本发明公开了一种耐高温油墨树脂,各组分按质量份计包括氯醋树脂10~20份质量份、改性氯化聚丙烯5~15质量份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯4~9质量份、聚四氟乙烯蜡1~2质量份、衣康酸单甲酯3~5质量份、丙烯酸‑丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物10~15质量份、聚丙烯醋酸丙烯2~3质量份、无水乙醇40~45质量份、纯聚酯消光树脂1~2质量份。本发明一种耐高温油墨树脂,其耐温超过300℃,优于目前市面上存在的同类产品。

一种耐高温油墨树脂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温油墨树脂。
背景技术
耐高温油墨是一种具有一定流动性的液状胶黏体,经搅拌混合均匀,在承印物上印刷干燥后能够使印刷品耐温超过200℃,起到保护基层油墨、防粘连的效果,是一种新型的功能性印刷环保材料。
目前的耐高温油墨仍然存在高温下易挥发,易粘连的情况发生,其耐高温性质有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温油墨树脂,其耐温超过300℃,优于目前市面上存在的同类产品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种耐高温油墨树脂,各组分按质量份计包括氯醋树脂10~20份质量份、改性氯化聚丙烯5~15质量份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯4~9质量份、聚四氟乙烯蜡1~2质量份、衣康酸单甲酯3~5质量份、丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物10~15质量份、聚丙烯醋酸丙烯2~3质量份、无水乙醇40~45质量份、纯聚酯消光树脂1~2质量份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种耐高温油墨树脂,其耐温超过300℃,高温下不易挥发,不易粘连,优于目前市面上存在的同类产品。
