Abstract

一种汽车制造技术领域的两挡变速器,设置有:行星齿轮机构,由太阳轮、行星齿轮、行星架和齿圈组成;所述太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中其中一个作为输入构件,另一个作为输出构件,还有一个作为支撑构件;所述输入构件与输入轴固定连接,输出构件与输出轴固定连接;换挡系统,包括离合器和制动器;所述制动器与支撑构件连接,所述离合器与输出构件连接;所述支撑构件连接有换挡执行机构;所述换挡执行机构通过与输出构件和/或壳体锁定、脱开进行挡位切换。本发明通过增设换挡拨块实现换挡和驻车,降低了换挡能耗,同时换挡结构简单,变速器可靠性高。

两挡变速器
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种汽车制造领域的技术,具体是一种两挡变速器。
背景技术
如图1所示为现有两挡变速器,采用狗牙换挡锁止机构,其在一挡工况下制动器B需要持续工作,二挡工况下离合器C需要持续工作。而制动器与离合器的工作需要持续保持油压,导致液压系统的能耗较大。如图2所示为一种改进型两挡变速器结构,其设有液压换挡和机械换挡两套换挡系统(B1和C1,B2和C2),通过液压换挡系统进行挡位变换,在挡位变换后再通过机械换挡系统保持挡位,虽然降低了能耗,但是在增加了一套换挡系统后,变速器的稳定性难以得到保证。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提出了一种两挡变速器,通过增设换挡拨块实现换挡和驻车,降低了换挡能耗,同时换挡结构简单,变速器可靠性高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明涉及一种两挡变速器,设置有:
行星齿轮机构,由太阳轮、行星齿轮、行星架和齿圈组成;所述太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中其中一个作为输入构件,另一个作为输出构件,还有一个作为支撑构件;所述输入构件与输入轴固定连接,输出构件与输出轴固定连接;
换挡系统,包括离合器和制动器;所述制动器与支撑构件连接,所述离合器与输出构件连接;所述支撑构件连接有换挡执行机构;
所述换挡执行机构通过与输出构件和/或壳体锁定、脱开进行挡位切换。
所述换挡执行机构设有换挡拨块。
所述两挡变速器还设有主减速器和差速器,所述主减速器分别与输出轴、差速器固定连接。
技术效果
与现有技术相比,本发明通过增设换挡拨块实现换挡和驻车,降低了换挡能耗,同时简化了换挡结构提高了变速器可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
如图3所示,本实施例设置有:
行星齿轮机构,由太阳轮1、行星齿轮、行星架7和齿圈6组成;所述太阳轮1作为输入构件,所述行星架7作为输出构件,所述齿圈6作为支撑构件;所述太阳轮1与输入轴10固定连接,行星架7与输出轴11固定连接;
换挡系统,包括离合器2和制动器5;所述制动器5与齿圈6连接,所述离合器2与行星架7连接;所述齿圈6连接有换挡执行机构。
所述换挡执行机构设有换挡拨块4。
本实施例还设有主减速器8和差速器9,所述主减速器8分别与输出轴11、差速器9固定连接。
本实施例处于空挡时,换挡拨块4、离合器2和制动器5均处于打开状态,如图4所示;
本实施例处于一挡时,换挡拨块4处于闭合状态,离合器2和制动器5处于打开状态;齿圈6与壳体3锁死,动力由太阳轮1输入,行星架7输出至输出轴11、主减速器8和差速器9,如图5所示;
本实施例处于二挡时,换挡拨块4处于闭合状态,离合器2和制动器5处于打开状态;齿圈6与行星架7锁死,此时太阳轮1、行星齿轮、行星架7和齿圈6为一个整体,动力由太阳轮1输入,速比为1,如图6所示;
本实施例处于驻车挡位时,换挡拨块4处于闭合状态,离合器2和制动器5处于打开状态;齿圈6、行星架7与壳体3锁死,如图7所示。
如图8所示,本实施例的换挡包括:
1)空挡→一挡,闭合制动器5,换挡拨块4移动至一挡位置闭合,齿圈6与壳体3锁住,之后打开制动器5;
2)一挡→二挡,闭合制动器5,换挡拨块4移出一挡位置;之后制动器5逐渐打开,离合器2逐渐闭合,换挡拨块4移至二挡位置后闭合,将齿圈6与行星架7锁住,再打开离合器2;
3)二挡→一挡,闭合离合器2,换挡拨块4移出二挡位置;之后离合器2逐渐打开,制动器5逐渐闭合,换挡拨块4移至一挡位置后闭合,再打开制动器5;
4)一挡→驻车挡位,闭合制动器5,换挡拨块4移出一挡位置后再打开制动器5,之后闭合离合器2,换挡拨块4移动至驻车挡位位置后闭合,将齿圈6、行星架7和壳体3锁死,再打开离合器2;
5)一挡→空挡,闭合制动器5,换挡拨块4移出一挡位置至空挡位置,并保持打开状态,再打开制动器5;
6)空挡→驻车挡位,闭合离合器2,换挡拨块4移动至驻车挡位位置再闭合,将齿圈6、行星架7和壳体3锁住,再打开离合器2;
7)驻车挡位→一挡,闭合离合器2,换挡拨块4移出驻车挡位位置后打开离合器2,闭合制动器5,再将换挡拨块4移动至一挡位置后闭合,将齿圈6与壳体3锁住,再打开制动器5;
8)驻车挡位→空挡,闭合离合器2,换挡拨块4移出驻车挡位位置至空挡位置并保持打开状态,再打开离合器2。

Claims (2)

1.一种两挡变速器,其特征在于,设置有:
行星齿轮机构,由太阳轮、行星齿轮、行星架和齿圈组成;所述太阳轮作为输入构件,所述行星架作为输出构件,所述齿圈作为支撑构件;所述输入构件与输入轴固定连接,输出构件与输出轴固定连接;
换挡系统,包括离合器和制动器;所述制动器与支撑构件连接,所述离合器与输入构件、输出构件连接;所述支撑构件连接有换挡执行机构;
所述换挡执行机构通过与输出构件和/或壳体锁定、脱开进行挡位切换,所述换挡执行机构设有换挡拨块;
处于空挡时,换挡拨块、离合器和制动器均处于打开状态;
处于一挡时,换挡拨块处于闭合状态,离合器和制动器处于打开状态;齿圈与壳体锁死,动力由太阳轮输入,行星架输出至输出轴;
处于二挡时,换挡拨块处于闭合状态,离合器和制动器处于打开状态;齿圈与行星架锁死,此时太阳轮、行星齿轮、行星架和齿圈为一个整体,动力由太阳轮输入;
处于驻车挡位时,换挡拨块处于闭合状态,离合器和制动器处于打开状态;齿圈、行星架与壳体锁死。
2.根据权利要求1所述两挡变速器,其特征是,所述两挡变速器还设有主减速器和差速器,所述主减速器分别与输出轴、差速器固定连接。
