背景技术
环保油漆是指油漆产品的性能指标、安全指标在符合各自产品标准的前提下,符合国家环境标志产品提出的技术要求的油漆产品,涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料之总称。现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。目前市场上油漆的种类繁多,耐高温环保漆作为一个新的漆种,逐渐应用到各种耐高温器械中,市场需求逐渐加大,但耐高温环保漆的耐高温效果不理想,价格偏高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温环保漆,其耐高温性能强,不易开裂,不易脱落,成本低,提高了材料整体性能且使用度更广。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐高温环保漆,包括以下重量份的原料:弹性纯丙乳液70-85份,天然彩石砂22-26份,硅藻泥土5-7份,木蜡油3-5份,有机硅树脂10-15份,乙酸丁酯16-20份,钛白粉15-20份,重钙10-12份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,成膜助剂1-5份,去离子水50-70份。
优选地,所述耐高温环保漆,包括以下重量份的原料:弹性纯丙乳液77份,天然彩石砂24份,硅藻泥土6份,木蜡油4份,有机硅树脂13份,乙酸丁酯18份,钛白粉17份,重钙11份,消泡剂0.2份,成膜助剂3份,去离子水60份。
优选地,所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
优选地,所述天然彩石砂的型号为140-142目。
优选地,所述钛白粉的粒径为0.2-0.23μm。
优选地,所述成膜助剂由丙二醇、甲氧基丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇丁醚组成。
优选地,所述丙二醇、甲氧基丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇丁醚的质量比为1:1:1:2。

本实施例中所述的耐高温环保漆,包括如下重量份的组合:弹性纯丙乳液85份,天然彩石砂26份,硅藻泥土7份,木蜡油5份,有机硅树脂15份,乙酸丁酯20份,钛白粉20份,重钙12份,消泡剂0.3份,成膜助剂5份,去离子水70份;所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;所述天然彩石砂的型号为142目;所述钛白粉的粒径为0.23μm;所述成膜助剂由丙二醇、甲氧基丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇丁醚组成;所述丙二醇、甲氧基丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇丁醚的质量比为1:1:1:2;所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚。
