本发明公开了一种长条材料切段设备,包括底座,所述底座上安设有机体外壳、接线座以及气缸,所述机体外壳一侧部位安设有步进电机,所述步进电机与安设在所述机体外壳内部的主动带轮配合,所述机体外壳内安设有及丝杠座,所述丝杠座上安设有若干导向柱和丝杠,所述丝杠座中部安设有调节电机,所述调节电机与主动齿轮配合,所述导向柱和所述丝杠均与调节座配合,所述机体外壳前部可拆卸连接有出料座,所述机体外壳一侧具有轴座,所述轴座通过刀杆轴与刀杆转动配合,所述刀杆一端可拆卸连接有刀头。该长条材料切段设备可连续对条料进行切段处理,切割频率高,操作方便,安全性好,进料操作稳定,不易滑料脱料。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械切断设备领域,具体为一种长条材料切段设备。
背景技术
在加工生产领域中,需要进行分段处理的材料种类多,在食品加工领域中,也存在不少需要将批量条状或片状食材切段处理的情况,目前切段处理常用的手段有使用机械设备切段和人工切段的方式,人工切段由于效率低,消耗人力大,而且分段精度低,用于加工少量且精度要求不高的产品时使用尚可,但难以供应大批量产品的分段加工工作需求,机械设备分段常用的方式是利用曲轴驱动切刀进行切断,但其切断频率低,并且设备的连续传送工序存在不足,现需要一种专用与材料分段的设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种长条材料切段设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种长条材料切段设备,包括底座,所述底座上安设有机体外壳、接线座以及气缸,所述机体外壳顶部可拆卸连接有上盖,所述机体外壳一侧部位安设有步进电机,所述步进电机与安设在所述机体外壳内部的主动带轮配合,所述主动带轮通过皮带与传送轮端部的从动带轮配合,所述从动带轮还通过皮带与张紧轮配合,所述机体外壳内还安设有若干扶持轮以及丝杠座,所述丝杠座上安设有若干导向柱和丝杠,所述丝杠座中部安设有调节电机,所述调节电机与主动齿轮配合,所述主动齿轮与安设在所述丝杠顶部的从动齿轮啮合,所述导向柱和所述丝杠均与调节座配合,所述调节座通过弹簧与若干夹紧轮配合,所述机体外壳前部可拆卸连接有出料座,所述机体外壳一侧具有轴座,所述轴座通过刀杆轴与刀杆转动配合,所述刀杆一端可拆卸连接有刀头,所述刀头与所述出料座配合。
优选的,所述传送轮、所述张紧轮、所述扶持轮以及所述丝杠座、所述调节座均位于所述机体外壳内部。
优选的,所述步进电机、所述调节电机、所述气缸均与所述接线座电连接,所述接线座上方安设与所述步进电机、所述调节电机以及所述气缸适配的开关座,所述刀杆另一端与所述气缸的活塞杆顶部的铰接座铰接。
优选的,所述机体外壳的前部和后部均开设有与料条适配的开口。
优选的,所述出料座上具有连接板,所述连接板上穿装有若干螺栓,所述出料座通过所述螺栓与所述机体外壳可拆卸连接,所述出料座中部具有出料口,所述出料口与所述开口位置相对应。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该长条材料切段设备使用时,料条从机体外壳后部的开口伸入,从机体外壳前部的开口伸出,伸出的料条从出料座上的出料口拉出,出料座可以更换,根据料条的形状选择与料条适配的出料座即可,料条伸入机体外壳后,从传送轮和夹紧轮之间穿过,张紧轮用于调节皮带张紧度,扶持轮起到扶持作用,用于承托料条,避免料条垂下,夹紧轮通过弹簧与调节座配合,弹簧提供推力,使得夹紧轮能够与传送轮相抵,将料条夹住,调节座通过丝杠进行位置调节,丝杠通过调节电机进行驱动,丝杠转动则调节座就可以在丝杠的螺旋传动作用以及导向柱的导向作用下进行升降动作,这样夹紧轮对传送轮的压力就可以调节,这就起到了保证料条被夹紧的目的,保证了料条传送的可靠性,不易发生滑脱情况,传送轮的数量多于一个并且同步转动,进一步的保证了传送效果,这样当步进电机工作时,料条就可以一步一步的从出料座中传送出去,气缸启动后,则气缸的活塞杆进行伸缩运动,在杠杆作用下,刀杆另一端的刀头就会反复做切断动作,将从出料座送出的料条切断,气缸的伸缩频率和步进电机的工作频率相等,这样当步进电机将料条送出后暂停,气缸启动将送出部分的料条切断,切断后步进电机继续送出下一段料条,如此循环往复,就实现了料条的连续分段工作,节约了人力且分段效率高;本装置可连续对条料进行切段处理,切割频率高,操作方便,安全性好,进料操作稳定,不易滑料脱料。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种长条材料切段设备,包括底座1,所述底座1上安设有机体外壳2、接线座3以及气缸4,所述机体外壳2顶部可拆卸连接有上盖5,所述机体外壳2一侧部位安设有步进电机6,所述步进电机6与安设在所述机体外壳2内部的主动带轮7配合,所述主动带轮7通过皮带8与传送轮9端部的从动带轮10配合,所述从动带轮10还通过皮带8与张紧轮11配合,所述机体外壳2内还安设有若干扶持轮12以及丝杠座13,所述丝杠座13上安设有若干导向柱14和丝杠15,所述丝杠座13中部安设有调节电机16,所述调节电机16与主动齿轮17配合,所述主动齿轮17与安设在所述丝杠15顶部的从动齿轮18啮合,所述导向柱14和所述丝杠15均与调节座19配合,所述调节座19通过弹簧20与若干夹紧轮21配合,所述机体外壳2前部可拆卸连接有出料座22,所述机体外壳2一侧具有轴座23,所述轴座23通过刀杆轴24与刀杆25转动配合,所述刀杆25一端可拆卸连接有刀头26,所述刀头26与所述出料座22配合,所述传送轮9、所述张紧轮11、所述扶持轮12以及所述丝杠座13、所述调节座19均位于所述机体外壳2内部,所述步进电机6、所述调节电机16、所述气缸4均与所述接线座3电连接,所述接线座3上方安设与所述步进电机6、所述调节电机16以及所述气缸4适配的开关座27,所述刀杆25另一端与所述气缸4的活塞杆28顶部的铰接座29铰接,所述机体外壳2的前部和后部均开设有与料条34适配的开口30,所述出料座22上具有连接板31,所述连接板31上穿装有若干螺栓32,所述出料座22通过所述螺栓32与所述机体外壳2可拆卸连接,所述出料座22中部具有出料口33,所述出料口33与所述开口30位置相对应。
工作原理:在使用该长条材料切段设备时,料条34从机体外壳2后部的开口30伸入,从机体外壳2前部的开口30伸出,伸出的料条34从出料座22上的出料口33拉出,出料座22可以更换,根据料条34的形状选择与料条34适配的出料座22即可,料条34伸入机体外壳2后,从传送轮9和夹紧轮21之间穿过,张紧轮11用于调节皮带8张紧度,扶持轮12起到扶持作用,用于承托料条34,避免料条34垂下,夹紧轮21通过弹簧20与调节座19配合,弹簧20提供推力,使得夹紧轮21能够与传送轮9相抵,将料条34夹住,调节座19通过丝杠15进行位置调节,丝杠15通过调节电机16进行驱动,丝杠15转动则调节座19就可以在丝杠15的螺旋传动作用以及导向柱14的导向作用下进行升降动作,这样夹紧轮21对传送轮9的压力就可以调节,这就起到了保证料条34被夹紧的目的,保证了料条34传送的可靠性,不易发生滑脱情况,传送轮9的数量多于一个并且同步转动,进一步的保证了传送效果,这样当步进电机6工作时,料条34就可以一步一步的从出料座22中传送出去,气缸4启动后,则气缸4的活塞杆28进行伸缩运动,在杠杆作用下,刀杆25另一端的刀头26就会反复做切断动作,将从出料座22送出的料条34切断,气缸4的伸缩频率和步进电机6的工作频率相等,这样当步进电机6将料条34送出后暂停,气缸4启动将送出部分的料条34切断,切断后步进电机6继续送出下一段料条34,如此循环往复,就实现了料条34的连续分段工作,节约了人力且分段效率高。

1.一种长条材料切段设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上安设有机体外壳(2)、接线座(3)以及气缸(4),所述机体外壳(2)顶部可拆卸连接有上盖(5),所述机体外壳(2)一侧部位安设有步进电机(6),所述步进电机(6)与安设在所述机体外壳(2)内部的主动带轮(7)配合,所述主动带轮(7)通过皮带(8)与传送轮(9)端部的从动带轮(10)配合,所述从动带轮(10)还通过皮带(8)与张紧轮(11)配合,所述机体外壳(2)内还安设有若干扶持轮(12)以及丝杠座(13),所述丝杠座(13)上安设有若干导向柱(14)和丝杠(15),所述丝杠座(13)中部安设有调节电机(16),所述调节电机(16)与主动齿轮(17)配合,所述主动齿轮(17)与安设在所述丝杠(15)顶部的从动齿轮(18)啮合,所述导向柱(14)和所述丝杠(15)均与调节座(19)配合,所述调节座(19)通过弹簧(20)与若干夹紧轮(21)配合,所述机体外壳(2)前部可拆卸连接有出料座(22),所述机体外壳(2)一侧具有轴座(23),所述轴座(23)通过刀杆轴(24)与刀杆(25)转动配合,所述刀杆(25)一端可拆卸连接有刀头(26),所述刀头(26)与所述出料座(22)配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条材料切段设备,其特征在于:所述传送轮(9)、所述张紧轮(11)、所述扶持轮(12)以及所述丝杠座(13)、所述调节座(19)均位于所述机体外壳(2)内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条材料切段设备,其特征在于:所述步进电机(6)、所述调节电机(16)、所述气缸(4)均与所述接线座(3)电连接,所述接线座(3)上方安设与所述步进电机(6)、所述调节电机(16)以及所述气缸(4)适配的开关座(27),所述刀杆(25)另一端与所述气缸(4)的活塞杆(28)顶部的铰接座(29)铰接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条材料切段设备,其特征在于:所述机体外壳(2)的前部和后部均开设有与料条(34)适配的开口(30)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种长条材料切段设备,其特征在于:所述出料座(22)上具有连接板(31),所述连接板(31)上穿装有若干螺栓(32),所述出料座(22)通过所述螺栓(32)与所述机体外壳(2)可拆卸连接,所述出料座(22)中部具有出料口(33),所述出料口(33)与所述开口(30)位置相对应。
