The shell can be covered in pedal, display, resistance adjustment handle and the other parts outside the high adjustment handle, plays the effect of protection part to other position parts, also can avoid patient to contact or collide other position parts at patient's low limbs exercise in-process simultaneously, effectively protects other position parts, prolongs the life of rehabilitation training pedal ware. The binding bands are arranged on each pedal, so that the patient can be helped to put feet on the pedals all the time, and invalid movement and accidental personal injury caused by the fact that the foot is empty can be avoided.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the invention relates to a rehabilitation training pedal device, which comprises a fixing mechanism, a pedal movement mechanism and a resistance adjusting mechanism, and is characterized in that: the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate 1-1;
the pedal movement mechanism comprises a pair of pedals (namely a left pedal plate 2-1 and a right pedal plate 2-2) and a connecting piece for connecting the pedals and enabling each pair of pedals to linearly move in opposite directions up and down; the connecting piece is connected with a resistance adjusting mechanism for adjusting the movement resistance of the connecting piece and then adjusting the movement resistance of each pair of pedals;
the resistance adjusting mechanism comprises a brake pad 4-8 and a resistance control device, wherein the brake pad 4-8 is in contact with the connecting piece, and the resistance control device is connected with the brake pad 4-8; the resistance control device consists of a resistance adjusting handle 4-1, a push rod 4-2, a positioning block 4-3, a brake push block 4-4, a brake release push block 4-5, a spring plate 4-7 provided with a spring, a brake ring 4-9 and a brake block guide rod 4-6.
The connecting pieces and the resistance control devices are all fixed on the fixed plate 1-1.
The connecting piece consists of a synchronous belt 2-5, a synchronous belt wheel 2-4 and a synchronous belt idler wheel 2-3 which is contacted with the resistance adjusting mechanism, wherein the synchronous belt 2-5 is connected with a pair of pedals. The fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate 1-1 and four supporting rods, and the supporting rods are connected with the fixing plate 1-1;
the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate 1-1 and four supporting rods, and the four supporting rods are rectangular and fixed on the peripheral edges of the fixing plate 1-1;
the synchronous belt idler 2-3 and the synchronous belt pulley 2-4 are vertically arranged on the same side surface of the fixed plate 1-1 in a top-to-bottom mode, and the corresponding fixed plate 1-1 between the synchronous belt idler 2-3 and the synchronous belt pulley 2-4 is hollow; the synchronous belt idler 2-3 and the synchronous belt pulley 2-4 are respectively wound with the same annular synchronous belt 2-5 to form vertical parts of the two synchronous belts 2-5, one pedal (namely a left pedal plate 2-1 and a right pedal plate 2-2) is respectively arranged in the middle of the vertical parts of the two synchronous belts 2-5, and the two pedals are respectively positioned at two sides of the fixed plate 1-1; the part, which is not contacted with the synchronous belt 2-5, of the synchronous belt idler 2-3 penetrates through the fixed plate 1-1 and then is sleeved with the brake ring 4-9, and the synchronous belt idler 2-3 and the brake ring 4-9 are separated from the two sides of the fixed plate 1-1; one side of the brake ring 4-9 is sequentially provided with a brake block 4-8, a spring plate 4-7 provided with a spring, a release brake push block 4-5, a brake push block 4-4, a positioning block 4-3, a push rod 4-2 and a resistance adjustment handle 4-1, wherein the positioning block 4-3 is fixed on the fixed plate 1-1, an internal threaded hole (not shown in the drawing) is formed in the positioning block 4-3, the resistance adjustment handle 4-1 is connected with the push rod 4-2, the push rod 4-2 penetrates through the internal threaded hole of the positioning block 4-3, an external thread (not shown in the drawing) matched with the internal threaded hole is formed in the push rod 4-2, the release brake push block 4-5 is arranged at the end part of the push rod 4-2, which penetrates through the positioning block 4-3, a protruding part 4-8-1 which is clamped with the release brake block 4-5 is arranged on the brake block 4-8, and the brake push rod 4-4 is arranged at a part between the release brake push block 4-5 and the brake positioning block 4-3; the positioning block 4-3 is provided with a brake block guide rod 4-6 which faces the direction of the brake ring 4-9, the brake block guide rod 4-6 penetrates through a spring plate 4-7 and then is embedded into a brake block 4-8, the spring plate 4-7 is fixedly connected with one end of a spring (not shown in the drawing), the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the brake block 4-8, and the brake block 4-8 is in contact with the brake ring 4-9 sleeved on the synchronous belt idler wheel 2-3.
The fixed plate 1-1 is provided with a guide mechanism, the guide mechanism is composed of two groups of sliding rails (namely a first sliding rail 3-1 and a second sliding rail 3-3) and linear sliding blocks (namely a first linear sliding block 3-2 and a second linear sliding block of the guide mechanism, the second linear sliding block is not shown in the drawing), and each group is provided with one sliding rail and one linear sliding block; the slide rail is fixed on fixed plate 1-1, and the slide rail direction is unanimous with footboard direction of motion, and straight line slider one end slides from top to bottom at the slide rail, and straight line slider other end and a footboard fixed connection, every footboard corresponds and connects a straight line slider.
The fixed plate 1-1 is provided with a counting mechanism, the counting mechanism consists of a sensor 5-1, a server (not shown in the drawing) and a display 5-2, the sensor 5-1 is connected with the server, and the server is connected with the display 5-2.
The four support rods are respectively two support rods (namely vertical support rods 1-2) which are cylindrical, are in the vertical direction and are parallel to the pedal movement direction, and the other two support rods (namely a horizontal support plate 1-3 positioned above and a horizontal support plate 1-4 positioned below) are cuboid which are flat, are in the horizontal direction and are perpendicular to the pedal movement direction; four corners of the fixing plate 1-1 are respectively fixed with a sliding block 6-7 provided with linear bearings, and each vertical supporting rod penetrates through the inside of two sliding blocks 6-7 provided with linear bearings; a vertical screw rod 6-1 is arranged between the two support plates in the horizontal direction, the screw rod 6-1 is positioned at one end of the support plate in the horizontal direction, a first bearing 6-2 is arranged at the bottom of the screw rod 6-1 and is embedded into the support plate 1-4 in the horizontal direction below, a second bearing 6-3 is arranged at the position, penetrating through the support plate 1-3 in the horizontal direction above, of the upper part of the screw rod 6-1, and a height adjusting handle 6-4 is arranged at the top of the screw rod 6-1; one side of the fixing plate 1-1, which is close to the screw rod 6-1, is provided with a nut sleeve 6-6, and the nut sleeve 6-6 is sleeved on the screw rod 6-1.
The lower horizontal supporting plate 1-4 is fixed on the bottom plate 9 in the horizontal direction, and the fixed plate 1-1 is in a vertical state with the bottom plate 9; two hooks 8 are arranged on the bottom plate 9; the bottom plate 9 is provided with a shell 7, and other parts except the pedals (namely a left pedal plate 2-1 and a right pedal plate 2-2), a display 5-2, a resistance adjusting handle 4-1 and a height adjusting handle 6-4 are covered (covered) inside the shell 7; the pedals are provided with binding bands 2-6.
The specific using method comprises the following steps: before the patient uses the rehabilitation training pedal device, the patient can choose to place the rehabilitation training pedal device on the bed tail and hang the hook 8 on the bed tail rod; then, the patient can adjust the position of the fixed plate 1-1 by rotating the height adjusting handle 6-4 after lying down until the two feet of the patient can contact the two pedals (namely the pedal 2-1 of the left foot and the pedal 2-2 of the right foot); then the resistance of the pedal is adjusted by rotating the resistance adjusting handle 4-1 until the pedal resistance is proper, the patient puts the left foot on the left pedal plate 2-1 and puts the right foot on the right pedal plate 2-2, at the moment, the patient can exercise the lower limb slowly to quickly, when the patient steps on the left pedal plate 2-1 to the bottom, the right pedal plate 2-2 drives the right foot to move reversely until the top, when the patient steps on the right pedal plate 2-2 to the bottom, the left pedal plate 2-1 drives the left foot to move reversely until the top, and the patient reciprocates in such a way as to present a straight line left-right (when the fixed plate 1-1 is vertically arranged and the bottom plate 9 is horizontally arranged in a straight line up-down movement mode). During the patient's movement, the display 5-2 will show the movement in real time. When the patient finishes the lower limb movement, the feet are taken out from the pedals.
