Abstract

本发明提出了一种带有自粘丝的换位导线,包括两根平行排列的带有第一绝缘漆层的金属导线、两根金属导线外侧覆盖的自粘丝层、自粘丝层外侧覆盖的多孔隙聚丙烯层、多孔隙聚丙烯层外侧覆盖的第二绝缘漆层。本发明提出了一种带有自粘丝的换位导线,结构简单,在覆盖聚丙乙烯时,通入大量气体,形成大量孔隙,提高电磁线的抗压能力,多孔隙聚丙烯层内外两侧分别设置有第一绝缘漆层和第二绝缘漆层,防止漏电,提高电磁线的稳定性,两根金属导线外侧设置有自粘丝,提高换位导线受热后的稳定性,在受到挤压时不易变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种换位导线,具体涉及一种带有自粘丝的换位导线。
背景技术
换位导线是近年来在变压器生产领域中广泛应用的一种新材料。随着变压器容量的增加,绕组导线的截面积也必将按一定比例增大。但是,由于受电气损耗指标、导线生产工艺条件及用户使用条件等诸多因素的限制、不可能生产出特大截面的导线,于是便产生了新的绕组导线-换位导线。现在技术的换位导线是将多棵单根的优质漆包铜扁线或纸包扁线在专用的换位导线设备上依次交换排列位置进行换位。最后,在换位后的多根漆包线的外层包覆绝缘纸。但是现有技术中多根漆包线之间没有相应的粘连材质,受热或者受到挤压后容易发生形变。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种带有自粘丝的换位导线。
本发明的技术方案是:一种带有自粘丝的换位导线,包括两根平行排列的带有第一绝缘漆层的金属导线、两根金属导线外侧覆盖的自粘丝层、自粘丝层外侧覆盖的多孔隙聚丙烯层、多孔隙聚丙烯层外侧覆盖的第二绝缘漆层。
进一步地,所述的第一绝缘漆层为聚酯薄膜,第一绝缘漆层为圆形结构,第一绝缘漆层为烘干型绝缘漆。
进一步地,所述的第二绝缘漆层为聚酰亚胺薄膜,第二绝缘漆层为矩形结构,第二绝缘漆层为烘干型绝缘漆。
进一步地,所述的金属导线为圆形结构,金属导线为铜制。
进一步地,所述的多孔隙聚丙烯层为矩形结构,覆盖聚丙乙烯时,通入大量气体,在气体作用下形成大量孔隙。
有益效果
本发明提出了一种带有自粘丝的换位导线,结构简单,在覆盖聚丙乙烯时,通入大量气体,形成大量孔隙,提高电磁线的抗压能力,多孔隙聚丙烯层内外两侧分别设置有第一绝缘漆层和第二绝缘漆层,防止漏电,提高电磁线的稳定性,两根金属导线外侧设置有自粘丝,提高换位导线受热后的稳定性,在受到挤压时不易变形。

如图1所示,一种带有自粘丝的换位导线,包括两根平行排列的带有第一绝缘漆层4的金属导线5、两根金属导线5外侧覆盖的自粘丝层3、自粘丝层3外侧覆盖的多孔隙聚丙烯层2、多孔隙聚丙烯层2外侧覆盖的第二绝缘漆层1;所述的第一绝缘漆层4为聚酯薄膜,第一绝缘漆层4为圆形结构,第一绝缘漆层4为烘干型绝缘漆;所述的第二绝缘漆层1为聚酰亚胺薄膜,第二绝缘漆层1为矩形结构,第二绝缘漆层1为烘干型绝缘漆;所述的金属导线5为圆形结构,金属导线5为铜制;所述的多孔隙聚丙烯层2为矩形结构,覆盖聚丙乙烯时,通入大量气体,在气体作用下形成大量孔隙。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自粘丝的换位导线,其特征在于:所述的第一绝缘漆层为聚酯薄膜,第一绝缘漆层为圆形结构,第一绝缘漆层为烘干型绝缘漆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自粘丝的换位导线,其特征在于:所述的第二绝缘漆层为聚酰亚胺薄膜,第二绝缘漆层为矩形结构,第二绝缘漆层为烘干型绝缘漆。
