本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，具有渗透性好、易吸收，晒后修复、舒缓肌肤的功效。
本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将齿缘墨角藻进行水洗，放置在通风干燥处进行风干，将风干后的齿缘墨角藻置于微波炉中，中火干燥4min，将干燥后的齿缘墨角藻放入粉碎机中粉碎，将粉碎后的齿缘墨角藻过60目筛，得齿缘墨角藻粉，称取齿缘墨角藻粉10g、去离子水100g，加入容器中，于90℃下煎煮提取100min，将容器中的物质全部取出，降温至室温，用低温冷冻离心机过滤，转速为3000r/min，离心时间5min，收集上清液，过滤后得齿缘墨角藻提取物；
步骤二：原料按重量份进行配比：2-4份齿缘墨角藻提取物、2-4份蜂胶提取物、0.5-1份蛋白酶、0.5-1份氨基肽酶、1-2份洋甘菊提取物、1-2份甘草提取物、1-3份酵母多肽、1-3份寡肽-20、0.5-1份卡波姆、0.6-2份氨甲基丙醇、3-6份丙二醇、3-6份1,3-丁二醇、0.5-1份PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、0.5-1份艾纳香油、0.5-1份辛酸甘油酯、0.1-0.2份羟苯甲酯、0.1-0.2份尿囊素、0.02-0.1份EDTA二钠、0.03-0.1份透明质酸钠、70-100份去离子水；
步骤三：秤取去离子水到水相锅里，再依次加入准确秤量好的EDTA二钠、透明质酸钠、卡波姆，并边搅拌边加热混合，温度60℃下充分搅拌溶解均匀，再依次加入丙二醇、1，3-丁二醇、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素、温度60℃，保温30分钟；
步骤四：在温度60℃时，将水相锅中物料抽入真空均质乳化锅内，搅拌状态下依次加入齿缘墨角藻提取物、蜂胶提取物、蛋白酶、氨基肽酶、洋甘菊提取物、甘草提取物、酵母多肽、寡肽-20，搅拌30分钟，充分混合均匀；
步骤五：冷却降温，当温度下降至45℃时，加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、艾纳香油、辛酸甘油酯，并充分搅拌均匀；
步骤六：继续冷却，当温度下降至35℃时，加入氨甲基丙醇，并充分搅拌均匀，再冷却至常温，即得精华液；
步骤七：面膜基布杀菌辐照后，经检验合格按照版型裁切折叠后，装入铝箔袋输送到包装生产线，灌装机注入精华液后，封口机封口。

步骤四：在温度60℃时，将水相锅中物料抽入真空均质乳化锅内，搅拌状态下依次加入齿缘墨角藻提取物、蜂胶提取物、蛋白酶、氨基肽酶、洋甘菊提取物、甘草提取物、酵母多肽、寡肽-20，搅拌30分钟，充分混合均匀；
步骤五：冷却降温，当温度下降至45℃时，加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、艾纳香油、辛酸甘油酯，并充分搅拌均匀；
步骤六：继续冷却，当温度下降至35℃时，加入氨甲基丙醇，并充分搅拌均匀，再冷却至常温，即得精华液；
步骤七：面膜基布杀菌辐照后，经检验合格按照版型裁切折叠后，装入铝箔袋输送到包装生产线，灌装机注入精华液后，封口机封口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的蜂胶提取物为纳米超临界蜂胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的纳米超临界蜂胶是由磷脂质纳米包裹技术加工而成的纳米超临界蜂胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的甘草提取物采用以下方法制备：将5g甘草药材粉碎、过筛，得到粉体，加入浓度为0.2mol/L的NaOH水溶液，按固液比为1:10比例混合，在80℃下热浸提取2h，重复2次，过滤，滤液中加入质量浓度为3％盐酸调pH值至1-2.5，在4000r/min的转速下离心分离，去上清液得沉淀物，即为甘草提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的洋甘菊提取物采用以下方法制备：将5g洋甘菊粉碎、过筛，得到粉体，加入浓度为0.2mol/L的NaOH水溶液，按固液比为1:10比例混合，在80℃下热浸提取2h，重复2次，过滤，滤液中加入质量浓度为3％盐酸调pH值至1-2.5，在4000r/min的转速下离心分离，去上清液得沉淀物，即为洋甘菊提取物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤一中所述的过滤为三层纱布过滤。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的三层纱布过滤后再经过0.2μm孔径的膜过滤器过滤。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种含齿缘墨角藻提取物的晒后修复面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的粉碎后过筛为过40目筛。
