Abstract
本发明以淀粉、云母通过二氧化钛、氧化锌、环氧大豆油协同作用制作的改性淀粉胶为主料,协以甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、桂皮酸盐以及多种助剂制得防紫外线处理剂,该防紫外线处理剂适用于纺织面料的后整理,将其作用于纺织面料后能显著提高纺织面料的防紫外线性能,使UVA透过率、UVB透过率均低于4%,UPF大于30;并且经整理后的纺织面料具有较好的防紫外线效果稳定性,水洗50次后仍保持较强的防紫外线性能;同时使用安全性高,长期使用后不会对人体造成任何不利影响,避免使用常规化学类紫外线吸收剂存在的毒害问题。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平逐渐升高,对于穿着质量的要求也就越高,不只要求舒适,还需兼具多功能,依据不同的生活型态,所穿着衣服的功能也不同,举凡登山时,因应环境的低温、多雨及高山暴露的紫外线,则所穿着的服装则须具备保温、防水及抗紫外线等功能;当进行户外运动时,则需要轻巧、吸湿排汗、速干及透气等功能的面料,而传统运用于运动系列的针织面料大都采用普通的圆形截面涤纶低弹丝原料,采用原始的染色后制作工艺,水洗浮色较多和耐光照牢度差,经长期户外运动着装后颜色变得萎暗,手感变硬且吸湿导汗性能差,穿着闷热不透气,舒适感差;即使一般人未进行任何活动的情况下,仍要求所穿着的服装须具备高质量的质量,另外,随着周遭环境污染日益严重,文明病也相继出现,例如太粗糙的衣服面料会导致一部分人皮肤产生过敏,或者是对外在环境容易产生过敏的体质,导致现代人对于抗菌的观念也逐渐重视,以往只有医护人员所需的抗菌衣及抗菌器具,也逐渐被应用在日常生活的用品。
对人体而言,适量的紫外线辐射具有杀菌作用并能促进维生素D的合成,有利于人体健康。但在烈日持续照射下,人体皮肤会失去抵御能力,易发生灼伤,出现红斑或水泡。过量的紫外线照射还会诱发皮肤病(如皮炎,色素干皮症),甚至皮肤癌,促进白内障的生成并降低人体的免疫功能。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种性能优异、稳定性好、安全性高的用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:改性淀粉胶45-75份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯5-12份、桂皮酸盐8-15份、磷酸二氢钾5-10份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺4-9份、二丙二醇甲醚3-6份、聚乙烯醇1-5份、甘油硬脂酸1-3份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-2份、柠檬酸钠0.3-2份、苯氧乙醇0.2-1份、去离子水120-150份。
所述用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,优选如下重量份数的原料制成:改性淀粉胶60份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯9份、桂皮酸盐12份、磷酸二氢钾8份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺7份、二丙二醇甲醚5份、聚乙烯醇3份、甘油硬脂酸2份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷1.2份、柠檬酸钠1份、苯氧乙醇0.6份、去离子水140份。
所述改性淀粉胶由淀粉、云母、二氧化钛、氧化锌、环氧大豆油制成,其制备方法为:将淀粉与云母混合搅拌均匀,搅拌向内加入3-5倍重量的无水乙醇,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入二氧化钛、氧化锌和95wt%浓硫酸,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10-30min,再加入环氧大豆油,用800-1000r/min的搅拌机搅拌5-10分钟后,再用微波处理10-20min,微波处理结束后立即转入-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后将混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨机制成粉末,即得改性淀粉胶。
所述淀粉、云母、二氧化钛、氧化锌、环氧大豆油质量分数比为5:2:1:2:1。
所述用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将磷酸二氢钾、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、去离子水混合,加热至120-150℃保温搅拌混合10-20min,再加入甘油硬脂酸,搅拌均匀后,在120-130℃温度下保温混合5-10min,得到物质I;
(2)向改性淀粉胶中加入物质I、二丙二醇甲醚、环聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀并加热至100-130℃保温混合15-25min,得到物质II;
(3)向物质II中加入甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、桂皮酸盐,放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为800-1000r/min,搅拌时间为10-20分钟,得到物质III;
(4)向物质III中加入柠檬酸钠、苯氧乙醇,混合均匀后将其放入微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理5-15min,静置10min后即得防紫外线处理剂。

实施例1
一种用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:淀粉45份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯5份、桂皮酸盐8份、磷酸二氢钾5份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺4份、二丙二醇甲醚3份、聚乙烯醇1份、甘油硬脂酸1份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份、柠檬酸钠0.3份、苯氧乙醇0.2份、去离子水120份。
所述用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将磷酸二氢钾、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、去离子水混合,加热至120℃保温搅拌混合10min,再加入甘油硬脂酸,搅拌均匀后,在120℃温度下保温混合5min,得到物质I;
(2)向淀粉中加入物质I、二丙二醇甲醚、环聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀并加热至100℃保温混合15min,得到物质II;
(3)向物质II中加入甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、桂皮酸盐,放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为800r/min,搅拌时间为10分钟,得到物质III;
(4)向物质III中加入柠檬酸钠、苯氧乙醇,混合均匀后静置10min后即得防紫外线处理剂。
实施例2
一种用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:改性淀粉胶75份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯12份、桂皮酸盐15份、磷酸二氢钾10份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺9份、二丙二醇甲醚6份、聚乙烯醇5份、甘油硬脂酸3份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、柠檬酸钠2份、苯氧乙醇1份、去离子水150份。
所述改性淀粉胶由淀粉、云母、二氧化钛、氧化锌、环氧大豆油制成,其制备方法为:将淀粉与云母混合搅拌均匀,搅拌向内加入5倍重量的无水乙醇,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入二氧化钛、氧化锌和95wt%浓硫酸,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理30min,再加入环氧大豆油,用1000r/min的搅拌机搅拌10分钟后,再用微波处理20min,微波处理结束后立即转入-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后将混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨机制成粉末,即得改性淀粉胶。

(1)将磷酸二氢钾、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、去离子水混合,加热至150℃保温搅拌混合20min,再加入甘油硬脂酸,搅拌均匀后,在130℃温度下保温混合10min,得到物质I;
(2)向改性淀粉胶中加入物质I、二丙二醇甲醚、环聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀并加热至130℃保温混合25min,得到物质II;
(3)向物质II中加入甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、桂皮酸盐,放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为20分钟,得到物质III;
(4)向物质III中加入柠檬酸钠、苯氧乙醇,混合均匀,静置10min后即得防紫外线处理剂。
实施例3
一种用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:改性淀粉胶60份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯9份、桂皮酸盐12份、磷酸二氢钾8份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺7份、二丙二醇甲醚5份、聚乙烯醇3份、甘油硬脂酸2份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷1.2份、柠檬酸钠1份、苯氧乙醇0.6份、去离子水140份。
所述改性淀粉胶由淀粉、云母、二氧化钛、氧化锌、环氧大豆油制成,其制备方法为:将淀粉与云母混合搅拌均匀,搅拌向内加入4倍重量的无水乙醇,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入二氧化钛、氧化锌和95wt%浓硫酸,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理20min,再加入环氧大豆油,用900r/min的搅拌机搅拌10分钟后,再用微波处理15min,微波处理结束后立即转入-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后将混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨机制成粉末,即得改性淀粉胶。
所述淀粉、云母、二氧化钛、氧化锌、环氧大豆油质量分数比为5:2:1:2:1。
所述用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将磷酸二氢钾、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、去离子水混合,加热至140℃保温搅拌混合15min,再加入甘油硬脂酸,搅拌均匀后,在15℃温度下保温混合8min,得到物质I;
(2)向改性淀粉胶中加入物质I、二丙二醇甲醚、环聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀并加热至120℃保温混合20min,得到物质II;
(3)向物质II中加入甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、桂皮酸盐,放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为900r/min,搅拌时间为15分钟,得到物质III;
(4)向物质III中加入柠檬酸钠、苯氧乙醇,混合均匀后将其放入微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理10min,静置10min后即得防紫外线处理剂。

对照组为市售常见防紫外线布料。

1.一种用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
改性淀粉胶45-75份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯5-12份、桂皮酸盐8-15份、磷酸二氢钾5-10份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺4-9份、二丙二醇甲醚3-6份、聚乙烯醇1-5份、甘油硬脂酸1-3份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-2份、柠檬酸钠0.3-2份、苯氧乙醇0.2-1份、去离子水120-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,其特征在于:优选如下重量份数的原料制成:改性淀粉胶60份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯9份、桂皮酸盐12份、磷酸二氢钾8份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺7份、二丙二醇甲醚5份、聚乙烯醇3份、甘油硬脂酸2份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷1.2份、柠檬酸钠1份、苯氧乙醇0.6份、去离子水140份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,其特征在于:所述改性淀粉胶由淀粉、云母、二氧化钛、氧化锌、环氧大豆油制成,其制备方法为:将淀粉与云母混合搅拌均匀,搅拌向内加入3-5倍重量的无水乙醇,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入二氧化钛、氧化锌和95wt%浓硫酸,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10-30min,再加入环氧大豆油,用800-1000r/min的搅拌机搅拌5-10分钟后,再用微波处理10-20min,微波处理结束后立即转入-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后将混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨机制成粉末,即得改性淀粉胶。

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于纺织面料的防紫外线处理剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将磷酸二氢钾、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、去离子水混合,加热至120-150℃保温搅拌混合10-20min,再加入甘油硬脂酸,搅拌均匀后,在120-130℃温度下保温混合5-10min,得到物质I;
(2)向改性淀粉胶中加入物质I、二丙二醇甲醚、环聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀并加热至100-130℃保温混合15-25min,得到物质II;
(3)向物质II中加入甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、桂皮酸盐,放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为800-1000r/min,搅拌时间为10-20分钟,得到物质III;
