本发明涉及一种驾车鞋及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的鞋子因其功能可分为运动鞋、便鞋、旅游鞋、拖鞋、马靴、工作鞋、沙滩鞋、帆布鞋、运动鞋、高跟鞋、登山鞋、足球鞋、慢跑鞋、球鞋等。而如此多种的分类却没有一类是真正能适合驾车司机穿的鞋。
开车时,脚需要在刹车和油门之间转换,更换时的动作是抬脚,然后以脚后跟为支点旋转到另一个踏板上,然后以脚后跟为支点向下踏踏板,踏踏板时是前脚掌跟踏板接触,然后向下踩踏,这就需要前脚掌踩下灵敏且防滑。
现有的鞋子对于驾车司机来说存在以下几个问题:穿脱不便、脚底感知差、动作支撑弱、汗脚。
发明内容
本发明提供一种驾车鞋,该驾车鞋在驾车使用时,脚底支撑效果好、转换灵活,而且踩踏刹车或者油门脚底感知好。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:

一种驾车鞋,包括鞋体,所述的鞋体包括与地面接触的外底、设于外底上方的透气鞋面以及位于所述的外底与所述的鞋面之间的内底,所述的外底包括从前至后依次连续设置的前脚掌部、中间脚心部以及后脚跟部,所述的前脚掌部的下表面与中间脚心部下表面之间设有一个横向贯穿至两侧边的倒V形前凹槽,所述的前脚掌部的下表面中部设有一个横向贯穿至两侧边的V形后凹槽,使所述的前脚掌部分成前端脚趾部及后端脚掌部,所述的后脚跟部的后侧面与左右两侧面的连接部位呈圆弧状,所述的后脚跟部的下表面、后侧面及左、右两侧面和所述的前端脚趾部的下表面均设有用于防滑的花纹。

本方案的兼具柔韧性、耐沾污和牢固度。
较之前的现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:该驾车鞋在驾车使用时,脚底支撑效果好、转换灵活,而且踩踏刹车或者油门脚底感知好。能节省原料,而且脚底支撑效果好。采用该方案能增加鞋底的防滑性能,行走时更安全。采用该方案能增加鞋底的防滑性能,行走时更安全,更重要的是本方案能增加与踏板的防滑性能。本方案既提升了行走的舒适性,又兼顾了脚与踏板的互动性。

实施例1
如图1-7所示,实施例以鞋子的码数为36.5码为例,一种驾车鞋,包括鞋体,所述的鞋体包括与地面接触的外底1、设于外底1上方的透气鞋面2以及位于所述的外底1与所述的鞋面1之间的内底3,所述的外底1包括从前至后依次连续设置的前脚掌部1-1、中间脚心部1-2以及后脚跟部1-3,所述的前脚掌部 1-1的下表面与中间脚心部1-2下表面之间设有一个横向贯穿至两侧边的倒V形前凹槽1-4,所述的前脚掌部1-1的下表面中部设有一个横向贯穿至两侧边的V 形后凹槽1-5,使所述的前脚掌部1-1分成前端脚趾部1-1-1及后端脚掌部 1-1-2,所述的后脚跟部1-3的后侧面与左右两侧面的连接部位呈圆弧状,所述的后脚跟部1-3的下表面、后侧面及左、右两侧面和所述的前端脚趾部1-1-1 的下表面均设有用于防滑的花纹。
所述的驾车鞋还包括设于鞋面2与内底2之间的鞋垫4,所述的鞋垫4包括从前至后依次连接的鞋垫前端部4-1和鞋垫后跟部4-2,所述的鞋垫4还包括倾斜向上固定于鞋垫后跟部4-2自由端外的鞋垫外延部4-3,在所述的鞋垫前端部 4-1和鞋垫后跟部4-2上设有多个贯通上下表面的通孔4-4。杯状立体鞋垫吻合脚型,柔软舒适,且具备基本的稳定性能。
所述的中间脚心部1-2的下表面向上凹形成凹面,所述的中间脚心部1-2 的下表面与后脚跟部1-3的下表面之间设有从中间脚心部1-2凸向后脚跟部1-3 的呈V形的斜坡连接面1-6;所述的中间脚心部1-2的凹面中间设有用于一个向上凹的凹坑1-2-1,所述的凹坑1-2-1的呈前端内角小后端内角大、左右内角相等且为钝角的类菱形。
所述的中间脚心部1-2下表面位于凹坑1-2-1左右两旁侧设有第一凹槽组和第二凹槽组,所述的第一凹槽组包括多道间隔设置的且相互平行的第一凹槽 1-2-2,所述的第二凹槽组包括多道间隔设置的且相互平行的第二凹槽1-2-3,所述的第一凹槽1-2-2槽道延伸方向与第二凹槽1-2-3槽道延伸方向具有一定的夹角。
所述的防滑的花纹设计为多道从前向后依次间隔设置的横向水波纹。
所述的前端脚趾部1-1-1向上倾斜且与水平面的角度为6-8度。
所述的后端脚掌部1-1-2设有多道间隔设置于前凹槽1-5与后凹槽1-4之间的且横向设置的第三凹槽1-1-2-1。
所述的前脚掌部1-1的上表面到下表面的厚度为8-10毫米,所述的后脚跟部1-3的上表面到下表面的厚度比前脚掌部1-1的上表面到下表面的厚度大8 毫米以上。
所述的前脚掌部1-1的上表面到下表面的厚度为19毫米,所述的后脚跟部 1-3的上表面到下表面的厚度为28-36.5毫米,所述的前凹槽1-5的槽口至槽底的深度为4毫米,后凹槽1-4的槽口至槽底的深度为6.5毫米,所述的第一凹槽1-2-2的槽口至槽底的深度为1毫米,第二凹槽1-2-3的槽口至槽底的深度为1毫米,第三凹槽1-1-2-1的槽口至槽底的深度为1毫米。
实施例2
如图8所示,本实施例的中间脚心部1-2以及后脚跟部1-3上表面间隔设置多个孔洞7。本方案能增大脚后跟的弹性,从而能提升行走的舒适度。

以上实施例所述的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯优选EVA7470。乙烯-辛烯嵌段型共聚物优选OBC9077。乙烯醋酸乙烯酯优选EVA40W。聚烯烃弹性体优选POE8150。硅烷偶联剂(耐磨剂)为市售。滑石粉为市售。氧化锌为市售。硬脂酸为市售。硬脂酸锌为市售。二氧化钛为市售。1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯(架桥剂) 为市售。偶氮二甲酰胺(发泡剂AC)为市售。
Claims (10)
1.一种驾车鞋,包括鞋体,所述的鞋体包括与地面接触的外底(1)、设于外底(1)上方的透气鞋面(2)以及位于所述的外底(1)与所述的鞋面(1)之间的内底(3),其特征在于:所述的外底(1)包括从前至后依次连续设置的前脚掌部(1-1)、中间脚心部(1-2)以及后脚跟部(1-3),所述的前脚掌部(1-1)的下表面与中间脚心部(1-2)下表面之间设有一个横向贯穿至两侧边的倒V形前凹槽(1-4),所述的前脚掌部(1-1)的下表面中部设有一个横向贯穿至两侧边的V形后凹槽(1-5),使所述的前脚掌部(1-1)分成前端脚趾部(1-1-1)及后端脚掌部(1-1-2),所述的后脚跟部(1-3)的后侧面与左右两侧面的连接部位呈圆弧状,所述的后脚跟部(1-3)的下表面、后侧面及左、右两侧面和所述的前端脚趾部(1-1-1)的下表面均设有用于防滑的花纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的驾车鞋还包括设于鞋面(2)与内底(2)之间的鞋垫(4),所述的鞋垫(4)包括从前至后依次连接的鞋垫前端部(4-1)和鞋垫后跟部(4-2),所述的鞋垫(4)还包括倾斜向上固定于鞋垫后跟部(4-2)自由端外的鞋垫外延部(4-3),在所述的鞋垫前端部(4-1)和鞋垫后跟部(4-2)上设有多个贯通上下表面的通孔(4-4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的中间脚心部(1-2)的下表面向上凹形成凹面,所述的中间脚心部(1-2)的下表面与后脚跟部(1-3)的下表面之间设有从中间脚心部(1-2)凸向后脚跟部(1-3)的呈V形的斜坡连接面(1-6);所述的中间脚心部(1-2)的凹面中间设有用于一个向上凹的凹坑(1-2-1),所述的凹坑(1-2-1)的呈前端内角小后端内角大、左右内角相等且为钝角的类菱形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的中间脚心部(1-2)下表面位于凹坑(1-2-1)左右两旁侧设有第一凹槽组和第二凹槽组,所述的第一凹槽组包括多道间隔设置的且相互平行的第一凹槽(1-2-2),所述的第二凹槽组包括多道间隔设置的且相互平行的第二凹槽(1-2-3),所述的第一凹槽(1-2-2)槽道延伸方向与第二凹槽(1-2-3)槽道延伸方向具有一定的夹角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的防滑的花纹设计为多道从前向后依次间隔设置的横向水波纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的前端脚趾部(1-1-1)向上倾斜且与水平面的角度为6-8度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的后端脚掌部(1-1-2)设有多道间隔设置于前凹槽(1-5)与后凹槽(1-4)之间的且横向设置的第三凹槽(1-1-2-1)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的前脚掌部(1-1)的上表面到下表面的厚度为8-10毫米,所述的后脚跟部(1-3)的上表面到下表面的厚度比前脚掌部(1-1)的上表面到下表面的厚度大8毫米以上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种驾车鞋,其特征在于:所述的中间脚心部(1-2)以及后脚跟部(1-3)上表面间隔设置多个孔洞(1-7)。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的一种驾车鞋的制备方法,其特征在于:①将透气鞋面(2)和内底(3)缝合成一体;②将按照以下质量份配合的组分混合造粒,然后投入到射出机中射到成型模具中,最后脱模制成外底(1);③将步骤①与步骤②的产品连接固定;
