Abstract
本发明涉及一种双列密封型圆锥滚子滚轮轴承,其特征在于包括外圈、2个内圈、2列圆锥滚子及2个保持架,内圈与外圈之间设置有用于密封住内圈与外圈之间间隙的2个油封,2个油封设置在2列圆锥滚子的外侧,2个内圈相对设置,2个内圈的内侧端分别对称设有至少3个半圆形凹槽;油封由截面呈L形的骨架与截面呈J形的唇口连接构成,骨架过盈配合固定连接外圈的内孔,唇口与内圈的外圆周面接触;外圈的外圆周表面的截面形状为圆弧形。本发明结构简单紧凑,制造成本低,采用整体式结构,集成滚轮、双列圆锥滚子轴承及密封结构,可直接作为滚轮使用,装配方便快捷,改善滚道部位接触状况,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,尤其是涉及一种双列密封型圆锥滚子滚轮轴承。
背景技术
在轧钢技术领域常常需要用到滚轮,现有的滚轮通常采用分体式的结构,在轮圈内嵌入双列圆锥滚子轴承,为了改善双列圆锥滚子轴承的使用工况和润滑效果,延长其使用寿命,需要另外设计密封结构,并且需利用外隔圈或内隔圈调整双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙,结构复杂,装配麻烦。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述的问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种双列密封型圆锥滚子滚轮轴承,结构简单紧凑,制造成本低,采用整体式结构,装配方便快捷,改善滚道部位接触状况,延长使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种双列密封型圆锥滚子滚轮轴承,包括外圈、2个内圈、2列圆锥滚子及2个保持架,所述内圈与所述外圈之间设置有用于密封住所述内圈与所述外圈之间间隙的2个油封,2个所述油封设置在2列所述圆锥滚子的外侧,2个所述内圈相对设置,2个所述内圈的内侧端分别对称设有至少3个半圆形凹槽;所述油封由截面呈L形的骨架与截面呈J形的唇口连接构成,所述骨架过盈配合固定连接所述外圈的内孔,所述唇口与所述内圈的外圆周面接触;所述外圈的外圆周表面的截面形状为圆弧形。
进一步的:
2个所述内圈的内侧端分别对称设有4个半圆形凹槽。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明公开的一种双列密封型圆锥滚子滚轮轴承,结构简单紧凑,制造成本低,采用整体式结构,集成滚轮、双列圆锥滚子轴承及密封结构,可直接作为滚轮使用,装配方便快捷,改善滚道部位接触状况,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、2所示,本发明包括外圈1、2个内圈2、2列圆锥滚子3及2个保持架4,内圈2与外圈1之间设置有用于密封住内圈2与外圈1之间间隙的2个油封5,2个油封5设置在2列圆锥滚子3的外侧。2个内圈2相对设置,2个内圈2的内侧端分别对称设有至少3个半圆形凹槽6,在本实施例中,2个内圈2的内侧端分别对称设有4个半圆形凹槽6,通过凹槽6可向轴承内加注润滑油。油封5由截面呈L形的骨架51与截面呈J形的唇口52连接构成,骨架51由钢板制成,唇口52由加氟橡胶制成,骨架51过盈配合固定连接外圈1的内孔,唇口52与内圈2的外圆周面接触。外圈1的外圆周表面的截面形状为圆弧形。
本发明设计成整体结构,集成滚轮、双列圆锥滚子轴承及密封结构,外圈1集成滚轮轮圈与轴承外圈功能,具有较大壁厚,可承受冲击载荷,外圈1的外圆周表面的截面形状为圆弧形,可直接作为轮子使用,安装方便快捷。内圈2设计成两个,但中间不加隔圈,提高零件加工精度,装配时直接选配组合成所需要的轴向和径向游隙,改善滚道部位接触状况,延长使用寿命。两侧的油封5起到密封的作用,抵挡外部异物侵入,并能有效阻止润滑脂流失,提高密封性能和耐高温性能。装配时将2个内圈2的内侧端的凹槽6与轴上的油槽对准,可通过轴及凹槽6向轴承补充润滑脂,保证轴承的良好润滑状态,延长使用寿命。

1.一种双列密封型圆锥滚子滚轮轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈、2个内圈、2列圆锥滚子及2个保持架,所述内圈与所述外圈之间设置有用于密封住所述内圈与所述外圈之间间隙的2个油封,2个所述油封设置在2列所述圆锥滚子的外侧,2个所述内圈相对设置,2个所述内圈的内侧端分别对称设有至少3个半圆形凹槽;所述油封由截面呈L形的骨架与截面呈J形的唇口连接构成,所述骨架过盈配合固定连接所述外圈的内孔,所述唇口与所述内圈的外圆周面接触;所述外圈的外圆周表面的截面形状为圆弧形。
2.按照权利要求1所述的双列密封型圆锥滚子滚轮轴承,其特征在于:2个所述内圈的内侧端分别对称设有4个半圆形凹槽。
