Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌礼服面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造成混纺面料:短纤维蚕丝20‑25份、负离子丙纶纤维10‑20份、氨纶纤维1‑5份、亚麻纤维6‑10份竹纤维30‑40份和牛奶蛋白纤维15‑20份,混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理而成,所述短纤维蚕丝的长度为3‑5mm,所述负离子丙纶纤维的长度为50‑100nm,所述氨纶纤维的长度为200‑300nm,所述亚麻纤维的长度为20‑100nm,所述竹纤维的长度为250‑280nm,所述牛奶蛋白纤维的长度为150‑200nm。通过上述方式,本发明提供的抗菌礼服面料,具有良好的抗菌性能,且经过多次水洗后仍旧保持良好的抗菌性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌礼服面料。
背景技术
抗菌礼服面料是指具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁衍。目前市场上应用最多的是后处理技术即根据面料后续定制工艺加进去,但存在抗菌率不高,经过多次水洗后,抗菌率直线下降的现象。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌礼服面料,具有良好的抗菌性能,且经过多次水洗后仍旧保持良好的抗菌性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌礼服面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造成混纺面料:短纤维蚕丝20-25份、负离子丙纶纤维10-20份、氨纶纤维1-5份、亚麻纤维6-10份竹纤维30-40份和牛奶蛋白纤维15-20份,混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理而成,所述短纤维蚕丝的长度为3-5mm,所述负离子丙纶纤维的长度为50-100nm,所述氨纶纤维的长度为200-300nm,所述亚麻纤维的长度为20-100nm,所述竹纤维的长度为250-280nm,所述牛奶蛋白纤维的长度为150-200nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.1-0.3%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌整理剂,选自聚乙二醇、苯氧乙醇、过氧化氢和醚二醇中的一种或多种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇15-20份、苯氧乙醇60-65份、过氧化氢3-5份和醚二醇5-7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,常温下抗菌整理液中浸渍40-50分钟。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述负离子丙纶纤维中负离子粉添加量为5%-8%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种抗菌礼服面料,具有良好的抗菌性能,且经过多次水洗后仍旧保持良好的抗菌性能。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
取短纤维蚕丝、负离子丙纶纤维、氨纶纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维的质量比为20:10:2:8:30:15,其中短纤维蚕丝的长度为4mm、负离子丙纶纤维的长度为60nm、氨纶纤维的长度为250nm、亚麻纤维的长度为30nm、竹纤维的长度为260nm和牛奶蛋白纤维的长度为160nm,负离子丙纶纤维中负离子粉添加量为8%,然后在分别开松预处理,在梳棉机上梳理成短纤维蚕丝生条、负离子丙纶纤维生条、氨纶纤维生条、亚麻纤维生条、竹纤维生条和牛奶蛋白纤维生条,再通过并条机合并制成熟条,在粗纱机上进行伸牵和加捻,最后在细纱机上进一步伸牵加捻,制成混纺纱,再将混纺纱采用大圆机纬编制造方法进行织造,最终制得本发明的抗菌礼服面料(80支);
显然上述的混纺纱及面料的制备工艺均为本行业的通用方法,为本领域普通技术人员所熟知。
实施例2-5:
取部分实施例1所制得的抗菌礼服面料,进一步进行抗菌后整理,具体步骤为:
(1)抗菌整理剂的配置:
按表1中实施例2-5的数据称取各原料,搅拌混合均匀,制得抗菌整理剂;
(2)浸渍:将抗菌整理剂溶解在水中,制得抗菌整理液,控制抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂的含量为0.2%;再将抗菌礼服面料常温25℃下在抗菌整理液中浸渍40分钟;
(3)脱水;
(4)烘干:在100℃温度下将织物烘干。
即可得到本发明的抗菌后处理之后的抗菌礼服面料。

测试例1:
采用国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:震荡法》进行抗菌性定量测试,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗30次后织物的抑菌率,测试结果见表2。

综上所述,本发明指出的一种抗菌礼服面料,具有良好的抗菌性能,且经过多次水洗后仍旧保持良好的抗菌性能。

1.一种抗菌礼服面料,其特征在于,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造成混纺面料:短纤维蚕丝20-25份、负离子丙纶纤维10-20份、氨纶纤维1-5份、亚麻纤维6-10份竹纤维30-40份和牛奶蛋白纤维15-20份,混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理而成,所述短纤维蚕丝的长度为3-5mm,所述负离子丙纶纤维的长度为50-100nm,所述氨纶纤维的长度为200-300nm,所述亚麻纤维的长度为20-100nm,所述竹纤维的长度为250-280nm,所述牛奶蛋白纤维的长度为150-200nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌礼服面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.1-0.3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌礼服面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌整理剂,选自聚乙二醇、苯氧乙醇、过氧化氢和醚二醇中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌礼服面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇15-20份、苯氧乙醇60-65份、过氧化氢3-5份和醚二醇5-7份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌礼服面料,其特征在于,常温下抗菌整理液中浸渍40-50分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌礼服面料,其特征在于,所述负离子丙纶纤维中负离子粉添加量为5%-8%。
