本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种含绿茶多糖的晒后修复面膜的制备方法,具有渗透性好、易吸收,晒后修复、舒缓肌肤的功效。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含绿茶多糖的晒后修复面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将绿茶新鲜老叶清水洗净后,微波高温杀青,微波反应器的温度为180-200℃,进行杀青得到毛坯后,放入灭菌烘干设备中,115-125℃高温灭菌30-120s,冷却后置-15℃条件下冷冻3-5小时后,粉碎后过50-60目筛后,待用,将绿茶叶粉加10-30倍水,加入2-5重量份的木瓜蛋白酶,调节pH为9-10,在20-60℃置于超声波处理器中,30-50KHz超声波提取20-50分钟,之后水浴加热45-55℃,反应120-150分钟后,离心后得提取液,减压浓缩至1/5体积,置于冰水浴中,静置结晶,低温干燥,即得绿茶多糖;
步骤二:原料按重量份进行配比:2-4份绿茶多糖、2-4份蜂胶提取物、0.5-1份蛋白酶、0.5-1份氨基肽酶、1-2份洋甘菊提取物、1-2份甘草提取物、1-3份酵母多肽、1-3份寡肽-20、0.5-1份卡波姆、0.6-2份氨甲基丙醇、3-6份丙二醇、3-6份1,3-丁二醇、0.5-1份PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、0.5-1份艾纳香油、0.5-1份辛酸甘油酯、0.1-0.2份羟苯甲酯、0.1-0.2份尿囊素、0.02-0.1份EDTA二钠、0.03-0.1份透明质酸钠、70-100份去离子水;
步骤三:秤取去离子水到水相锅里,再依次加入准确秤量好的EDTA二钠、透明质酸钠、卡波姆,并边搅拌边加热混合,温度60℃下充分搅拌溶解均匀,再依次加入丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素、温度60℃,保温30分钟;
步骤四:在温度60℃时,将水相锅中物料抽入真空均质乳化锅内,搅拌状态下依次加入绿茶多糖、蜂胶提取物、蛋白酶、氨基肽酶、洋甘菊提取物、甘草提取物、酵母多肽、寡肽-20,搅拌30分钟,充分混合均匀;
步骤五:冷却降温,当温度下降至45℃时,加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、艾纳香油、辛酸甘油酯,并充分搅拌均匀;
步骤六:继续冷却,当温度下降至35℃时,加入氨甲基丙醇,并充分搅拌均匀,再冷却至常温,即得精华液;
步骤七:面膜基布杀菌辐照后,经检验合格按照版型裁切折叠后,装入铝箔袋输送到包装生产线,灌装机注入精华液后,封口机封口。
优选的,所述的蜂胶提取物为纳米超临界蜂胶。
