Specifically, the preset procedures are as follows: when the detecting device 801 detects that there is excrement on the diaper 40, the controller 80 firstly controls the extension of the push rod of the electric push rod 60, and then drives the first rotating door 30 to rotate from the closed state to the open state, so as to replace the diaper 40; meanwhile, the second rotating door 50 rotates from the open state to the closed state, and the electric push rod 60 is controlled to stop running; then, the water pump 703 is controlled to work, so that the spray head sprays water to the buttocks of the patient to wash away the residual excrement on the buttocks of the patient, the sprayed water falls into the cleaning basin 70 and is discharged through the drain pipe 701, and the water pump 703 is controlled to stop working after the cleaning is finished; then controlling the fan 704 to work, and meanwhile heating wires in the fan 704 generate heat to blow air with higher temperature to the buttocks of the patient so as to evaporate water at the buttocks of the patient, and controlling the fan 704 to stop working after the water on the buttocks of the patient disappears; then, the push rod of the electric push rod 60 is controlled to contract inwards, so as to drive the first rotating door 30 to rotate from the open state to the closed state, and at the same time, the second rotating door 50 rotates from the closed state to the open state.
After the detection device 801 detects that there is excrement on the diaper 40, the controller 80 does not control the operation of the electric push rod 60, the water pump 703 and the fan 704 even if the detection device 801 detects that there is excrement on the diaper 40 again within a preset time interval; so as to prevent sweat or other external factors of the patient from interfering, and further to cause the controller 80 to control the electric push rod 60, the water pump 703 and the blower 704 to continuously perform the preset process, thereby influencing the rest of the patient. Preferably, the preset time may be 15 minutes or 20 minutes, and in the embodiment, the preset time is 30 minutes.
Preferably, the conveying motor 401 is also electrically connected to the controller 80, so that the conveying motor 401 is controlled to operate when the first rotating door 30 rotates from the closed state to the open state, or when the first rotating door 30 is in the open state, so that the conveying shaft 402 drives the diapers 40 to move towards the first rotating door 30, and then the used diapers 40 fall, and new diapers 40 are run onto the first rotating door 30 to complete the automatic replacement of the diapers 40.
Preferably, the detection means 801 may be any means capable of detecting the presence of waste on the diaper 40, such as: the detecting device 801 comprises two metal wires which are arranged at intervals, both the two metal wires are electrically connected with the controller 80, when excrement exists on the diaper 40, the humidity of the diaper 40 is increased, so that the resistance value between the two metal wires which are in contact with the diaper 40 is changed, and further an operation signal is generated; alternatively, the detecting device 801 includes a humidity sensor electrically connected to the controller 80, the humidity sensor is used for detecting the humidity of the diaper 40, when the diaper 40 has excrement, the humidity of the diaper 40 is increased, and the humidity sensor generates an operation signal.
Specifically, a first position detector 802 is provided on the frame 10, and the first position detector is configured to send a first signal to the controller 80 when detecting that the first rotating door 30 is in the open state, so that the controller 80 controls the operation of the conveyor motor 401 to replace the diaper 40 on the first rotating door 30.
Further, a second position detector 803 is disposed on the bed plate 20, and the second position detector 803 is configured to send a second signal to the controller 80 when detecting that the second rotating door 50 rotates to the closed state, so that the controller 80 controls the water pump 703 to operate to wash the buttocks of the patient.
Preferably, the first position detector 802 may be a pressure sensor that is touched when the first swing door 30 is in the open state, thereby causing the pressure sensor to generate a first signal; the second position detector 803 may also be a pressure sensor that is touched when the second swing door 50 is in the closed state, thereby generating a second signal. Or both the first position detector 802 and the second position detector 803 may be travel switches.

A care bed, comprising: the bed frame, the bed board, the first rotating door, the diaper and the driving device; the bed board is arranged on the bed frame, a drain hole is formed in a preset position on the bed board, the first rotating door is arranged on the lower portion of the bed board and hinged to the bed board, and the diaper is arranged on the side face, facing the bed board, of the first rotating door; the driving device is in transmission connection with the first rotating door and is used for driving the first rotating door to rotate in the direction back to the bed plate to be perpendicular to the opening state of the bed plate after a patient excretes so as to enable the diaper to fall off;
the nursing bed also comprises a second rotating door and a cleaning device; the second rotating door is hinged with the bed board, the second rotating door is arranged opposite to the first rotating door, and a hinged shaft of the second rotating door is parallel to a hinged shaft of the first rotating door; the second rotating door is in transmission connection with the driving device, so that when the first rotating door rotates to an opening state, the second rotating door rotates to a closing state for blocking the drain hole; the cleaning device is arranged on the second rotating door and is used for cleaning the buttocks of the patient;
the driving device comprises an electric push rod arranged on the bedstead, a first connecting plate arranged on the first rotating door and a second connecting plate arranged on the second rotating door; a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove are arranged on the bedstead at intervals along the direction which is pre-vertical to the hinged shaft of the first revolving door; a first slide way is arranged on the first connecting plate, a second slide way is arranged on the second connecting plate, the first sliding column penetrates through the first slide way and the first sliding groove, the second sliding column penetrates through the second slide way and the second sliding groove, and the first sliding column and the second sliding column are both connected with the electric push rod; the first slide way comprises a first section and a second section, the first section is intersected with the second section and forms a preset included angle, the second slide way comprises a third section and a fourth section, and the third section is intersected with the fourth section and forms a preset included angle.

The nursing bed of claim 1, further comprising a conveying motor disposed on the bed frame and a conveying shaft in transmission connection with the conveying motor; a plurality of diapers are connected in sequence to form a diaper roll, and the diaper roll is rotatably connected with the bed frame; the conveying shaft is arranged on one side, away from the drain hole, of a hinged shaft of the first rotating door, the axis of the conveying shaft is parallel to the axis of the hinged shaft of the first rotating door, the conveying shaft is rotatably connected with the bed frame, and a transmission part in transmission connection with a diaper is arranged on the conveying shaft; the conveying motor is used for driving the diapers to move towards the first rotating door when the first rotating door is in an opening state, so that the used diapers are dropped off, and new diapers are moved onto the first rotating door.
3. A nursing bed as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the transmission comprises a driving roller arranged on the transport shaft, which driving roller is provided on its surface with projections which cooperate with driving holes in the diaper edge.

The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises a cleaning basin, a drain pipe, a water inlet pipe, a spray head, and a water pump; the bottom of the cleaning basin is provided with a water outlet which is communicated with the water drain pipe; the water pump is communicated with one end of the water inlet pipe, the other end of the water inlet pipe is arranged in the cleaning basin, the spray head is communicated with the other end of the water inlet pipe, and the spray head is used for spraying water to the buttocks of a patient.
5. A nursing bed as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a blower and an air duct, the outlet of the blower communicating with one end of the air duct, the other end of the air duct being disposed towards the drain hole to blow air to the buttocks of the patient when the blower is in operation.
6. A nursing bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein a heating wire is provided in the blower, the heating wire heating when the blower is operated.
7. The care bed of claim 5, further comprising a controller and a detection device disposed on the first swing door, the controller being electrically connected to the detection device, the power pushrod, the water pump, and the fan; the detection device is used for sending an operation signal to the controller when detecting that excrement exists on the diaper, and the controller drives the electric push rod, the water pump and the fan to work according to a preset procedure according to the operation signal.
