本发明公开了一种封边油盒,属于皮革加工技术领域,包括盒体,盒体上设有相连通的油料盛放部和上油部,所述上油部内设有能轴向转动的上油辊,所述上油辊的两端均设有安装球头;所述上油部的侧壁上设有与安装球头间隙配合的球形槽,所述上油辊的上油面上设有多条凸起部,所述凸起部的顶部设有多个凸齿。本发明提供的一种封边油盒,其结构巧妙,转动流畅,方便上油面带上封边油,且能避免产生气泡,使沾到皮革上的封边油分布均匀,保证了产品质量。

一种封边油盒
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种封边油盒。
背景技术
在皮革加工过程中,由于皮革材料经过裁剪后,其边缘较粗糙,如将其制成皮革成品后很不美观,影响产品的质量。因此,在皮革材料制成成品前有必要对裁剪后的边缘上油。目前,皮革材料裁剪后,首先一般用火进行烧边处理,除去边缘的毛刺等,然后通过人工对边缘进行上油。
其上油的过程是这样的:首先将皮革料置于带有油料的上油辊上侧,上油辊下侧置于油料槽内,然后沿上油辊径向拉动皮革料使其边缘与上油辊接触,使油料涂覆在皮革料的边缘,拉动一次后将皮革料悬挂于通风处晾干,如此反复多次皮革料,才能基本达到要求。
传统封边油盒结构中,上油辊呈圆柱形结构或表面带直槽的圆柱形结构,且上油辊的两端均设有与其同轴线布置的旋转轴承,使其能轴向转动。然而,这种结构的上油辊上的直槽虽然能带上较多的封边油,但油多时容易产生气泡,沾到皮革上的油有气泡导致封边油分布不均匀,降低产品质量;并且,轴承也容易受封边油的影响出现卡顿。另外,这种上油辊涂封边油时,皮革边缘的封边油容易被挤到皮革边缘两侧并堆高,导致皮革边缘两侧的封边油较厚并突出于皮革两侧面,后期需要磨掉擦干净,增加了工序和工时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种封边油盒,其结构巧妙,转动流畅,方便上油面带上封边油,且能避免产生气泡,使沾到皮革上的封边油分布均匀,保证了产品质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种封边油盒,包括盒体,盒体上设有相连通的油料盛放部和上油部,所述上油部内设有能轴向转动的上油辊,所述上油辊的两端均设有与其同轴线布置的安装球头;所述上油部的侧壁上设有与安装球头间隙配合的球形槽,所述上油辊的上油面上设有多条延伸方向与上油辊旋转方向相垂直的凸起部,所述凸起部的顶部设有多个沿其延伸方向设置的凸齿。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述上油辊的上油面沿其轴线方向为中间高两边低的弧面,上油面上沿上油辊旋转轴线的截面边缘呈圆弧状,所述圆弧状的截面边缘其半径与上油辊的长度的比值为1.5~2.0。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述油料盛放部与上油部的连接处设有用于将两者中上部分隔开的导油板,油料盛放部与上油部的连接处底面与所述导油板之间留有间隙作为过油口。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述导油板朝向上油辊的一面与上油面的形状相适配。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述导油板与上油面之间的最小距离为1mm-6mm。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,凸齿的高度为凸起部高度的1/4-2/3。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述油料盛放部的底部设有向油料盛放部和上油部的连接处倾斜的导油斜面。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述油料盛放部上设有位于所述上油辊的上油面一侧且可快拆的刮油板,所述油料盛放部上设有用于固定刮油板的刮油板固定部。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述刮油板固定部上设有吸附部。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种封边油盒的优点为:
1、本发明中,上油辊的两端均设有与其同轴线布置的安装球头,配合设置在上油部的侧壁上的与安装球头配合的球形槽,上油辊转动流畅,不会因油料进入球形槽中而影响到上油辊的转动,即使球形槽中进了封边油,也方便清洁;同时,上油辊的上油面上设有多条延伸方向与上油辊旋转方向相垂直的凸起部,凸起部的上部设有多个沿其延伸方向设置的凸齿,这种结构能有效使油料附着在上油面上,方便上油面带上封边油,且能避免产生气泡,使沾到皮革上的封边油分布均匀,保证了产品质量;
2、上油辊的上油面沿其轴线方向为中间高两边低的弧面,上油面上沿上油辊旋转轴线的截面边缘呈圆弧状,且圆弧状的截面边缘其半径与上油辊的长度的比值为1.5~2.0,上油面中间高两边低,能有效避免皮革在上油过程中出现油墨粘在皮革两侧侧面的情况;
3、油料盛放部与上油部的连接处设有用于将两者中上部分隔开的导油板,油料盛放部与上油部的连接处底面与导油板之间留有间隙作为过油口,使油料盛放部中的底部的旧油与油辊接触,实现先进油盒的油先用的目的,这样可以避免旧油凝固,进而出现油料混合不均匀,保证了上油辊上的油料的质量;
4、油料盛放部的底部设有向油料盛放部和上油部的连接处倾斜的导油斜面,方便油料向过油口处流动;
5、刮油板能刮去上油辊上多余的油料,且刮油板和吸附部配合,可以将刮油板稳定的安装在盒体上。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图描述本发明的实施例。
实施例
本发明的具体实施方式如图1-10所示,一种封边油盒,包括盒体1,盒体1上设有相连通的油料盛放部11和上油部12,其中,上油部12内设有能轴向转动的上油辊3,上油辊3的两端均设有与其同轴线布置的安装球头31,上油部12的侧壁上设有与安装球头31间隙配合的球形槽121,上油辊3转动流畅,不会因油料进入球形槽121中而影响到上油辊3的转动。
并且,如图6所示,上油辊3的上油面32上设有多条延伸方向与上油辊3旋转方向相垂直的凸起部321,凸起部321的顶部设有多个沿其延伸方向设置的凸齿322,这种结构能有效使油料附着在上油面32上,方便上油面32带上封边油,且能避免产生气泡,使沾到皮革上的封边油分布均匀,保证了产品质量。
本发明中,所述上油辊3的上油面32沿其轴线方向为中间高两边低的弧面,上油面32上沿上油辊3旋转轴线的截面边缘呈圆弧状,所述圆弧状的截面边缘其半径与上油辊3的长度的比值为1.5~2.0,上油面32中间高两边低,能有效避免皮革在上油过程中出现油墨粘在皮革两侧侧面的情况。
如图4所示,油料盛放部11与上油部12的连接处设有用于将两者中上部分隔开的导油板2,油料盛放部11与上油部12的连接处底面与导油板2之间留有间隙作为过油口15,使油料盛放部11中的底部的旧油与上油辊3接触,实现先进油盒的油先用的目的,这样可以避免旧油凝固,进而出现油料混合不均匀,保证了上油辊3上的油料的质量。
并且,如图7-9所示,导油板2的下部设有沿其边缘布置的至少两行梳油齿21,梳油齿21朝所述盒体1的底面方向延伸,相邻两行的梳油齿21交错布置且两者延伸方向的夹角为锐角,梳油齿21能刺破气泡,使气泡数量减少90%,提高皮革边缘上油的质量。
本实施例中,需要注意的是:
导油板2朝向上油辊3的一面与上油面32的形状相适配,导油板2与上油面32之间的最小距离为1mm-6mm。
凸齿322的高度为凸起部321高度的1/4-2/3。
油料盛放部11的底部设有向油料盛放部11和上油部12的连接处倾斜的导油斜面14,方便油料向过油口15处流动。
油料盛放部11上设有位于上油辊3的上油面32一侧且可快拆的刮油板4,刮油板4能刮去上油辊3上多余的油料,油料盛放部11上设有用于固定刮油板4的刮油板固定部13。刮油板固定部13上设有吸附部131,刮油板4和吸附部131配合,可以将刮油板4稳定的安装在封边油盒1上。本实施例中,刮油板4优选为金属材料制成,吸附部131为磁铁,但是,在实际生产过程中,刮油板4和吸附部131也可采用其他材料制造。

Claims (9)

1.一种封边油盒,包括盒体(1),盒体(1)上设有相连通的油料盛放部(11)和上油部(12),其特征在于,所述上油部(12)内设有能轴向转动的上油辊(3),所述上油辊(3)的两端均设有与其同轴线布置的安装球头(31);所述上油部(12)的侧壁上设有与安装球头(31)间隙配合的球形槽(121),所述上油辊(3)的上油面(32)上设有多条延伸方向与上油辊(3)旋转方向相垂直的凸起部(321),所述凸起部(321)的顶部设有多个沿其延伸方向设置的凸齿(322)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述上油辊(3)的上油面(32)沿其轴线方向为中间高两边低的弧面,上油面(32)上沿上油辊(3)旋转轴线的截面边缘呈圆弧状,所述圆弧状的截面边缘其半径与上油辊(3)的长度的比值为1.5~2.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述油料盛放部(11)与上油部(12)的连接处设有用于将两者中上部分隔开的导油板(2),油料盛放部(11)与上油部(12)的连接处底面与所述导油板(2)之间留有间隙作为过油口(15)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述导油板(2)朝向上油辊(3)的一面与上油面(32)的形状相适配。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述导油板(2)与上油面(32)之间的最小距离为1mm-6mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述凸齿(322)的高度为凸起部(321)高度的1/4-2/3。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述油料盛放部(11)的底部设有向油料盛放部(11)和上油部(12)的连接处倾斜的导油斜面(14)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述油料盛放部(11)上设有位于所述上油辊(3)的上油面(32)一侧且可快拆的刮油板(4),所述油料盛放部(11)上设有用于固定刮油板(4)的刮油板固定部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种封边油盒,其特征在于,所述刮油板固定部(13)上设有吸附部(131)。
