Abstract
本发明公开了一种阳桃切片机,属于食品加工机械领域。其包括机架,所述机架上设有给料装置、传送装置、切片装置和控制面板,所述传送装置包括第一传送带和第二传送带,所述第一传送带和第二传送带分别通过与第一电机和第二电机传动连接,所述第二传送带一端通过支架倾斜设于第一传送带上方,所述第二传送带与第一传送带之间的空间沿进料方向逐渐收窄,所述切片装置设于第一传动带和第二传送带的末端,所述切片装置与第三电机传动连接,所述控制面板分别与第一电机、第二电机、第三电机电连接。本发明自动化程度高,能够将阳桃果肉切割成十分整齐均匀的片状,切片外观美观,而且大大提高了阳桃的切片效率,降低了人工成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种食品加工机械,具体地说,尤其涉及一种阳桃切片机。
背景技术
阳桃是一种产于热带亚热带的水果,浆果卵形至长椭球形,长5-8厘米,有3-5棱,绿色或黄绿色,阳桃具有非常高的营养价值。阳桃不易贮藏,经深加工的产品单一,采用阳桃为原料加工一种低糖阳桃脯产品,市场上少见。经加工可提供品种多样、食用方便的各种食品,提高产品附加值。目前阳桃切片大都采用人工切片,人工切片对工人的技术要求比较高,加工的阳桃片不是十分整齐,美观度不高,而且生产效率十分低。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种阳桃切片机,以克服现有技术中阳桃人工切片对工人的技术要求比较高和生产效率低的缺陷。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
所述的阳桃切片机,包括机架,所述机架上设有给料装置、传送装置、切片装置和控制面板,所述传送装置包括第一传送带和第二传送带,所述第一传送带和第二传送带分别通过与第一电机和第二电机传动连接,所述第二传送带一端通过支架倾斜设于第一传送带上方,所述第二传送带与第一传送带之间的空间沿进料方向逐渐收窄,所述切片装置设于第一传动带和第二传送带的末端,所述切片装置与第三电机传动连接,所述控制面板分别与第一电机、第二电机、第三电机电连接。
所述给料装置包括料斗,所述料斗上设有出料口,所述料斗底部设有振动电机,所述料斗通过振动弹簧与机架连接。
所述切片装置包括壳体和刀盘,所述刀盘为圆盘型结构,所述刀盘上设有刀刃和切片出口,所述刀盘通过转轴与第三电机传动连接。
所述第二传送带与第一传送带之间连接有压紧弹簧。
所述机架底部设有滑轮。
所述机架上还设有导向装置,所述导向装置包括对称设置在第一传送带两侧的导向单元,所述导向单元包括导向板和支撑杆,所述支撑杆上部弯折,所述导向板与支撑杆上部活动连接,所述导向板上设有配重块,对称设置的两组导向板向内侧倾斜构成“八”字形结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明自动化程度高,能够将阳桃果肉切割成十分整齐均匀的片状,切片外观美观,而且大大提高了阳桃的切片效率,降低了人工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的阳桃切片机,包括机架1,机架1上设有给料装置、传送装置、切片装置和控制面板9。传送装置包括第一传送带5和第二传送带6,第一传送带5和第二传送带6分别通过与第一电机3和第二电机2传动连接,通过调节第一电机3和第二电机2转向使得第一传送带5和第二传送带6转向相反,工作时第一传送带5和第二传送带6同时带动阳桃向进料方向前进。第二传送带6一端通过支架倾斜设于第一传送带5上方,第二传送带6与第一传送带5之间的空间沿进料方向逐渐收窄,阳桃经第一传送带5传送至第二传送带6和第一传送带5之间的空隙内,同时受到第二传送带6和第一传送带5挤压,而且随着向进料方向前进受到的挤压力越来越大,为了进一步增加第一传送带5和第二传送带6之间的对阳桃的挤压力,可在第二传送带6与第一传送带5之间连接压紧弹簧4。切片装置设于第一传动带5和第二传送带6的末端,用于对第一传送带5和第二传送带6传输的阳桃进行切片,切片装置与第三电机16传动连接。控制面板9分别与第一电机3、第二电机2、第三电机16电连接,通过操纵控制面板9上的开关按钮控制第一电机3、第二电机2、第三电机16的启停。给料装置包括料斗11,料斗11上设有出料口13,料斗11底部设有振动电机12,料斗11通过振动弹簧14与机架1连接,工作时将待加工阳桃倒入料斗11,料斗11在振动电机12和振动弹簧14作用下将阳桃均匀通过出料口13输出到第一传送带5上。为了方便整机移动,机架1底部优选设有滑轮15。
如图3所示,切片装置包括壳体8和刀盘7,刀盘7为圆盘型结构,刀盘7上设有刀刃20和切片出口21,刀盘7通过转轴与第三电机16传动连接,刀盘7通过第三电机16传动高速旋转,刀刃20对前进的阳桃进行切片,阳桃切片通过切片出口21落入壳体8内。
实施例2:
如图4所示,机架1上还设有导向装置,导向装置包括若干对称设置在第一传送带5两侧的导向单元10,导向单元10包括导向板17和支撑杆18,支撑杆18上部弯折,导向板17与支撑杆18上部活动连接,导向板17上部设有配重块19,在支撑杆18上部的倾斜导向作用和配重块19偏心作用下,对称设置的两组导向板17向内侧倾斜,构成“八”字形结构,两侧对称设置的活动导向板17同时对经过的阳桃进行挤压扶正,使得阳桃棱线与前进方向一致,防止切片装置将阳桃切偏。
本实施例的其它内容与实施例1相同。

1.一种阳桃切片机,包括机架(1),其特征在于:所述机架(1)上设有给料装置、传送装置、切片装置和控制面板(9),所述传送装置包括第一传送带(5)和第二传送带(6),所述第一传送带(5)和第二传送带(6)分别通过与第一电机(3)和第二电机(2)传动连接,所述第二传送带(6)一端通过支架倾斜设于第一传送带(5)上方,所述第二传送带(6)与第一传送带(5)之间的空间沿进料方向逐渐收窄,所述切片装置设于第一传动带(5)和第二传送带(6)的末端,所述切片装置与第三电机(16)传动连接,所述控制面板(9)分别与第一电机(3)、第二电机(2)、第三电机电(16)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳桃切片机,其特征在于:所述给料装置包括料斗(11),所述料斗(11)上设有出料口(13),所述料斗(11)底部设有振动电机(12),所述料斗(11)通过振动弹簧(14)与机架(1)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阳桃切片机,其特征在于:所述切片装置包括壳体(8)和刀盘(7),所述刀盘(7)为圆盘型结构,所述刀盘(7)上设有刀刃(20)和切片出口(21),所述刀盘(7)通过转轴与第三电机(16)传动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阳桃切片机,其特征在于:所述第二传送带(6)与第一传送带(5)之间连接有压紧弹簧(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阳桃切片机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)底部设有滑轮(15)。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的阳桃切片机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)上还设有导向装置,所述导向装置包括对称设置在第一传送带(5)两侧的导向单元(10),所述导向单元(10)包括导向板(17)和支撑杆(18),所述支撑杆(18)上部弯折,所述导向板(17)与支撑杆(18)上部活动连接,所述导向板(17)上设有配重块(19),对称设置的两组导向板(17)向内侧倾斜构成“八”字形结构。
