本发明提供一种显影剂供给容器,包括收容筒、搅拌架、外壳、端盖、挡板以及风轮,收容筒的一端开设有供给口,搅拌架位于收容筒内,外壳具有管筒、驱动齿轮和凸轮槽,管筒套接在收容筒上,驱动齿轮和凸轮槽分别绕管筒的外周面设置,驱动齿轮用于从显影剂补充装置接收使收容筒转动的转动力,端盖具有排出腔、排出口、鼓风腔以及出风口,排出腔与供给口相连通,排出口与排出腔相连通,排出口通过出风口与鼓风腔相连通,风轮位于鼓风腔内并与搅拌架的一端连接,风轮具有多个风叶,挡板设置有送给口和凸起,凸起与凸轮槽接合,送给口可与排出口相连通。该显影剂供给容器可使显影剂保持蓬松状态,间歇性地供给显影剂,结构简单且具有较好密封性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可拆卸地安装到显影剂接收设备的显影剂供给容器,能够与电子照相型成像设备(例如复印件、传真机、打印机或者具有所述复印机、传真机以及打字机的多种功能的复合机器)一起使用。
背景技术
电子照相型成像设备通常具有图像处理单元和显影单元,利用显影单元提供的碳粉等显影剂(调色剂),为图像处理单元上形成的静电潜像显影以在纸张等介质上形成可见图像。其中显影剂作为消耗品,需要不断地向电子照相型成像设备内补充。一般采用可拆卸地安装到电子照相型成像设备内显影单元的具有收容一定量显影剂的供给容器向显影单元提供显影剂。
参照图1和图2,图1和图2是现有技术所公开的一种能够可拆卸地安装在显影剂补充装置上的显影剂供给容器的分解图和剖视图。显影剂供给容器100包括:收容部110,用于收容显影剂;供送部120,用于伴随着供送部120的转动来供送收容部110内的显影剂;排出腔130,设有用于允许供送部120供送的显影剂排出的排出口131;泵部140,用于作用于至少排出腔130,并具有伴随着往复移动而变化的容积;驱动力接收部111,用于从显影剂补充装置接收使收容部110转动的转动力;驱动转换部150,用于将驱动力接收部111接收的转动力转换为使泵部140操作的力。其中,泵部140具有伴随着其往复移动而变化的容积来改变显影剂供给容器100的内压。但,当泵部140回复原状过程中,存在负压力将显影剂往回吸的情况,造成显影剂供给不顺畅。并且,在泵部140的往复移动的多次动作后,泵部140的可伸缩性能将会下降,从而造成显影剂供给不均匀的情况。
还有,泵部140在供给容器的轴向上不停的运动,其与排出腔130的壁部的结合处也常常因为轴向拉力的存在而出现松动,从而导致显影剂的泄露。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种可使显影剂保持蓬松状态、间歇性地供给显影剂、结构简单且具有较好密封性能的显影剂供给容器。
为了实现上述的主要目的,本发明提供一种显影剂供给容器,能够可拆卸地安装在显影剂补充装置上,显影剂供给容器包括收容筒和搅拌架,收容筒用于收容显影剂,收容筒的一端开设有供给口,搅拌架位于收容筒内,显影剂供给容器还包括外壳、端盖、挡板以及风轮,外壳具有管筒、驱动齿轮和凸轮槽,管筒套接在收容筒上,驱动齿轮和凸轮槽分别绕管筒的外周面设置,驱动齿轮用于从显影剂补充装置接收使收容筒转动的转动力,端盖具有排出腔、排出口、鼓风腔以及出风口,排出腔与供给口相连通,排出口与排出腔相连通,排出口通过出风口与鼓风腔相连通,风轮位于鼓风腔内并与搅拌架的一端连接,风轮具有多个风叶,挡板设置有送给口和凸起,凸起与凸轮槽接合,送给口可与排出口相连通。
由此可见,显影剂补充装置驱动外壳的驱动齿轮转动,从而带动收容筒、搅拌架和风轮同步转动,搅拌架带动收容筒内的显影剂往供给口移动,从供给口排出的显影剂流到了排出腔内,同时风轮的风叶驱动气流向出风口提供风流。同时,凸轮槽在转动的过程中间歇性地驱动挡板的送给口与排出口相连通。当送给口与排出口之间不连通时,出风口提供的风流通过排出口进入排出腔,从而使堆积在排出口和排出腔内的显影剂处于蓬松状态。当送给口与排出口之间不连通时,出风口提供的风流通过排出口并穿过送给口,从而使堆积在排出口的显影剂处于蓬松状态,同时使显影剂快速地流到显影剂补充装置内,从而间歇性地为显影剂补充装置供给显影剂。并且,显影剂供给容器的结构简单且实用,有效保证显影剂蓬松地为显影剂补充装置供给。同时,排出腔与供给口直接相连通,排出口与排出腔相连通,排出口通过出风口与鼓风腔相连通,风轮位于鼓风腔内,有效避免显影剂泄露,具有较好密封性能。
进一步的方案是,排出腔和鼓风腔通过间隔板隔开。
进一步的方案是,风轮通过连接件与搅拌架的一端连接,连接件贯穿间隔板设置。
更进一步的方案是,风叶的数量至少两个。

参见图3至图7,显影剂供给容器2能够可拆卸地安装在显影剂补充装置上,显影剂供给容器2包括收容筒21、搅拌架26、外盖23、外壳22、端盖25、挡板24以及风轮29,收容筒21围成用于收容显影剂大致为圆筒状的腔体,收容筒21的一端开设有供给口211。搅拌架26从供给口211插入收容筒21内,本实施例搅拌架26的一端延伸出供给口211的外面。外壳22具有管筒221、驱动齿轮222和凸轮槽223,管筒221套接在收容筒21靠近供给口211的外周面上,驱动齿轮222和凸轮槽223分别绕管筒221的外周面设置,驱动齿轮222用于从显影剂补充装置接收使收容筒21转动的转动力,搅拌架26可与收容筒21同步转动地带动收容筒21内的显影剂往供给口211移动。
凸轮槽223具有多段平滑段2232和多段突起段2231,相邻的两段平滑段2232通过一段突起段2231衔接,多段平滑段2232均位于同一平面上,平滑段2232与突起段2231在管筒221的轴向错开设置。在管筒221的轴向上,本实施例多段突起段2231均位于平滑段2232的同一侧面上。优选地,平滑段2232的数量为两段,突起段2231的数量为两段。
参见图8和图9,端盖25具有套筒251、排出腔253、排出口254、鼓风腔255、出风口256以及限位槽252,套筒251位于排出腔253在收容筒21轴向的一侧并与排出腔253相连通,套筒251套接在收容筒21邻接供给口211的外周面上,从而使排出腔253与供给口211相连通,保证了排出腔253与供给口211配合的密封性。排出口254位于排出腔253的下方并与排出腔253相连通。鼓风腔255位于排出腔253在收容筒21轴向的另一侧,本实施例排出腔253和鼓风腔255通过一间隔板28隔开。出风口256位于鼓风腔255的下方,排出口254通过出风口256与鼓风腔255相连通。风轮29位于鼓风腔255内并与搅拌架26的一端连接,风轮29具有多个风叶291。本实施例多个风叶291绕风轮29的轴线等间距布置,风叶291在垂直于风轮29轴线方向的截面呈圆弧形。当搅拌架26带动风轮29旋转时,风叶291驱动气流向出风口256提供风流。
具体地,风轮29的轴线与收容筒21的轴线共线设置。风轮29通过连接件27与搅拌架26的一端连接,该连接件27贯穿间隔板28设置。风轮29的风叶291的数量至少两个,优选地,风叶291的数量为五个。
端盖25的限位槽252位于排出口254的下方,挡板24位于限位槽252内。其中,挡板24设置有送给口241和凸起242,凸起242与外壳22的凸轮槽223接合,送给口241可与排出口254相连通,本实施例凸起242呈圆柱状设置。具体地,显影剂供给容器2安装在显影剂补充装置之前,送给口241与排出口254之间不连通,即挡板24的板壁位于排出口254的下方,从而阻挡显影剂外流,此时凸起242位于凸轮槽223的突起段2231最接近供给口211的位置。当显影剂供给容器2安装在显影剂补充装置后,收容筒21带动外壳22同步转动,凸起242离开突起段2231最接近供给口211的位置慢慢滑至平滑段2232的过程中,送给口241与排出口254之间慢慢连通,直至凸起242滑进平滑段2232后,送给口241便位于排出口254的正下方地与排出口254连通。本实施例外盖23覆盖在端盖25和凸轮槽223上。
当显影剂供给容器2安装在显影剂补充装置上供给显影剂的工作过程中,显影剂补充装置驱动外壳22的驱动齿轮222转动,从而带动收容筒21、搅拌架26和风轮29同步转动,搅拌架26带动收容筒21内的显影剂往供给口211移动,从供给口211排出的显影剂流到了排出腔253内,同时风轮29的风叶291驱动气流向出风口256提供风流。其中,当挡板24的凸起242位于凸轮槽223的突起段2231最接近供给口211的位置时,送给口241与排出口254之间不连通,出风口256提供的风流通过排出口254进入排出腔253,从而使堆积在排出口254和排出腔253内的显影剂处于蓬松状态。另外,当凸起242离开突起段2231最接近供给口211的位置慢慢滑至平滑段2232的过程中,送给口241与排出口254之间慢慢连通,直至凸起242滑进平滑段2232后,送给口241便位于排出口254的正下方地与排出口254连通,出风口256提供的风流通过排出口254并穿过送给口241,从而使堆积在排出口254的显影剂处于蓬松状态,同时使显影剂快速地流到显影剂补充装置内,从而间歇性地为显影剂补充装置供给显影剂。
本发明显影剂供给容器2的结构简单且实用,有效保证显影剂蓬松地为显影剂补充装置供给。同时,排出腔253与供给口211直接相连通,排出口254与排出腔253相连通,排出口254通过出风口256与鼓风腔255相连通,风轮29位于鼓风腔255内,有效避免显影剂泄露,具有较好密封性能。

在所述管筒的轴向上,多段所述突起段均位于所述平滑段的同一侧面上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显影剂供给容器,其特征在于:
所述平滑段的数量至少两段,所述突起段的数量至少两段。
10.根据权利要求1所述的显影剂供给容器,其特征在于:
所述显影剂供给容器还包括外盖,所述外盖覆盖所述端盖和所述凸轮槽。
