本发明涉及日化领域,具体是公开一种加酶护色洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的原料混合而成:皂角提取液25~40%;茶皂素1~2%;羧酸型表面活性剂3~10%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂2~10%;聚4‑乙烯基吡啶氮氧化0.1~1%;赛威永维液体蛋白酶0.3~0.7%;柠檬酸钠1~5%;二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂0~0.3%;增稠剂0.1~1%;防腐剂0.1~0.5%;水余量。本发明的加酶护色洗衣液添加高效生物酶,深入衣物纤维瓦解各种常见污渍,能洁净奶渍、血渍等顽固污渍,洗涤效果好,而且能减少织物颜色损失、防止织物洗涤串色。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,具体是一种加酶护色洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣服是生活中人人都会面对的事情。用于洗涤衣物的产品中,洗衣粉一直占着主要的地位。但是,洗衣粉在使用过程中并不能完全溶解,洗衣粉的残留物容易损伤衣物,并且不易漂洗;而洗衣液能够完全溶解且溶解速度快,易漂易洗,不会伤及皮肤和衣物;洗衣粉一般呈强碱性,对皮肤有刺激性;而洗衣液PH值偏中性,配方温和不伤手,由此可以看出,洗衣液的技术含量更高,便于添加各种有效成分,洗后可令衣物蓬松、柔软、光滑亮泽,并且具有除菌和持久留香的功效,使用综合成本低,正被人们广泛的接受。
随着生活水平的提高,消费者对洗衣液的诉求也越来越多样化,除了基本的洗涤功能,还期望其对织物有保护和护理等作用。在日常洗涤中常出现有色织物褪色、白色与深色织物混洗串色的现象,这与织物在染色过程中色牢度不足、多次洗涤、高温洗涤、暴晒等因素有关,目前衣物护色解问题最有效的方法是在洗衣液配方中加入能起到护色作用的护色剂。常用护色剂有非离子型和阳离子型两类,但非离子型护色剂护色效果有限,大部分阳离子型护色剂与阴离子表面活性剂、荧光增白剂存在兼容性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述技术问题,提供一种加酶护色洗衣液,添加高效生物酶,深入衣物纤维瓦解各种常见污渍,能洁净奶渍、血渍等顽固污渍,洗涤效果好,而且能减少织物颜色损失、防止织物洗涤串色。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种无磷护色洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的原料混合而成:
皂角提取液25~40%;茶皂素1~2%;羧酸型表面活性剂3~10%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂2~10%;聚4 -乙烯基吡啶氮氧化0.1~1%;赛威永维液体蛋白酶0.3~0.7%;柠檬酸钠1~5%;二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂0~0.3%;增稠剂0.1~1%;防腐剂0 .1~0 .5%;水余量。
所述皂角提取液按以下工艺进行制备:将皂角洗净后放入纯化水中浸泡三次,每次浸泡后收集浸提液,合并三次浸提液得到所述皂角提取液;其中,在每次浸泡过程中,所用纯化水的重量是皂量的2-4倍,每次浸泡时间为20~30 h。
所述的增稠剂选用氯化钠、硫酸钠和聚丙烯酸类聚合物中的至少一种。
所述的防腐剂为卡松、多元醇类和苯氧乙醇或异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种
本发明采用的皂角提取液能够达到很好的去污清洁效果,而且配方温和,不伤皮肤和衣物,特别适合应用于婴幼儿衣物的洗护;添加的赛威永维液体蛋白酶能够深入衣物纤维瓦解各种常见污渍(包括汗渍、草渍、油渍等),能洁净奶渍、血渍等顽固污渍;添加的护色剂聚4 -乙烯基吡啶氮氧化不仅对织物有出色的护色功能,还与羧酸型表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂和荧光增白剂有良好的相容性,具有更好的洗涤去污能力,能够在满足洗涤性能的同时,保护织物的色泽,减少织物颜色损失,降低织物混合洗涤造成的相互串色;添加的防腐剂可以保证皂角提取液和茶皂素不易发生变质。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种加酶护色洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的原料混合而成:
皂角提取液25%;茶皂素2%;羧酸型表面活性剂3%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂10%;聚4 -乙烯基吡啶氮氧化1%;赛威永维液体蛋白酶0.5%;柠檬酸钠1%;二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂0.3%;氯化钠1%;异噻唑啉酮0 .1%;水56.2%。
I、去污性能测试:
去污性能测试参照GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行,配制250 ppm的洗涤用水,采用奶渍JB-01、油渍JB-02、血渍JB-03、汗渍JB-04进行测试,测试结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,本发明的加酶护色洗衣液的去污能力远远超过市售普通洗衣液,完全可以取代市售普通洗衣液,赛威永维液体蛋白酶的加入有利于提高洗衣液的去污力。
II、护色性能测试:
分别取等量的本发明的加酶护色洗衣液、市售普通洗衣液置于小型洗衣机中,加入等量40℃左右的温水,两台洗衣机中各加入一片10 cm×10 cm的EMPA色布和两片10 cm×10cm的白布,浸泡30 min后,按常规洗衣程序洗涤并脱水。
在浸泡前测量EMPA色布和白布的色差值作为原始值,护色实验后,测量晾干后EMPA色布和白布的色差值,抗染料迁移性能即防串色性以白布在洗涤前后其色差值△E1表示,白布△E1越小,防串色性能越好;固色性以色布在洗涤前后其色差值△E2表示,色布△E2越小,固色性能越好。测试结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,本发明的加酶护色洗衣液混合洗涤后白布△E1数值均较小,说明护色剂对三种EMPA色布染料抗染料迁移作用效果显著,EMPA色布色差△E2整体也较小,说明本发明的加酶护色洗衣液具有较好的护色功能。
实施例2
一种加酶护色洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的原料混合而成:
皂角提取液40%;茶皂素1%;羧酸型表面活性剂5%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂2%;聚4 -乙烯基吡啶氮氧化0.1%;赛威永维液体蛋白酶0.3%;柠檬酸钠5%;聚丙烯酸类聚合物1%;卡松0 .5%;水45.4%。
实施例3
一种加酶护色洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的原料混合而成:
皂角提取液30%;茶皂素2%;羧酸型表面活性剂10%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂2%;聚4 -乙烯基吡啶氮氧化0.5%;赛威永维液体蛋白酶0.6%;柠檬酸钠3%;二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂0.1%;硫酸钠0.1%;苯氧乙醇0 .3%;水52%。
实施例4
一种加酶护色洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的原料混合而成:
皂角提取液35%;茶皂素2%;羧酸型表面活性剂3%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂10%;聚4 -乙烯基吡啶氮氧化1%;赛威永维液体蛋白酶0.7%;柠檬酸钠5%;二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂0.2%;氯化钠0.8%;卡松0 .4%;水42.6%。

1.一种加酶护色洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的原料混合而成:
皂角提取液25~40%;茶皂素1~2%;羧酸型表面活性剂3~10%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多元表面活性剂2~10%;聚4 -乙烯基吡啶氮氧化0.1~1%;赛威永维液体蛋白酶0.3~0.7%;柠檬酸钠1~5%;二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂0~0.3%;增稠剂0.1~1%;防腐剂0 .1~0 .5%;水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加酶护色洗衣液,其特征在于:所述皂角提取液按以下工艺进行制备:将皂角洗净后放入纯化水中浸泡三次,每次浸泡后收集浸提液,合并三次浸提液得到所述皂角提取液;其中,在每次浸泡过程中,所用纯化水的重量是皂量的2-4倍,每次浸泡时间为20~30 h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加酶护色洗衣液,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂选用氯化钠、硫酸钠和聚丙烯酸类聚合物中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的加酶护色洗衣液,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为卡松、多元醇类和苯氧乙醇或异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
