本发明公开了一种使用在复杂环境下的无人机涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯30‑45份、氯醋树脂38‑42份、氨基树脂20‑50份、硅烷偶联剂1.2‑3份、环氧大豆油2‑6份、硅油1‑2份、二甲苯4‑9份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.5‑1.3份、铅白4‑6份、滑石粉2‑5份、环氧酸锰1‑3份、二氧化钛0.2‑0.6份、N‑甲基吡咯烷酮4‑8份、滑石粉8‑11份、去离子水10‑16份。本发明中丙烯酸树脂与氨基树脂复合后,形成网状结构,具有优异的耐候性和耐高温性能,且具有高强度。经过涂层后具有易清洁、绝缘性好、耐腐蚀性强的优点,还具有优异的耐候性、耐高温性和耐紫外线性能,将涂层涂覆在无人机表面后,无人机的耐刮性显著增强,使用寿命明显提高。

本发明涉及一种使用在复杂环境下的无人机涂料。
背景技术
随着我国科技建设的发展,无人机在变电设备和线路的检修方面得到了广泛的应用。采用无人机巡检迅速快捷,工作效率高,可在短时间内快速获取变电设备和线路的影像资料,从而方便检修人员判断变电设备和线路的运行情况。但是由于航拍机长时间在特殊环境中工作,机体会受到空气中酸、碱性物质以及紫外线等侵蚀,就需要在对无人机喷涂中使用优异性能的涂料。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种使用在复杂环境下的无人机涂料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种使用在复杂环境下的无人机涂料,由下列重量份的成分组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯30-45份、氯醋树脂38-42份、氨基树脂20-50份、硅烷偶联剂1.2-3份、环氧大豆油2-6份、硅油1-2份、二甲苯4-9份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.5-1.3份、铅白4-6份、滑石粉2-5份、环氧酸锰1-3份、二氧化钛0.2-0.6份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮4-8份、滑石粉8-11份、去离子水10-16份。
上述的一种使用在复杂环境下的无人机涂料,由下列重量份的成分组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯30-41份、氯醋树脂38-40份、氨基树脂20-42份、硅烷偶联剂1.2-1.9份、环氧大豆油2-5份、硅油1-2份、二甲苯4-7份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.5-1份、铅白4-5份、滑石粉2-4份、环氧酸锰1-3份、二氧化钛0.2-0.5份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮4-7份、滑石粉8-10份、去离子水10-14份。
上述的一种使用在复杂环境下的无人机涂料,由下列重量份的成分组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯37份、氯醋树脂39份、氨基树脂29份、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、环氧大豆油4份、硅油2份、二甲苯5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.7份、铅白4份、滑石粉3份、环氧酸锰2份、二氧化钛0.4份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮6份、滑石粉9份、去离子水12份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中丙烯酸树脂与氨基树脂复合后,形成网状结构,具有优异的耐候性和耐高温性能,且具有高强度。经过涂层后具有易清洁、绝缘性好、耐腐蚀性强的优点,还具有优异的耐候性、耐高温性和耐紫外线性能,将涂层涂覆在无人机表面后,无人机的耐刮性显著增强,使用寿命明显提高。
