龙船花,又名卖子木、红绣球、山丹、五月花、买子木、映山红、牛兰、珠桐、番海棠、大将军、罗伞木、红樱花、土红花、百日红、仙丹花,是双子叶植物药茜草科植物龙船花的花。花序卷曲成团,展平后呈伞房花序。花序具短梗,有红色的分枝。花径1-5mm,具极短花梗;萼4裂,萼齿远较萼筒短;花冠4浅裂,裂片近圆形,红褐色,肉质;花冠筒扭曲,红褐色,长3-3.5cm;雄蕊与花冠裂片同数,着生于花冠筒喉部。气微,味微苦,性凉,入肝经。具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效,主治高血压、月经不调、闭经、跌打损伤、疮疡疖肿。
萝芙木,又名山辣椒、山马蹄、山胡椒、萝芙藤、假辣椒、鱼胆木、羊姆奶、毒狗药、假鱼胆、火烙木、万药归宗、通骨消、羊屎木、甘榕木、刀伤药、三叉虎、地郎伞、山番椒、十八爪、红果木、麻三端、百花短托、大叶了哥王、四叶齐、山椒叶、中念子、白花丹、铁羊屎、染布子、鸡眼子、羊角钗,是夹竹桃科植物萝芙木的根。圆柱形,略弯曲,长短不一,直径约至3cm,主根下常有分枝。表面灰棕色至灰棕黄色,有不规则纵沟和棱线,栓皮松软,极易脱落露出暗棕色皮部或灰黄色木部。质坚硬,不易折断,切断面皮部很窄,淡棕色。木部占极大部分,黄白色,具明显的年轮和细密的放射状纹理。气微,皮部极苦,木部微苦。具有清热、降压、宁神的功效。主治感冒发热、头痛身疼、咽喉肿痛、高血压、眩晕、失眠。
两面青,又名小姑娘茶、大白饭果、小姑娘叶、洋辣子,是紫金牛科植物包疮叶的全株或叶。大灌木,高1-3米,稀达5米;分枝多,外倾,无毛,幼时具深沟槽,以后变圆柱形,具纵条纹,有密且突起的皮孔,老时则不明显。叶片坚纸质至近革质,卵形至广卵形或长圆状卵形,顶端急尖,突然渐尖或渐尖,基部楔形或近圆形,长8-17(-21)厘米,宽5-9(-11)厘米,边缘具波状齿或疏细齿或粗齿,两面无毛,叶面中脉微凹,侧脉12对,微隆起,背面脉隆起,细脉不甚明显,具明显地脉状腺条纹;叶柄长1-2.5(-4)厘米。具有清热利湿、降压的功效,主治肝炎、腹泻、麻疹、高血压病。
荠菜,又名荠、靡草、护生草、羊菜、鸡心菜、净肠草、上e菜、菱角菜、清明菜、香田芥、枕头草、地米菜、鸡脚菜、假水菜、地地菜、烟盒草,十字花科植物荠菜的全草。一年或二年生草本,高(7-)10-50厘米,无毛、有单毛或分叉毛;茎直立,单一或从下部分枝。基生叶丛生呈莲座状,大头羽状分裂,长可达12厘米,宽可达2.5厘米,顶裂片卵形至长圆形,长5-30毫米,宽2-20毫米,侧裂片3-8对,长圆形至卵形,长5-15毫米,顶端渐尖,浅裂、或有不规则粗锯齿或近全缘,叶柄长5-40毫米。具有凉肝止血、平肝明目、清热利湿的功效,常用于叶血、衄血、咯血、尿血、崩漏、目赤疼痛、眼底出血、高血压病、赤白痢疾、肾炎水肿、乳糜尿。
金狮藤,又名香藤、藤薯、痧药草、南木香、熏鼓藤,是马兜铃科植物大叶马兜铃的根茎及根。根茎细长圆柱形,直径1-3mm,表面淡黄棕色,有纵向沟纹,节间长3-5cm。质柔韧。味辛凉。具有行气止痛、清热解毒、降压的功效。常用于气滞脘胀、胃痛、腹痛、风湿关节痛、暑湿下痢、痈疽疖肿、毒蛇咬伤、高血压病。
玉子烧是由鸡蛋、牛奶、盐等组成,鸡蛋能够润燥、增强免疫力、护眼明目,牛奶富含蛋白质并且很有营养价值。以龙船花、萝芙木为主要原料,两面青、荠菜、金狮藤为保健原料,生产出一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,目前还未见报道和产品上市。
发明内容
本发明以龙船花、萝芙木为原料,同时添加两面青、荠菜、金狮藤,开发出一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧。填补了国内使用这类原料制作玉子烧的一项空白。
一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,采用以下步骤制作:
A.龙船花预处理:取干净的干燥龙船花,再加入龙船花重0.3-0.5%的纤维素酶,0.2-0.4%的果胶酶,加热至38-42℃,保持大约30-40分钟,后入装有80-100目网筛的打浆机中,加入龙船花重10-15倍的水进行打浆,制得酶解龙船花浆;
B.萝芙木预处理:取干燥的萝芙木,入锅中,加入萝芙木重10-15倍的牛奶,煎煮1-2小时,后除去萝芙木残渣,制得萝芙木牛奶浆;
C.中药材预处理:按一定比例取中药材两面青、荠菜、金狮藤,加入原料中药材重10-15倍的水,入中药煎煮机煎煮30-60分钟,制得中药浆;
D.原材料预处理:取火腿50-70重量份,切丁备用,海苔20-25重量份,切成碎末备用;
E.配料:取鸡蛋160-180重量份,入容器中,加入食盐2-2.4重量份、料酒10-12重量份、白砂糖3-4重量份、酶解龙船花浆5-10重量份、萝芙木牛奶浆5-10重量份、中药浆3-5重量份、水适量,搅拌均匀;
F.煎制:将搅拌均匀的混合蛋液倒入底部装有热油的锅中,每次倒入铺满锅底的分量,小火煎至鸡蛋皮呈半熟状态;
G.混合:将备好的火腿丁、海苔末均匀的洒在鸡蛋皮上,后将鸡蛋皮的一边向另一边慢慢卷起至完全重叠,再重复倒入蛋液,煎至半熟,撒上火腿丁、海苔末,卷起鸡蛋皮的步骤;
H.成型:将煎好的龙船花风味萝芙木鸡蛋皮切成大小一致的块状,用食品级包装物包装;
I.检验、贮藏:将成品龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧经检验合格后,避光贮存与干燥、阴凉的通风库房中。
本发明步骤C中一定比例的中药材为以下原料重量比:两面青45-55%、荠菜25-35%、金狮藤10-30%。
本发明步骤F中煎制鸡蛋皮时应选用平底的不粘锅,以避免制得的蛋皮厚薄不均匀。
本发明步骤G中卷起鸡蛋皮应在鸡蛋皮刚刚凝固时,可以使两层蛋饼之间更易贴合,口感柔软。
本发明的作用机理:
龙船花,清热凉血、散瘀止痛;萝芙木,清热、降压、宁神;两面青,清热利湿、降压;荠菜,凉肝止血、平肝明目、清热利湿;金狮藤,行气止痛、清热解毒、降压。利用以上五味中药相互配伍,协同生效,通过调节脾的健运,肾的封藏,肺的肃降,促进肝的升发,固达平肝降压、清热凉血的功效。
本发明以龙船花、萝芙木为原料,同时添加两面青、荠菜、金狮藤,制作出一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧。其充分利用龙船花、萝芙木的营养价值,与中药相互配伍,协同增效,具有平肝降压、清热凉血的功效。制得的成品口感绵密,香味浓郁,且保健功能突出,长期食用可明显改善高血压人群的不适。其制作工艺简单,易于实现,符合人们对健康的需求,可以进行批量生产。

具体实施方式
实施例1,一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,采用以下步骤制作:
A.龙船花预处理:取干净的干燥龙船花,再加入龙船花重5%的纤维素酶,0.3%的果胶酶,加热至39℃,保持大约35分钟,后入装有100目网筛的打浆机中,加入龙船花重12倍的水进行打浆,制得酶解龙船花浆;
B.萝芙木预处理:取干燥的萝芙木,入锅中,加入萝芙木重11倍的牛奶,煎煮2小时,后除去萝芙木残渣,制得萝芙木牛奶浆;
C.中药材预处理:按重量比例取中药材两面青47%、荠菜26%、金狮藤27%,加入原料中药材重14倍的水,入中药煎煮机煎煮55分钟,制得中药浆;
D.原材料预处理:取火腿50kg,切丁备用,海苔20kg,切成碎末备用;
E.配料:取鸡蛋160kg,入容器中,加入食盐2kg、料酒10kg、白砂糖3kg、酶解龙船花浆5kg、萝芙木牛奶浆5kg、中药浆3kg、水适量,搅拌均匀;
F.煎制:将搅拌均匀的混合蛋液倒入底部装有热油的锅中,每次倒入铺满锅底的分量,小火煎至鸡蛋皮呈半熟状态;
G.混合:将备好的火腿丁、海苔末均匀的洒在鸡蛋皮上,后将鸡蛋皮的一边向另一边慢慢卷起至完全重叠,再重复倒入蛋液,煎至半熟,撒上火腿丁、海苔末,卷起鸡蛋皮的步骤;
H.成型:将煎好的龙船花风味萝芙木鸡蛋皮切成大小一致的块状,用食品级包装物包装;
I.检验、贮藏:将成品龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧经检验合格后,避光贮存与干燥、阴凉的通风库房中。
本发明实施例1经11位高血压的人群,连续食用10天,每日50克,症状明显缓解人数为7人,有效率为63.64%;连续食用20天,每日50克以上,症状明显缓解人数为8人,有效率为72.73%。
实施例2,一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,采用以下步骤制作:
A.龙船花预处理:取干净的干燥龙船花,再加入龙船花重0.4%的纤维素酶,0.2%的果胶酶,加热至38℃,保持大约32分钟,后入装有100目网筛的打浆机中,加入龙船花重15倍的水进行打浆,制得酶解龙船花浆;
B.萝芙木预处理:取干燥的萝芙木,入锅中,加入萝芙木重13倍的牛奶,煎煮2小时,后除去萝芙木残渣,制得萝芙木牛奶浆;
C.中药材预处理:按重量比例取中药材两面青27%、荠菜21%、金狮藤18%、古钮菜15%、黄背草苗19%,加入原料中药材重13倍的水,入中药煎煮机煎煮35分钟,制得中药浆;
D.原材料预处理:取火腿70kg,切丁备用,海苔25kg份,切成碎末备用;
E.配料:取鸡蛋180kg,入容器中,加入食盐2.4kg、料酒12kg、白砂糖4kg、酶解龙船花浆10kg、萝芙木牛奶浆10kg、中药浆5kg、水适量,搅拌均匀;
F.煎制:将搅拌均匀的混合蛋液倒入底部装有热油的锅中,每次倒入铺满锅底的分量,小火煎至鸡蛋皮呈半熟状态;
G.混合:将备好的火腿丁、海苔末均匀的洒在鸡蛋皮上,后将鸡蛋皮的一边向另一边慢慢卷起至完全重叠,再重复倒入蛋液,煎至半熟,撒上火腿丁、海苔末,卷起鸡蛋皮的步骤;

古钮菜,又名七粒扣、五地茄、乌疔草、耳坠仔、衣钮扣、公炮草、五宅茄、乌点规、点规草、扣子草,是茄科植物少花龙葵的全草。茎纤弱,绿色。单叶互生,卵形至矩圆形,长4~8厘米,先端渐尖,基部短尖。边近全缘,或有不规则角状的粗齿,质薄,上面深绿色,有小点,下面淡绿色,叶脉于叶背隆起;叶柄纤弱,长约1厘米。具有清热解毒、利湿消肿的功效,主治高血压、痢疾、热淋、目赤、咽喉肿痛、疔疮疖肿。
黄背草苗,为禾本科植物黄背草的幼苗,黄背草,多年生草本。秆粗壮,直立,高80-110cm。叶鞘具脱落性的疣基长柔毛;叶舌长1-2mm,先端钝圆,具短纤毛;叶片狭条形,长10-40cm,宽4-5mm,仅上面基部疏被疣基长纤毛。假圆锥花序狭,长30-40cm,佛焰苞舟形,有毛或无毛,总状花序由佛焰苞中抽出,长1-2cm,有7枚小穗,基部有1枚近于轮生的雄性或中性小穗,但无芒。味甘,性平。具有平肝的功效,主治高血压病。
本发明实施例2的作用机理:
龙船花,清热凉血、散瘀止痛;萝芙木,清热、降压、宁神;两面青,清热利湿、降压;荠菜,凉肝止血、平肝明目、清热利湿;金狮藤,行气止痛、清热解毒、降压;古钮菜,清热解毒、利湿消肿;黄背草苗,平肝。利用以上七味中药相互配伍,协同生效,通过调节脾的健运,肾的封藏,肺的肃降,促进肝的升发,固达平肝降压、清热凉血的功效。
本发明实施例2经20位高血压的人群,连续食用10天,每日50克,症状明显缓解人数为13人,有效率为65%;连续食用20天,每日50克以上,症状明显缓解人数为15人,有效率为75%。
实施例3,一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,采用以下步骤制作:
A.龙船花预处理:取干净的干燥龙船花,再加入龙船花重0.5%的纤维素酶,0.4%的果胶酶,加热至41℃,保持大约40钟,后入装有80目网筛的打浆机中,加入龙船花重15倍的水进行打浆,制得酶解龙船花浆;
B.萝芙木预处理:取干燥的萝芙木,入锅中,加入萝芙木重12倍的牛奶,煎煮1.5小时,后除去萝芙木残渣,制得萝芙木牛奶浆;
C.中药材预处理:按重量比例取中药材两面青19%、荠菜13%、金狮藤14%、古钮菜16%、黄背草苗21%、打火草10%、苏土藁本7%,加入原料中药材重14倍的水,入中药煎煮机煎煮40分钟,制得中药浆;
D.原材料预处理:取火腿60kg,切丁备用,海苔23kg,切成碎末备用;
E.配料:取鸡蛋170kg,入容器中,加入食盐2.2kg、料酒11kg、白砂糖3.5kg、酶解龙船花浆8kg、萝芙木牛奶浆7kg、中药浆4kg、水适量,搅拌均匀;
F.煎制:将搅拌均匀的混合蛋液倒入底部装有热油的锅中,每次倒入铺满锅底的分量,小火煎至鸡蛋皮呈半熟状态;
G.混合:将备好的火腿丁、海苔末均匀的洒在鸡蛋皮上,后将鸡蛋皮的一边向另一边慢慢卷起至完全重叠,再重复倒入蛋液,煎至半熟,撒上火腿丁、海苔末,卷起鸡蛋皮的步骤;
H.成型:将煎好的龙船花风味萝芙木鸡蛋皮切成大小一致的块状,用食品级包装物包装;
I.检验、贮藏:将成品龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧经检验合格后,避光贮存与干燥、阴凉的通风库房中。
打火草,又名香青,为菊科植物尼泊尔香青的全草。尼泊尔香青,多年生草本,高10-30cm.根状茎细或稍粗壮,有长达20(40)cm,的细匐枝,密被白色绵毛,有顶生的莲座状叶丛。茎直立或斜升。叶互生;无柄;中部叶长圆形或倒披针形,基部稍抱茎,不下延,全部叶面或下面被白色绵毛及具柄腺毛味甘,性平,具有清热平肝、止咳定喘的功效,主治感冒咳嗽、急慢性气管炎、支气和哮喘、高血压病。
苏土藁本,又名山藁本,是伞形科植物泽芹的地上部分,茎呈圆柱形,长60-100cm,直径0.3-1.5cm;节明显。表面绿色可棕绿色,有多数纵直纹理及纵脊;质脆,易折断,断面平坦,白色或黄白色;皮部薄,木部狭,髓部大,其间均布满小孔,上部茎中间为大形空洞。叶一回羽状分裂,叶片大多脱落,残留的小叶片呈披针形,叶缘有锯齿;叶柄呈管状,基部成鞘状包茎。手搓叶片,有清香气,味甘,性平,归肺、肝经。具有祛风止痛、降压的功效,主治感冒、头痛、高血压病、头晕。
本发明实施例3的作用机理:
龙船花,清热凉血、散瘀止痛;萝芙木,清热、降压、宁神;两面青,清热利湿、降压;荠菜,凉肝止血、平肝明目、清热利湿;金狮藤,行气止痛、清热解毒、降压;古钮菜,清热解毒、利湿消肿;黄背草苗,平肝;打火草,清热平肝、止咳定喘;苏土藁本,祛风止痛、降压。利用以上九味中药相互配伍,协同生效,通过调节脾的健运,肾的封藏,肺的肃降,促进肝的升发,固达平肝降压、清热凉血的功效。
本发明实施例3经26位高血压的人群,连续食用10天,每日50克,症状明显缓解人数为18人,有效率为69.23%;连续食用20天,每日50克以上,症状明显缓解人数为21人,有效率为80.77%。

Claims (4)
1.一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,其特征在于,采用以下步骤制作:
A.龙船花预处理:取干净的干燥龙船花,再加入龙船花重0.3-0.5%的纤维素酶,0.2-0.4%的果胶酶,加热至38-42℃,保持大约30-40分钟,后入装有80-100目网筛的打浆机中,加入龙船花重10-15倍的水进行打浆,制得酶解龙船花浆;
B.萝芙木预处理:取干燥的萝芙木,入锅中,加入萝芙木重10-15倍的牛奶,大约煎煮1-2小时,后除去萝芙木残渣,制得萝芙木牛奶浆;
C.中药材预处理:按一定比例取中药材两面青、荠菜、金狮藤,加入原料中药材重10-15倍的水,入中药煎煮机煎煮30-60分钟,制得中药浆;
D.原材料预处理:取火腿50-70重量份,切丁备用,海苔20-25重量份,切成碎末备用;
E.配料:取鸡蛋160-180重量份,入容器中,加入食盐2-2.4重量份、料酒10-12重量份、白砂糖3-4重量份、酶解龙船花浆5-10重量份、萝芙木牛奶浆5-10重量份、中药浆3-5重量份、水适量,搅拌均匀;
F.煎制:将搅拌均匀的混合蛋液倒入底部装有热油的锅中,每次倒入铺满锅底的分量左右,小火煎至鸡蛋皮呈半熟状态;
G.混合:将备好的火腿丁、海苔末均匀的洒在鸡蛋皮上,后将鸡蛋皮的一边向另一边慢慢卷起至完全重叠,再重复倒入蛋液,煎至半熟,撒上火腿丁、海苔末,卷起鸡蛋皮的步骤;
H.成型:将煎好的龙船花风味萝芙木鸡蛋皮切成大小一致的块状,用食品级包装物包装;
I.检验、贮藏:将成品龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧经检验合格后,避光贮存与干燥、阴凉的通风库房中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,其特征在于:所述步骤C中一定比例的中药材为以下原料重量比:两面青45-55%、荠菜25-35%、金狮藤10-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,其特征在于:所述步骤F中煎制鸡蛋皮时应选用平底的不粘锅,以避免制得的蛋皮厚薄不均匀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种龙船花风味萝芙木玉子烧,其特征在于:所述步骤G中卷起鸡蛋皮应在鸡蛋皮刚刚凝固时,可以使两层蛋饼之间更易贴合,口感柔软。
