Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the methanol cracking generating apparatus of the present invention includes an introduction pipe 1, a generator main body 6, wherein: the ingress pipe 1 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 2 to form a methanol ingress assembly, and the mounting plate 2 is provided with a plurality of rotary grooves 10; the installation board 2 is connected with the connection board 4, the fixed board 5 and the generator main body 6 are fixedly connected together to form a cracking generation assembly, the ingress pipe 1 is inserted into the generator main body 6, a plurality of air openings 7 are formed in the lower portion of the generator main body 6, a plurality of connecting grooves 9 matched with the rotating grooves 10 are formed in the connection board 4, and a plurality of fixing grooves 12 are formed in the fixed board 5. The inlet pipe 1 is welded to the mounting plate 2. An asbestos pad 3 is mounted between the mounting plate 2 and the connecting plate 4 and is connected by means of screws fitted in the connecting grooves 9. The stirring fan in the mesh belt furnace 13 is turned on, the methanol cracking generating device is adjusted to a proper angle by using the rotary tank 10, and then the generator main body 6 is fixed on the furnace wall of the mesh belt furnace 13 by using the screw through the fixed disc 5, so that the methanol cracking operation can be started. The invention reduces the production difficulty of the methanol cracking generating device while ensuring the product quality, realizes adjustable installation, enhances interchangeability, shortens the installation and debugging period of equipment, avoids the production of special parts, reduces the cost and realizes mass production. In a word, the invention has the advantages of closed bottom, adjustable angle, simple structure, high quality and high efficiency, and is suitable for popularization and use of methanol pyrolysis.
