The horizontal position of one guide wheel 22 is adjustable, and a compression spring 25 is arranged between a connecting seat 23 and a rear end plate 24 of the guide wheel 22, when the product fixing jig 8 enters between the two guide wheels 22, the guide wheels with the adjustable horizontal positions are squeezed out, and the compression spring 25 is compressed, so that the two guide wheels 22 can clamp the product fixing jig 8 by utilizing the acting force of the compression spring 25, and the product fixing jig is prevented from moving in the up-down direction in the dispensing process.

The needle valve 213 capable of closing the glue injection channel 212 is further arranged on the glue seat 21, the needle valve 213 is driven to horizontally move by the air cylinder 214, the air cylinder 214 is electrically connected with a product induction sensor (not shown in the figure) in the glue injection mechanism 2, after a product enters the glue injection mechanism 2, the product induction sensor triggers the air cylinder 214 to retract, so that the needle valve 213 is driven to move away from the glue injection channel 212, glue water can be injected from the glue injection nozzle 211, glue injection is completed, after the product leaves the glue injection mechanism, the air cylinder 214 is triggered to push out, so that the needle valve 213 closes the glue injection channel 212, the on-off of the glue injection channel is controlled by the needle valve, the accurate control of the glue injection quantity of the glue injection nozzle is realized, and the glue injection effect is ensured.
The glue seat 21 is further provided with a glue scraping plate 215 positioned at the rear end of the glue injection nozzle 211, and after the glue is dispensed, the glue on the surface of the product is scraped by the glue scraping plate, so that the glue dispensing quality is ensured.
The unloading mechanism 4 comprises a plurality of planar guide wheels which are installed at the same angle and are inclined downwards along the advancing direction, the horizontal position of one side of the guide wheels is adjustable, a compression spring is arranged between a connecting seat of the guide wheels and a rear end plate, when the product fixing jig 8 enters between the two obliquely installed planar guide wheels, the guide wheels with the adjustable horizontal positions are squeezed out, and the compression spring is compressed, so that the two obliquely installed guide wheels can clamp the product fixing jig 8 by utilizing the acting force of the compression spring, and the product fixing jig 8 moves obliquely along the direction deviating from the advancing direction of the conveyor belt 5 until falling down, as shown in fig. 5.
