本发明涉及纺织用助剂领域,尤其是一种抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂及整理工艺。
背景技术
由织物引起的火灾不断增加,时刻威胁着人类的生命和财产安全。因此,对织物进行阻燃处理,延缓火灾蔓延速度,对减少生命财产损失非常有意义。紫外线在日光中约占6%。适量的紫外线辐射具有杀菌作用并能促进维生素D的合成,有利于人体健康。但UV-A会透过表皮组织,使肌肉失去弹性,皮肤粗糙,形成皱纹,UV-B则和致癌物质有联系。抗紫外线织物是对紫外线有较强的吸收和反射能力的织物。目前对既能抗紫外线、又具有阻燃性能的多功能涂层织物整理剂在使用后,有的抗紫外线性能不佳,有的虽然具备阻燃和抗紫外线但是织物的韧性、强度或手感和处理前相差较多。因此,需要一种新的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂,既能保证阻燃性能和抗紫外线性能,同时织物的韧性、强度和手感保持稳定。

本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供使用上述抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂的整理工艺。

应用:通过将各原料混合分散制得抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂。将该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂依次涂敷在织物的上表面和下表面,涂层厚度为8mm,之后先在100℃烘烤180秒,然后在45℃烘烤100秒,最后进行轧光整理,得到抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物。

抗紫外线性能测试:取实施例2得到的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物样品,洗涤40次后进行抗紫外线性能测试评价。抗紫外线性能测试依据标准GB/T18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》,已达到防紫外线产品标准,具有优秀的防紫外线功能。
实施例3
一种抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:聚磷酸铵15份、壳聚糖8份、富勒烯纳米碳材料6份、纳米二氧化钛4份、纳米氧化锌4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5份、改性聚硅氧烷3份、甲苯8份、有机硅乳液1份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.4份、羟甲基纤维素2份、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯1份、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑己基硫酸盐1份。
应用:通过将各原料混合分散制得抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂。将该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂涂敷在织物的上表面,涂层厚度为5mm,之后先在110℃烘烤200秒,然后在55℃烘烤120秒,最后进行轧光整理,得到抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物。
对手感和韧性、强度进行测试,发现:实施例3得到的整理后的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物的韧性、强度、手感基本不受影响。
阻燃性能测试:取实施例3得到的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物样品,洗涤30次后进行阻燃性能测试评价。阻燃性能测试依据GB/T5455-2014《纺织品燃烧性能测定垂直燃烧法》进行,发现:该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物的阻燃性能优秀,续燃时间、阴燃时间均为0秒,损毁长度小于100毫米,无熔融、滴落。
抗紫外线性能测试:取实施例3得到的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物样品,洗涤20次后进行抗紫外线性能测试评价。抗紫外线性能测试依据标准GB/T18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》,已达到防紫外线产品标准,具有优秀的防紫外线功能。
对比例
与实施例1相同,其不同之处仅在于:不含富勒烯纳米碳材料、纳米氧化锌,制得对比涂层织物整理剂,使用该对比涂层织物整理剂进行整理工艺,并进行性能测试,发现:对比例得到的整理后的涂层织物的韧性减弱,手感变差;UPF小于40。
本发明使用聚磷酸铵、壳聚糖、富勒烯纳米碳材料、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌等多种组分,各个组分之间相互作用,制造简单,原料价格低廉,易获得,该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂在需要防火防紫外线的工业、交通建筑用饰材、个体防护服、军事工业具有广泛的应用前景。该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂整理工艺容易控制,整理后的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物对人体不刺激,韧性、强度、手感基本不受影响,且阻燃性能优秀,抗紫外性能优秀。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:聚磷酸铵10-15份、壳聚糖5-8份、富勒烯纳米碳材料6-8份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、纳米氧化锌4-6份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5-6份、改性聚硅氧烷3-5份、甲苯8-10份、有机硅乳液1-2份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.3-0.5份、羟甲基纤维素2-4份、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯1-2份、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑己基硫酸盐1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:聚磷酸铵10-12份、壳聚糖5-6份、富勒烯纳米碳材料6-8份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、纳米氧化锌4-6份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5-6份、改性聚硅氧烷3-4份、甲苯8-9份、有机硅乳液1-2份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.3-0.5份、羟甲基纤维素2-4份、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯1-2份、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑己基硫酸盐1-2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:聚磷酸铵10.5份、壳聚糖5份、富勒烯纳米碳材料6份、纳米二氧化钛6份、纳米氧化锌6份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5份、改性聚硅氧烷4份、甲苯8份、有机硅乳液1.5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.4份、羟甲基纤维素4份、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯2份、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑己基硫酸盐1份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂的整理工艺,其特征在于,包括:将该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂依次涂敷在织物的上表面和/或下表面,涂层厚度为5-8mm,之后先在100-110℃烘烤180-200秒,然后在45-55℃烘烤100-120秒,最后进行轧光整理,得到抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂的整理工艺,其特征在于,所述整理工艺包括:将该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂依次涂敷在织物的上表面和下表面,涂层厚度为6-8mm,之后先在100-105℃烘烤180-190秒,然后在45-50℃烘烤100-110秒,最后进行轧光整理,得到抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂的整理工艺,其特征在于,所述整理工艺包括:将该抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物整理剂依次涂敷在织物的上表面和下表面,涂层厚度为8mm,之后先在100℃烘烤180秒,然后在45℃烘烤100秒,最后进行轧光整理,得到抗紫外线、阻燃多功能涂层织物。
