实施例1：按照重量份数组成有：威灵仙290g、红花45g、当归72g、血竭70g、骨碎补43g、续断40g、乳香75g、没药(制)70g、鹿茸43g、生大黄50g、冰片9g、土鳖虫73g、芒硝10g、生天南星43g、制草乌72g、制川乌42g。
实施例2：按照重量份数组成有：威灵仙296g、红花46g、当归76g、血竭75g、骨碎补47g、续断45g、乳香73g、没药(制)75g、鹿茸46g、生大黄55g、冰片12g、土鳖虫76g、芒硝13g、生天南星46g、制草乌77g、制川乌46g。
实施例3：按照重量份数组成有：威灵仙300g、红花50g、当归80g、血竭80g、骨碎补50g、续断50g、乳香80g、没药(制)80g、鹿茸50g、生大黄60g、冰片15g、土鳖虫80g、芒硝15g、生天南星50g、制草乌80g、制川乌50g。
实施例4：按照重量份数组成有：威灵仙310g、红花58g、当归89g、血竭89g、骨碎补60g、续断59g、乳香89g、没药(制)89g、鹿茸58g、生大黄67g、冰片23g、土鳖虫87g、芒硝20g、生天南星58g、制草乌89g、制川乌58g。
按照如下的制备方法，制成散剂1,2,3,4：
一种骨伤科外敷散剂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤一，先将威灵仙，红花，当归，血竭，骨碎补，续断，乳香，没药，鹿茸，生大黄，生天南星，制草乌，制川乌，逐一称量，用乙醇浸泡48小时后，水煎，将药液和药渣进行离心，取上清液，经过CO2超临界萃取，得到浓缩浸膏；CO2超临界萃取的条件为：压力范围为35-37MPa，温度是43-45℃。
步骤二，取土鳖虫细粉，加甲醇145ml，超声提取30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，加甲醇55ml使其溶解，得到土鳖虫提取液；
步骤三，在步骤一得到的浓缩浸膏加乙醇200ml，搅拌后，分别加入步骤二得到的土鳖虫提取液，冰片，得到混合液；
步骤四，在混合液内加入透皮促渗剂，搅拌；
步骤五，将芒硝加入步骤四的混合液中，干燥，制粉，得到散剂。
治疗方法：选80个病人，20人为一组，每组用温水化开调匀，涂布后外敷、直接贴与骨伤部位，48小时更换一贴，7天为一个使用周期，使用4个周期后；结果显示：

典型案例：
李女士，43岁，因车祸造成腿部多处骨折，使用散剂治疗，使用一个周期后肿消、痛止，6个周期后完全康复。
何女士，81岁，因雪天地滑，髋部疼痛，活动受限，经x光检查，诊断为“左胯骨骨折、多处软组织挫伤”。经手法复位、夹板固定并使用散剂治疗，一个周期天后肿消、痛止，10个周期后完全康复。
王男士，28岁，因车祸造成手臂骨折，使用散剂治疗，使用一个周期后肿消、痛止，3个周期后完全康复。
本发明提供一种骨伤科外敷散剂及其制备方法，配方的选择，能够治疗断骨、骨伤外敷；颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎病、坐骨神经痛、风湿性关节炎，且治疗效果好；制备方法利用超临界萃取工艺及靶向透皮给药技术为辅助，制成的骨伤科外敷散剂，接骨治疗骨伤疗效确切，显效快，操作简单。

1.一种骨伤科外敷散剂，其特征在于，按照质量份数包括：威灵仙290-310，红花45-58，当归72-89，血竭70-89，骨碎补43-60，续断40-59，乳香75-89，没药70-89，鹿茸43-58，生大黄50-67，冰片9-23，土鳖虫73-87，芒硝10-20，生天南星43-58，制草乌72-89，制川乌42-58。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨伤科外敷散剂，其特征在于，威灵仙300g、红花50g、当归80g、血竭80g、骨碎补50g、续断50g、乳香80g、没药(制)80g、鹿茸50g、生大黄水煎60g、冰片15g、土鳖虫80g、芒硝15g、生天南星水煎50g、制草乌80g、制川乌50g。
3.一种骨伤科外敷散剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
按照质量份数包括：威灵仙290-310，红花45-58，当归72-89，血竭70-89，骨碎补43-60，续断40-59，乳香75-89，没药70-89，鹿茸43-58，生大黄50-67，冰片9-23，土鳖虫73-87，芒硝10-20，生天南星43-58，制草乌72-89，制川乌42-58；
步骤一，先将威灵仙，红花，当归，血竭，骨碎补，续断，乳香，没药，鹿茸，生大黄，生天南星，制草乌，制川乌，逐一称量，用乙醇浸泡48小时后，水煎，将药液和药渣进行离心，取上清液，经过超临界萃取，得到浓缩浸膏；
步骤二，取土鳖虫细粉，加甲醇，超声提取，滤过，滤液蒸干，加甲醇使其溶解，得到土鳖虫提取液；
步骤三，在步骤一得到的浓缩浸膏加乙醇，搅拌后，分别加入步骤二得到的土鳖虫提取液，冰片，得到混合液；
步骤四，在混合液内加入透皮促渗剂，搅拌；
步骤五，将芒硝加入步骤四的混合液中，干燥，制粉，得到散剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种骨伤科外敷散剂的制备方法，其特征在于，所述超临界萃取采用CO2超临界萃取技术。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种骨伤科外敷散剂的制备方法，其特征在于，CO2超临界萃取的条件为：压力范围为28-48MPa，温度范围为33-52℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种骨伤科外敷散剂的制备方法，其特征在于，CO2超临界萃取的条件为：压力范围为35-37MPa，温度是43-45℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种骨伤科外敷散剂的制备方法，其特征在于，透皮促渗剂的重量比组成为：3氮酮：1丙二醇。
