Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗静电的水刺无纺布,属于面料技术领域。它解决了现有无纺布不抗静电等技术问题。本抗静电的水刺无纺布,包括内导电网、将内导电网包覆的内层和位于内层外侧的外层,内导电网由若干根横向纤维和若干组纵向纤维组横纵交织形成,横向纤维分别从相邻的两组纵向纤维组的上侧和下侧绕过,每组纵向纤维组均包括至少两根纵向纤维,横向纤维和纵向纤维均为导电纤维,横向纤维绕过纵向纤维组的一段相对内层的侧面凸出,外层粘合在内侧的侧面并与横向纤维绕过纵向纤维组的一段贴靠。本发明具有抗静电效果好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,涉及一种无纺布,特别是一种抗静电的水刺无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是新一代环保材料,其中水刺无纺布是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。现有的水刺无纺布再使用时不抗静电,因此再天气干燥的时候容易产生静电,不利于使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种抗静电的水刺无纺布,本发明解决的技术问题是能实现无纺布的抗静电。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种抗静电的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,包括内导电网、将内导电网包覆的内层和位于内层外侧的外层,所述内导电网由若干根横向纤维和若干组纵向纤维组横纵交织形成,所述横向纤维分别从相邻的两组纵向纤维组的上侧和下侧绕过,每组纵向纤维组均包括至少两根纵向纤维,所述横向纤维和纵向纤维均为导电纤维,所述横向纤维绕过纵向纤维组的一段相对内层的侧面凸出,所述外层粘合在内侧的侧面并与横向纤维绕过纵向纤维组的一段贴靠。
在上述的抗静电的水刺无纺布中,每组所述纵向纤维组均包括两根纵向纤维,两根所述纵向纤维之间的间距为2mm~3mm。该结构保证横向纤维绕过纵向纤维组的一段有足够的长度,从而保证导电效果,实现无纺布的抗静电。
在上述的抗静电的水刺无纺布中,相邻两组所述纵向纤维组之间的间距为5mm~6mm。
在上述的抗静电的水刺无纺布中,相邻两根横向纤维之间的间距为10mm~11mm。
在上述的抗静电的水刺无纺布中,所述内层由聚酯纤维制成。通过水刺法喷射聚酯纤维使其自身纠缠或者与横向纤维或者与纵向纤维纠缠形成内层,实现将内导电网包覆,使得内导电网呈一整体且结构稳定;水刺法为现有技术,本领域技术能根据现有技术实现内层包覆内导电网。
在上述的抗静电的水刺无纺布中,所述外层由抗静电纤维制成。通过抗静电纤维和导电的内导电网组成,能进一步提升抗静电的效果。
与现有技术相比,本抗静电的水刺无纺布具有抗静电效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1和图2所示,抗静电的水刺无纺布,包括内导电网、将内导电网包覆的内层1和位于内层1外侧的外层2,内层1由聚酯纤维制成,通过水刺法将聚酯纤维自身纠缠或者与横向纤维或者与纵向纤维纠缠形成内层,实现将内导电网包覆。外层2由抗静电纤维制成。内导电网由若干根横向纤维3和若干组纵向纤维组横纵交织形成,横向纤维3分别从相邻的两组纵向纤维组的上侧和下侧绕过,每组纵向纤维组均包括至少两根纵向纤维4,横向纤维3和纵向纤维4均为导电纤维,横向纤维3绕过纵向纤维组的一段相对内层1的侧面凸出,外层2粘合在内侧的侧面并与横向纤维3绕过纵向纤维组的一段贴靠。每组纵向纤维组均包括两根纵向纤维4,两根纵向纤维4之间的间距为2mm~3mm。相邻两组纵向纤维组之间的间距为5mm~6mm。相邻两根横向纤维3 之间的间距为10mm~11mm。

1.一种抗静电的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,包括内导电网、将内导电网包覆的内层和位于内层外侧的外层,所述内导电网由若干根横向纤维和若干组纵向纤维组横纵交织形成,所述横向纤维分别从相邻的两组纵向纤维组的上侧和下侧绕过,每组纵向纤维组均包括至少两根纵向纤维,所述横向纤维和纵向纤维均为导电纤维,所述横向纤维绕过纵向纤维组的一段相对内层的侧面凸出,所述外层粘合在内侧的侧面并与横向纤维绕过纵向纤维组的一段贴靠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,每组所述纵向纤维组均包括两根纵向纤维,两根所述纵向纤维之间的间距为2mm~3mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗静电的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,相邻两组所述纵向纤维组之间的间距为5mm~6mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗静电的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,相邻两根横向纤维之间的间距为10mm~11mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的抗静电的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,所述内层由聚酯纤维制成。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的抗静电的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,所述外层由抗静电纤维制成。
