本发明属于剖分圆柱滚子轴承技术领域,提出一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承。提出的一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承具有并列设置的两列滚子,每列滚子位于所对应的内圈与外圈之间;外圈的内壁面为光滑的弧形面;两个外圈之间设置有凸型外隔圈;凸型外隔圈为外壁面的中部具有环形凸台的“凸”字型;外圈的一端分别位于凸型外隔圈所述环形凸台两侧的台阶上,且环形凸台的两侧端面分别作为两个外圈的挡边;两列滚子的内端面均与凸型外隔圈的两侧端面接触;外隔圈的外径小于所述外圈的外径,两个外圈与凸型外隔圈之间形成中间凹、两边高的U型油槽;环形凸台的中心具有沿圆周均布的多个润滑油孔。本发明节省材料,剖切简单、加工方便。

技术领域
本发明属于剖分圆柱滚子轴承技术领域,主要涉及一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
如图1所示,目前常见双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承,其两列外圈通常一列为双挡边外圈,一列为无挡边外圈,此结构设计可承受适当的轴向力。双挡边外圈相对于无挡边外圈,套圈锻件尺寸较厚,滚道位置加工困难,且由于轴承为剖分结构,轴承加工过程中需要对套圈进行剖切,双挡边外圈壁厚大于无挡边外圈,剖切及套圈滚道的加工难度均大于无挡边外圈的加工。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提出一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承。
本发明的目的可采用如下技术方案来实现:
一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承,所述的双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承具有并列设置的两列滚子,每列所述的滚子位于所对应的内圈与外圈之间;所述外圈的内壁面为光滑的弧形面;两个外圈之间设置有凸型外隔圈;所述的凸型外隔圈为外壁面的中部具有环形凸台的“凸”字型;所述外圈的一端分别位于凸型外隔圈所述环形凸台两侧的台阶上,且所述环形凸台的两侧端面分别作为两个所述外圈的挡边;两列所述滚子的内端面均与所述凸型外隔圈的两侧端面接触;所述外隔圈的外径小于所述外圈的外径,两个所述的外圈与所述的凸型外隔圈之间形成中间凹、两边高的U型油槽;所述环形凸台的中心具有沿圆周均布的多个润滑油孔。
本发明提出的一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承,外圈的内壁面为光滑的弧形面,即两个外圈均采用无挡边结构,安装后凸型外隔圈起到套圈挡边的作用,与原结构轴承相比轴承外圈壁厚较薄,节省材料,剖切简单、加工方便。

如图2、图3所示,一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承,所述的双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承具有并列设置的两列滚子,每列所述的滚子5位于所对应的内圈8与外圈4之间;所述外圈4的内壁面为光滑的弧形面;两个外圈4之间设置有凸型外隔圈3;所述的凸型外隔圈3为外壁面的中部具有环形凸台的“凸”字型;位于凸型外隔圈3两侧,所述外圈的一端分别位于凸型外隔圈所述环形凸台两侧的台阶上,且所述环形凸台的两侧端面分别作为两个所述外圈的挡边;两列所述滚子5的内端面均与所述凸型外隔圈的两侧端面接触;所述外隔圈的外径小于所述外圈的外径,两个所述的外圈与所述的凸型外隔圈之间形成中间凹、两边高的U型油槽,便于润滑脂的存储及进入轴承内部,所述环形凸台的中心具有沿圆周均布的多个润滑油孔,装配后轴承两外圈外径与新型内隔圈外径间形成油槽此新型剖分轴承结构两列外圈均采用无挡边结构,安装后凸型外隔圈起到套圈挡边的作用,与原结构轴承相比轴承外圈壁厚较薄,节省材料,剖切简单、加工方便。
所述剖切及紧固技术等及其余未详尽处为现有技术。

1.一种双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承,所述的双列剖分圆柱滚子轴承具有并列设置的两列滚子,每列所述的滚子位于所对应的内圈与外圈之间;其特征在于:所述外圈的内壁面为光滑的弧形面;两个外圈之间设置有凸型外隔圈;所述的凸型外隔圈为外壁面的中部具有环形凸台的“凸”字型;所述外圈的一端分别位于凸型外隔圈所述环形凸台两侧的台阶上,且所述环形凸台的两侧端面分别作为两个所述外圈的挡边;两列所述滚子的内端面均与所述凸型外隔圈的两侧端面接触;所述外隔圈的外径小于所述外圈的外径,两个所述的外圈与所述的凸型外隔圈之间形成中间凹、两边高的U型油槽;所述环形凸台的中心具有沿圆周均布的多个润滑油孔。
