本发明公开了一种抗压型矿山用电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根接地线和三根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充层,缆芯外设有铅护套,在铅护套外设有镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层,在镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层外设有PVC防潮隔离层,在PVC防潮隔离层外设有阻燃耐火橡胶绝缘层。本发明具有阻燃耐火、防水、防腐蚀性能,内部金属铠装抗压层可保护铜导心在受到外力撞击时,避免芯部断裂,防止电力线路中断,接地线使电缆在使用时,避免雷击,同时避免电缆上雨水带电。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,特别涉及一抗压型矿山用电缆。
背景技术
电力电缆主要用在电力系统的主干线路中,用于传输和分配大功率电能。电力电缆占地少,可靠性高,受气候条件和周围环境影响较小,传输性能稳定,在超高压电能传输方面发挥着重要作用。而矿山用电缆,由于矿山易发生火灾、爆炸、潮湿,以及矿石崩裂滚落等恶劣状况,使普通电缆在用于矿山电力输送时易被引燃、腐蚀或压断,造成电力线路中断,且内部未设置接地线,在有雷击时,电缆上的雨水容易带电。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有阻燃耐火、防水、防腐蚀性能的抗压型矿山用电缆。
本发明公开了一种抗压型矿山用电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根接地线和三根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充层,缆芯外设有铅护套,在铅护套外设有镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层,在镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层外设有PVC防潮隔离层,在PVC防潮隔离层外设有阻燃耐火橡胶绝缘层。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体、挤包在铜导体外的橡胶绝缘层以及挤包在橡胶绝缘层外的半导电屏蔽层。
进一步改进,所述的接地线夹在三个所述半导体屏蔽中间。
进一步改进,所述的镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层由多根圆形镀锌钢丝构成。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明具有阻燃耐火、防水、防腐蚀性能,内部金属铠装抗压层可保护铜导心在受到外力撞击时,避免芯部断裂,防止电力线路中断,接地线使电缆在使用时,避免雷击,同时避免电缆上雨水带电。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实例对本发明做更进一步的解释:
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种抗压型矿山用电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根接地线9和三根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充层5,避免电缆受压后变形;缆芯外设有铅护套4,在铅护套4外设有镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层3,在镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层3外设有PVC防潮隔离层2,在潮湿环境中使用时避免腐蚀,在PVC防潮隔离层2外设有阻燃耐火橡胶绝缘层1,阻燃耐火橡胶绝缘层1用于在发生火灾或爆炸时,防止电缆被引燃,同时可对地短路,防止通电时,电缆外部带电。
所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体7、挤包在铜导体外用于防止相间短路的橡胶绝缘层8以及挤包在橡胶绝缘层外用于屏蔽电缆外部的干扰信号的半导电屏蔽层6。
所述的接地线9夹在三个所述半导体屏蔽层6中间,可防止雷雨天电缆外部带电。
所述的镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层3由多根圆形镀锌钢丝构成。
上述结构中,铅护套4用于支撑镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层3,使镀锌钢丝可均匀排布在铅护套4外侧,阻燃耐火橡胶绝缘层1防止在发生火灾或爆炸时,电缆被引燃,PVC防潮隔离层2可使本发明具有耐腐蚀性能,防止长时间在潮湿环境中被腐蚀,产生漏电,镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层3可使本发明承受较大的压力,避免矿石坠落砸断电缆,半导体屏蔽6可有效隔离外部干扰信号,接地线9可在雷雨天,防止电缆外部带电。
本发明提供了一种抗压型矿山用电缆的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种抗压型矿山用电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由一根接地线和三根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充层,缆芯外设有铅护套,在铅护套外设有镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层,在镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层外设有PVC防潮隔离层,在PVC防潮隔离层外设有阻燃耐火橡胶绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗压型矿山用电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体、挤包在铜导体外的橡胶绝缘层以及挤包在橡胶绝缘层外的半导电屏蔽层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗压型矿山用电缆,其特征在于:所述的接地线夹在三个所述半导体屏蔽层中间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗压型矿山用电缆,其特征在于:所述的镀锌钢丝铠装抗压层由多根圆形镀锌钢丝构成。
