本发明涉及一种含有黄腐酸的妇科专用冲洗剂，其由以下重量份的原料制成：黄腐酸3～5份、蛇床子25～30份、丁香8～12份、薄荷8～12份、当归12～16份、艾叶8～12份、白芷6～8份、蔗糖脂1～3份、甜菜碱12～16份。本发明利用黄腐酸抗炎、止痛、去腐生肌和止痒、除臭的功效作用，使阴道内病原体的数量减少，病原体生长繁殖受抑制；结合蛇床子等的抑菌作用，对阴道内存在的细菌、霉菌、滴虫等病原体有着不同程度的抑制和杀灭作用。尤其适合性病淋病和滴虫性阴道炎的治疗。

黄腐酸3～5份、蛇床子25～30份、丁香8～12份、薄荷8～12份、当归12～16份、艾叶8～12份、白芷6～8份、蔗糖脂1～3份、甜菜碱12～16份。
所述黄腐酸为参照专利CN107866089A“风化煤提取医药级富里酸的装置及其提取工艺”中的工艺方法(或类似的先进工艺方法)利用优质风化煤所制取的医药级黄腐酸。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种中药冲洗剂的制备方法，具体如下：
(1)分别按重量份称取除黄腐酸、蔗糖脂、甜菜碱外其它6种处方中药，备用；
(2)选用适当、干净容器，将步骤(1)中的中药原料全部倒入容器，加入适量纯净水，以保证中药全部刚好没入水里为宜；静置1h；
(3)将步骤(2)中容器连同里面的药液一起，加热蒸馏，收集芳香水，收集量约为步骤(2)中加入水量的1/3，备用；原料中，再次加入纯净水，水量约为第一次加入水量的2/3，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，保留；原料中，再次加入纯净水，水量约为第一次加入水量的1/2，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，滤液与上次滤液合并；
(4)步骤(3)中制取的滤液，冷藏24h，取上清液，过滤；滤液与芳香水合并；
(5)按重量份称取黄腐酸，并加入步骤(4)制得的液体中，搅拌均匀；加热至80℃，加入指定重量份的蔗糖脂和甜菜碱，保持80℃温度，剧烈搅拌均匀，停止加热，继续搅拌直至冷却到室温，分装，即得含黄腐酸的中药妇科洗剂。
本发明所述的妇科专用冲洗剂成品为棕色乳液，药香味，pH6.5-7.5。
本发明产品属实际无毒级别；对皮肤和粘膜均无急性刺激性、也无多次刺激性；皮肤变态反应无致敏，属无致敏物；因此，安全性高。
本发明产品经药效实验结果表明：1.对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌等十多种阴道致病菌均有较强的抑菌作用；对性病淋病球菌、阴道毛滴虫等有强大的杀灭作用。2.热板法实验结果表明本发明产品有镇痛作用。3.对离体子宫平滑肌收缩有双向调节作用，并能拮抗催产素引起的子宫平滑肌痉挛收缩，从而调节子宫机能、有助于子宫机能的正常发挥。
本发明以黄腐酸主治，使阴道内病原体的数量减少，病原体生长繁殖受抑制，抗炎、止痛、去腐生肌和止痒、除臭；结合蛇床子等的抑菌作用，对阴道内存在的细菌、霉菌、滴虫等病原体有着不同程度的抑制和杀灭作用。
可选地，本发明技术方案中的黄腐酸可以是医药级黄腐酸常规方法制成的黄腐酸钠。
本发明的有益效果如下：
(1)本发明产品具有杀虫、止痒、镇痛的功效；
(2)本发明产品制作简单，成本低廉，药源广泛易得；
(3)本发明产品尤其适合性病淋病和滴虫性阴道炎的治疗；
(4)本发明产品活血通经，调节子宫机能，长期使用无副作用，可作为日常清洁去污预防妇科疾病的清洁用品。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但本发明保护范围不局限于所述内容。
实施例1：
本中药妇科冲洗剂由以下原料制备得到：黄腐酸20g、蛇床子150g、丁香50g、薄荷50g、当归80g、艾叶50g、白芷40g、蔗糖脂10g、甜菜碱80g。
上述冲洗剂的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)分别按重量份称取除黄腐酸、蔗糖脂、甜菜碱外其它6种处方中药，备用；
(2)选用适当、干净容器，将步骤(1)中的中药原料全部倒入容器，加入1.5L纯净水，保证中药全部没入水里；静置1h；
(3)将步骤(2)中容器连同里面的药液一起，加热蒸馏，收集芳香水500ml，备用；原料中，再次加入约1L纯净水，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，保留；原料中，再次加入约700ml纯净水，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，滤液与上次滤液合并；
(4)步骤(3)中制取的滤液，冷藏24h，取上清液，过滤；滤液与芳香水合并；
(5)按重量份称取黄腐酸，并加入步骤(4)制得的液体中，搅拌均匀；加热至80℃，加入指定重量份的蔗糖脂和甜菜碱，保持80℃温度，剧烈搅拌均匀，停止加热，继续搅拌直至冷却到室温，制得1000ml含黄腐酸的中药妇科洗剂；分装(200ml/瓶)，即得。
实施例2：
本中药妇科冲洗剂由以下原料制备得到：黄腐酸30g、蛇床子120g、丁香60g、薄荷40g、当归70g、艾叶50g、白芷35g、蔗糖脂15g、甜菜碱70g。
上述冲洗剂的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)分别按重量份称取除黄腐酸、蔗糖脂、甜菜碱外其它6种处方中药，备用；
(2)选用适当、干净容器，将步骤(1)中的中药原料全部倒入容器，加入1.5L纯净水，保证中药全部没入水里；静置1h；
(3)将步骤(2)中容器连同里面的药液一起，加热蒸馏，收集芳香水500ml，备用；原料中，再次加入约1L纯净水，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，保留；原料中，再次加入约700ml纯净水，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，滤液与上次滤液合并；
(4)步骤(3)中制取的滤液，冷藏24h，取上清液，过滤；滤液与芳香水合并；
(5)按重量份称取黄腐酸，并加入步骤(4)制得的液体中，搅拌均匀；加热至80℃，加入指定重量份的蔗糖脂和甜菜碱，保持80℃温度，剧烈搅拌均匀，停止加热，继续搅拌直至冷却到室温，制得1000ml含黄腐酸的中药妇科洗剂；分装(200ml/瓶)，即得。
实施例3：
本中药妇科冲洗剂由以下原料制备得到：黄腐酸15g、蛇床子160g、丁香40g、薄荷30g、当归80g、艾叶55g、白芷45g、蔗糖脂8g、甜菜碱90g。
上述冲洗剂的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)分别按重量份称取除黄腐酸、蔗糖脂、甜菜碱外其它6种处方中药，备用；
(2)选用适当、干净容器，将步骤(1)中的中药原料全部倒入容器，加入1.5L纯净水，保证中药全部没入水里；静置1h；
(3)将步骤(2)中容器连同里面的药液一起，加热蒸馏，收集芳香水500ml，备用；原料中，再次加入约1L纯净水，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，保留；原料中，再次加入约700ml纯净水，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，滤液与上次滤液合并；
(4)步骤(3)中制取的滤液，冷藏24h，取上清液，过滤；滤液与芳香水合并；
(5)按重量份称取黄腐酸，并加入步骤(4)制得的液体中，搅拌均匀；加热至80℃，加入指定重量份的蔗糖脂和甜菜碱，保持80℃温度，剧烈搅拌均匀，停止加热，继续搅拌直至冷却到室温，制得1000ml含黄腐酸的中药妇科洗剂；分装(200ml/瓶)，即得。
临床试验总结
1基本资料
1.1选择妇科炎症患者80例，年龄18-57岁，病程最短2月，最长12年，其中霉菌性阴道炎40例；滴虫阴道炎15例；老年性阴道炎10例；淋病双球菌感染5例；痛经10例。
2治疗方法
使用本发明实施例1的冲洗剂，l0％稀释液冲洗阴道，1日l～2次，每次10ml，7天为l疗程。
治疗痛经时，每天用本发明产品原液涂擦肚脐和下腹部2～3次，每次3～5ml。
3疗效判断标准
显效：主要症状全部消失或大部分消失，病原体(-)；
有效：症状部分减少或减轻，病原体(-)；
无效：症状稍有改变或无改变，病原体(+)。
4结果见表1

从上表可以看出，显效63例，有效14例，无效3例，总有效率96.25％。说明本发明治疗霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、老年性阴道炎、痛经等妇科疾病治疗效果明显。

Claims (3)
1.一种含有黄腐酸的妇科专用冲洗剂，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料制备而成的：黄腐酸3～5份、蛇床子25～30份、丁香8～12份、薄荷8～12份、当归12～16份、艾叶8～12份、白芷6～8份、蔗糖脂1～3份、甜菜碱12～16份。
2.如权利要求1所述的黄腐酸，其特征在于：黄腐酸为利用优质风化煤所制取的医药级黄腐酸。
3.权利要求1所述的含有黄腐酸的妇科专用冲洗剂的制备方法，其特征在于步骤如下：
(1)分别按重量份称取除黄腐酸、蔗糖脂、甜菜碱外其它6种处方中药，备用；
(2)选用适当、干净容器，将步骤(1)中的中药原料全部倒入容器，加入适量纯净水，以保证中药全部刚好没入水里为宜；静置1h；
(3)将步骤(2)中容器连同里面的药液一起，加热蒸馏，收集芳香水，收集量约为步骤(2)中加入水量的1/3，备用；原料中，再次加入纯净水，水量约为第一次加入水量的2/3，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，保留；原料中，再次加入纯净水，水量约为第一次加入水量的1/2，再次煮沸，煎煮1.5h；过滤，滤液与上次滤液合并；
(4)步骤(3)中制取的滤液，冷藏24h，取上清液，过滤；滤液与芳香水合并；
(5)按重量份称取黄腐酸，并加入步骤(4)制得的液体中，搅拌均匀；加热至80℃，加入指定重量份的蔗糖脂和甜菜碱，保持80℃温度，剧烈搅拌均匀，停止加热，继续搅拌直至冷却到室温，分装，即得含有黄腐酸的妇科专用冲洗剂。
