人们对纺织品除了原有的审美、舒适要求之外,近年来对卫生保健性能要求的呼声日益高涨。功能纺织品是代表材料,化工,纺织及相关领域科技发展水平的纤维材料和纺织产品,是纤维、纺织、染整、服装、精细化工等领域的科技工作者关注点之一。蚕丝是一种纯天然的蛋白质纤维,与棉、毛、麻天然纤维以及合纤、化纤相比具有独特的性能。素有“纤维皇后”的美誉,但蚕丝的功能较为单一,不能满足现代社会对丝织品各式各样的功能要求,而纺织品通常穿盖于人体表面,因此结合中草药具有的医疗保健功效,开发出具有多功能的保健纺织品,有利于人的身体健康和延年益寿,既满足的生态环保的生产需求,又符合健康,功能化的服用要求,具有很重要的应用意义。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处,本发明提供一种具有保健功能同时能发热的丝织品面料。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:一种具有保健功能丝织品面料,包括耐磨层和挺括层,所述的耐磨层采用采用经线和纬线编织而成,在经线和纬线表面涂有一层耐磨涂层,所述的挺括层由外至内采用抗菌层、保温层、远红外发热层、真丝药物层、和除臭层复合而成,所述的除臭层外侧针对人体穴位设有凸起。
如上所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,其中亚麻和棉线的比例为2:3,所述的纬线由驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝复合而成,其中氨纶丝、驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝的比例为1:1:1。
如上所述的真丝药物层采用羊绒纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维、中药颗粒和芳香胶囊复合而成,所述的羊绒纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维在真丝药物层中占的质量百分别为30、50%、20%。
如上所述的抗菌层采用罗布麻纤维或竹纤维材料或纳米银抗菌纤维编织而成。
如上所述的保温层采用热熔棉或涤纶材质。
如上所述的远红外发热层包括加热元件、外置控制开关和电源,所述的加热元件采用石墨烯发热膜或红外线加热片,其外部设有绝缘层。
如上所述的除臭层采用活性炭纤维。
如上所述的中药颗粒药以重量份计包括以下组分:山药5份、赤芍3份、五灵脂2份、当归8份、白芍5份、艾叶5份混合而成。
如上所述的芳香胶囊从内至外开设有微孔,在内腔设有天然薰衣草干花颗粒或天然玫瑰干花颗粒。
如上所述的真丝药物层制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将纺织品面料用清水清洗,烘干待用;
(2)将中草药碾碎,用乙醇溶液浸泡,并采用磁力震荡器进行加热震荡40min,其加热温度为80℃,得到中草药的提取液,将预处理过的纺织品面料放在密闭容器中,抽真空并密封,然后将中草药的提取液以3mL/min的速度注入密闭容器中,注入完毕后静置1.5h,冷冻干燥,得到附着有中草药的纺织品面料;
(3)将聚氨酯、聚酰胺、聚氨基甲酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷和去离子水混合,并采用磁力震荡器进行加热震荡1h,加热温度为80℃,得到乳浊液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的乳浊液转移至高压釜中,并加入附着有中草药的纺织品面料,在120℃下反应18h,冷却至室温,取出纺织品面料,在清水中浸泡30min,并用清水清洗3-5次,自然晾干,然后在120℃下焙烘3min,得到真丝药物层。
本发明有益性:
本发明相对传统的保健丝织品具有如下有益性:1,中草药粒径小,其细胞壁遭到大的破壁,有效分子可以进入人体的毛孔、汗孔等,有利于人体身体健康;2,中草药在一定的压力下吸附在纺织品交织的纤维之间,然后利用高分子聚合物和纤维上的羟基等活性基团发生交联反应,形成稳定的三维网络空间结构,将中草药牢牢的禁锢在纺织品上,同时设有的耐磨层,有效提高了纺织品面料的耐洗性;3,热天可以利用人体自身的能量产生热能,用于腹部、膝盖等部位,可以预防风湿等疾病,还可以缓解女性生理期间的疼痛,冷天设有的远红外发热层采用石墨烯发热膜,能提升面料温度,增加中药成分的散发率,同时能促进芳香胶囊内部芳香气味进行散发,使用户带有芳香气息。
具体实施方案
为更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
一种具有保健功能丝织品面料,包括耐磨层和挺括层,所述的耐磨层采用采用经线和纬线编织而成,在经线和纬线表面涂有一层耐磨涂层,所述耐磨涂层采用聚四氟乙烯和石墨组成,所述的挺括层由外至内采用抗菌层、保温层、远红外发热层、真丝药物层、和除臭层复合而成,所述的除臭层外侧针对人体穴位设有凸起。
进一步的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,其中亚麻和棉线的比例为2:3,所述的纬线由驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝复合而成,其中氨纶丝、驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝的比例为1:1:1,通过经线和纬线的编织实现面料的高耐磨性。
进一步的真丝药物层采用羊绒纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维、中药颗粒和芳香胶囊复合而成,所述的羊绒纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维在真丝药物层中占的质量百分别为30、50%、20%;其中,所述蚕丝纤维和羊绒纤维具有良好的保温、透气性能,具有天然抗菌以及护肤功能。
进一步的抗菌层采用罗布麻纤维或竹纤维材料或纳米银抗菌纤维编织而成。所述罗布麻纤维具有优良的透气性,具有良好的化学稳定性,对白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等具有明显的抑制作用;含有罗布麻纤维的抗菌层可以具有透气性好、抗菌性强等特点;另外罗布麻纤维还能发出8~15微米的远红外光波,也进一步实现远红外保健作用。。
进一步的保温层采用热熔棉或涤纶材质。
进一步的远红外发热层包括加热元件、外置控制开关和电源,所述的加热元件采用石墨烯发热膜或红外线加热片,其外部设有绝缘层并连接有温度传感器,用于检测发热膜发热温度,石墨烯发热膜的热均匀性和热舒适性好,同时热转换率高,在在3.7V的低电压及可实现迅速发热,对人体不会产生危害并且带有远红外波段,结合药物层对人体进行保健理疗。
进一步的除臭层采用活性炭纤维,通过活性炭纤维可除臭,另外可通过活性炭纤维与纳米银抗菌纤维的混合,并对滋生的细菌、霉菌等具有良好的抑制和杀菌作用,由于均为外层分布,可对其两者之间的其他内层材料实现长期有效隔离保护。
进一步的中药颗粒药以重量份计包括以下组分:山药5份、赤芍3份、五灵脂2份、当归8份、白芍5份、艾叶5份混合而成。
进一步的芳香胶囊从内至外开设有微孔,在内腔设有天然薰衣草干花颗粒或天然玫瑰干花颗粒。

1.一种具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:包括耐磨层和挺括层,所述的耐磨层采用采用经线和纬线编织而成,在经线和纬线表面涂有一层耐磨涂层,所述的挺括层由外至内采用抗菌层、保温层、远红外发热层、真丝药物层、和除臭层复合而成,所述的除臭层外侧针对人体穴位设有凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,其中亚麻和棉线的比例为2:3,所述的纬线由驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝复合而成,其中氨纶丝、驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝的比例为1:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的真丝药物层采用羊绒纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维、中药颗粒和芳香胶囊复合而成,所述的羊绒纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维在真丝药物层中占的质量百分别为30、50%、20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的抗菌层采用罗布麻纤维或竹纤维材料或纳米银抗菌纤维编织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的保温层采用热熔棉或涤纶材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的远红外发热层包括加热元件、外置控制开关和电源,所述的加热元件采用石墨烯发热膜或红外线加热片,其外部设有绝缘层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的除臭层采用活性炭纤维。
8.根据权利要求3所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的中药颗粒药以重量份计包括以下组分:山药5份、赤芍3份、五灵脂2份、当归8份、白芍5份、艾叶5份混合而成。
9.根据权利要求3所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的芳香胶囊从内至外开设有微孔,在内腔设有天然薰衣草干花颗粒或天然玫瑰干花颗粒。
10.根据权利要求1或3所述的具有保健功能丝织品面料,其特征在于:所述的真丝药物层制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将纺织品面料用清水清洗,烘干待用;
