Abstract
治疗疼痛肿胀的一种膏贴，由下列原料药物组成：当归、苏木、红花、三七、续断、麝香、骨碎补、土鳖虫、自然铜、甜瓜子、血竭、刘寄奴、制乳没、威灵仙、南星、甘草组成，取麝香、血竭研成100目细粉备用，再取方中的其余十四味药水煎煮三次，时间分别为2、1、0.5小时，分别过滤，将三次滤液合并，减压浓缩至相对密度为d＝1.35室温测的稠膏。用医用亚敏胶调成糊状，再将麝香、血竭粉加入，混合调匀，摊于裱背材料上，分段，盖衬，每块切成9.5cm×6.5cm，本发明用于治疗气滞血瘀或漓经之血或脏腑亏损所致骨质增生、颈椎病、风湿病、腰腿痛、腰肌劳损、骨折复位后的疼痛肿胀，亦用于腰间盘脱出症，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、益肾健骨的功能。
Description
本发明涉及膏药，特别是治疗疼痛肿胀的一种膏贴。
现有技术中用于舒筋活络，散痰止痛，跌打损伤、挫伤疼痛、风湿性关节炎的药物主要是跌打膏药，使用时必须加温方可贴用，容易弄脏衣物，使用不方便。
本发明的目的在于：提供治疗疼痛肿胀的一种膏贴，用于治疗气滞血瘀或漓经之血或脏腑亏损所致骨质增生、颈椎病、风湿病、腰腿痛、腰肌劳损、骨折复位后疼痛肿胀，亦用于腰间盘脱出症，达到活血化瘀、消肿止痛、益肾健骨的目的。
本发明的构成：它是由下列用量的原料药物组成：当归1495～1505克、苏木995～1005克、红花995～1005克、三七145～155克、续断1495～1505克、血竭495～505克、骨碎补1495～1505克、自然铜1495～1505克、甜瓜子3995～4005克、刘寄奴1495～1505克、制乳没995～1005克、土鳖虫995～1005克、威灵仙1495～1505克、南星295～305克、麝香0.4～0.6克、甘草995～1005克。
取方中麝香、血竭研成100目细粉，备用；再取其余的14味药水煎煮三次，时间分别为2、1、0.5小时，分别过滤，将三次滤液合并，减压浓缩至相对密度为d＝1.35室温测的稠膏，用医用亚敏胶调成糊状，再将麝香、血竭粉加入，混合调匀，摊于裱背材料上，分段，盖衬，切成1000块，每块9.5cm×6.5cm。
与现有技术比较，本发明即开即贴，方便使用，适用范围广。具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、益肾健骨的功能，主治气滞血瘀或漓经之血或脏腑亏损所致骨质增生、颈椎病、风湿病、腰腿痛、腰肌劳损、骨折复位后的疼痛肿胀，亦用于腰间盘脱出症。
本发明的实施例：取麝香0.5克、血竭500克，研成100目细粉备用。取当归1500克、苏木1000克、红花1000克、三七150克、续断1500克、碎骨补1500克、自然铜1500克、甜瓜子4000克、刘寄奴1500克、制乳没1000克、土鳖虫1000克、威灵仙1500克、南星300克、甘草1000克，水煎煮三次，时间分别为2、1、0.5小时，分别过滤，将三次滤液合并减压浓缩至相对密度为d＝1.35室温测的稠膏。用医用亚敏胶调成糊状，再将麝香、血竭粉加入，混合调匀，摊于裱背材料上，分段，盖衬，切成1000块，每块9.5cm×6.5cm。

1.治疗疼痛肿胀的一种膏贴，其特征在于：它是由下列用量的原料药物组成：当归1495～1505克、苏木995～1005克、红花995～1005克、三七145～155克、续断1495～1505克、血竭495～505克、骨碎补1495～1505克、自然铜1495～1505克、甜瓜子3995～4005克、刘寄奴1495～1505克、制乳没995～1005克、土鳖虫995～1005克、威灵仙1495～1505克、南星295～305克、麝香0.4～0.6克、甘草995～1005克。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗疼痛肿胀的一种膏贴的制备方法，其特征在于：取方中麝香、血竭研成100目细粉，备用；再取其余的14味药水煎煮三次，时间分别为2、1、0.5小时，分别过滤，将三次滤液合并，减压浓缩至相对密度为d＝1.35室温测的稠膏，用医用亚敏胶调成糊状，再将麝香、血竭粉加入，混合调匀，摊于裱背材料上，分段，盖衬，切成1000块，每块9.5cm×6.5cm。
