时保证其高要求的防水性能、阻燃性能与电磁兼容功能。从而有效的对电缆以及设备形成长期稳定的有效保护。
电气设备的金属外壳,钢筋混凝土杆和金属杆塔等,由于绝缘损坏有可能带电,为了防止这种电压危及人身安全而设的接地,称为保护接地。保护接地是中性点不接地的低压配电系统和电力高压系统中,电气设备和电气线路最采用的一种保安措施。
现有的电磁兼容电缆接头,将去掉屏蔽包覆层电缆插入到接头里面,将法兰弹片置于切开的屏蔽层与细导线之间,接触配合,达到电磁兼容的效果,但是,做好线的铜端子不能够快速通过,不能够实现快速接地,安装不简便,需将屏蔽层切开,耗费工时,地面积小,起不到高效屏蔽干扰的效果,且不防浪涌及高压击穿。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括金属帽子、金属接头、法兰弹片和金属螺母,所述金属帽子与所述金属接头的一端通过螺纹连接,所述法兰弹片安装于所述金属接头内,所述金属螺母通过螺纹与所述金属接头的另一端连接。
本发明优选的,所述金属帽子与所述金属接头之间通过橡胶密封件密封。
本发明优选的,所述金属螺母与所述金属接头之间通过O型密封圈密封。
本发明优选的,所述法兰弹片为六面梯形结构。
本发明优选的,所述金属帽子、所述金属接头和所述金属螺母均为磷铜或不锈钢制成,经过淬火处理,保证良好的回弹性。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供一种高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,适应铜端子快速通过,弹片不被带出,法兰式六面梯形弹片,接地面积大,防浪涌及高压击穿,安装方便,节约工时,不需要翻开屏蔽层,实现快速接地;本发明具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示:本发明包括金属帽子1、金属接头3、法兰弹片4和金属螺母6,金属帽子1与金属接头3的一端通过螺纹连接,法兰弹片4安装于金属接头3内,金属螺母6通过螺纹与金属接头3的另一端连接,金属帽子1与金属接头3之间通过橡胶密封件2密封,金属螺母6与金属接头3之间通过O型密封圈5密封,法兰弹片4为六面梯形结构,金属帽子1、金属接头3和金属螺母6均为磷铜或不锈钢制成,经过淬火处理,保证良好的回弹性。
本发明是一种高效的屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,屏蔽结构由弹性良好的磷铜或不锈钢制成,经过淬火处理,保证良好的回弹性,能够多次反复插拔线,具有更好的电磁兼容性,接地面积大,防浪涌及高压击穿,适应做好线的铜端子快速安装,且弹片不被带出,不需要翻开屏蔽层,实现快速接地。将该电磁屏蔽的结构组合放入到锁紧装置中,法兰弹片与橡胶密封件紧密结合,使其有防水防尘的功能外,又增加了电磁兼容的功能,同时法兰弹片在使用过程中也不易掉落。在安装使用过程中,将去掉屏蔽包覆层电缆插入到接头里面,法兰弹片产生弹性形变,法兰弹片下部分向下运动从而与电缆的电磁屏蔽层形成弹性接触配合,达到高效屏蔽干扰的效果。
综上所述,本发明提供一种高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,适应铜端子快速通过,弹片不被带出,法兰式六面梯形弹片,接地面积大,防浪涌及高压击穿,安装方便,节约工时,不需要翻开屏蔽层,实现快速接地;本发明具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点。

1.一种高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,其特征在于,包括金属帽子、金属接头、法兰弹片和金属螺母,所述金属帽子与所述金属接头的一端通过螺纹连接,所述法兰弹片安装于所述金属接头内,所述金属螺母通过螺纹与所述金属接头的另一端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述金属帽子与所述金属接头之间通过橡胶密封件密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述金属螺母与所述金属接头之间通过O型密封圈密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述法兰弹片为六面梯形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效屏蔽电磁干扰的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述金属帽子、所述金属接头和所述金属螺母均为磷铜或不锈钢制成,经过淬火处理,保证良好的回弹性。
