Abstract
本发明提供一种解酒软胶囊,所述解酒软胶囊由明胶溶液和植物提取液混合得到,所述明胶溶液由以下重量份的原料制得:明胶20~30份、甘油5~10份和纯化水50~70份;所述植物提取液由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份。本发明还提供了所述解酒软胶囊的制备方法,步骤如下:制备植物提取液,研磨乳化;制备明胶溶液;将明胶溶液和植物提取液进行压丸、定型,得到解酒软胶囊。本发明提供的解酒软胶囊既充分保留了中草药的药效,又掩盖了中草药的特殊气味,易于服用。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种解酒软胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国人善制酒、爱喝酒,流传着许多与酒有关的历史传统和故事趣闻。现代人有许多婚庆喜宴、联谊应酬、工作洽谈等活动在酒桌上完成。酒在人们的生活中有着很重要的地位,医学证明,适量饮酒可以舒筋活血,对身体有一定的好处,但是经常过量饮酒,会损害肝、胃、脾等内脏器官,造成胃溃疡,肝硬化等疾病。
近年来,随着保健意识的增强,针对解酒保健品的研究也逐渐增多,目前解酒保健品的主要成分多为中草药提取物,然而由于大部分中草药提取物具有特殊气味,使得人们不愿意服用,因此需要制备出既能有效发挥中草药的药效、又能掩盖气味的解酒产品。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有良好解酒效果的解酒软胶囊,还提供了一种工艺简单的解酒软胶囊的制备方法。
本发明提供一种解酒软胶囊,所述解酒软胶囊由明胶溶液和植物提取液混合得到,所述明胶溶液由以下重量份的原料制得:明胶20~30份、甘油5~10份和纯化水50~70份;所述植物提取液由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份。
进一步地,所述明胶溶液由以下重量份的原料制得:明胶25份、甘油10份和纯化水60份。
进一步地,所述植物提取液由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子8份、葛花8份、葛根8份、珍珠草6份、五味子5份、灵芝1份、丹参5份、山楂2份、夏枯草6份、决明子6份、人参1份。
本发明还提供一种上述解酒软胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,对枳椇子、葛花、葛根、珍珠草、五味子、灵芝、丹参、山楂、夏枯草、决明子和人参进行处理,制备得到植物提取液,然后研磨乳化;
S2,制备明胶溶液;
S3,将研磨乳化后的植物提取液和明胶溶液经过压丸、定型,制备得到解酒软胶囊。
进一步地,所述植物提取液通过以下步骤制得:筛选枳椇子、葛花、葛根、珍珠草、五味子、灵芝、丹参、山楂、夏枯草、决明子和人参,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,混合后采用有机溶剂进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用有机溶剂对滤渣再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后浓缩,得到浓缩液,静置,去除沉淀,得到植物提取液。
进一步地,所述有机溶剂为乙醇,采用乙醇回流提取时的温度条件为40~80℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩时的温度条件为30~60℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩至浓缩比重为1.1~1.5,得到浓缩液,浓缩液静置的时间为20h~40h。
进一步地,所述明胶溶液通过以下步骤制得:向化胶罐内加入纯化水,加热,然后加入明胶和甘油,溶解、脱泡,得到混合均匀的明胶溶液。
进一步地,所述脱泡的过程为利用真空泵在压力为-0.1MPa~1.0MPa的条件下脱泡10~30min。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明提供的解酒软胶囊既充分保留了中草药的药效,又掩盖了中草药的特殊气味,易于服用;利用本发明提供的解酒软胶囊能够提高乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,有效促进酒精的分解,且见效快,可缓解过量饮酒后的不适、宿醉后头晕、头痛等症状;本发明提供的解酒软胶囊通过将各种植物合理复配,有效提高了药物活性;本发明提供的解酒软胶囊采用乙醇提取植物成分,充分保留了中草药的活性成分,极大提高了中草药的利用率;本发明提供的解酒软胶囊的制备方法工艺简单、流程可控,能够实现大规模工业生产,具有较好的市场应用价值。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地描述。
本发明的实施例提供了一种解酒软胶囊,包括明胶溶液和植物提取液,明胶溶液由以下重量份的原料制得:明胶20~30份、甘油5~10份和纯化水50~70份;植物提取液由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份。
明胶溶液的制备过程为:向化胶罐内加入纯化水,加热至50~60℃,然后加入明胶和甘油,溶解,利用真空泵在压力为-0.1MPa~1.0MPa的条件下脱泡10~30min,得到混合均匀的明胶溶液。
植物提取液的制备过程为:筛选枳椇子、葛花、葛根、珍珠草、五味子、灵芝、丹参、山楂、夏枯草、决明子和人参,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,混合后采用有机溶剂进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用有机溶剂对滤渣再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后浓缩分离有机溶剂,得到浓缩液,静置,去除沉淀,得到植物提取液。
枳椇子具有生津止渴、醒酒、利尿、保肝的功效,用于醉酒、化学性肝损伤、消渴等症,具有广泛的临床治疗和保健应用价值。
葛花具有解酒醒脾,止血之功效,用于伤酒烦热口渴,头痛头晕,脘腹胀满,呕逆吐酸,不思饮食,吐血,肠风下血。
葛根为豆科植物,是中国南方一些省区的一种常食蔬菜,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用,其主要成分是淀粉,此外含有约12%的黄酮类化合物,包括大豆(黄豆)甙、大豆甙元、葛根素等10余种;并含有胡萝卜甙、氨基酸、香豆素类等,葛根所含有的黄酮类物质,具有抗菌、活血化瘀、扩张冠状动脉血管和脑血管、降低心肌耗氧量、改善心肌收缩功能、促进血液循环、增强机体免疫力等多种药理与保健作用。
珍珠草性凉、微苦,具有平肝清热、利水解毒之功效,主要用于治疗传染性肝炎、肠炎、痢疾、肾炎水肿、小儿疳积等,研究表明,珍珠草含有黄酮、木脂素、萜类、鞣质、生物碱等多种化合物,具有较强的抗乙肝病毒和保肝活性。
五味子的果实具有甘、酸、辛、苦、咸五味,具有敛肺生津、益胃养心、收敛固涩和滋补强壮等功效,五味子中含有木脂素、多糖和挥发油等主要活性成分,总木脂素的含量为2%~8%。
灵芝,为多孔菌科真菌灵芝的子实体,味甘性平,扶正固本,其主要活性成分为灵芝三萜和灵芝多糖,灵芝三萜具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗衰老和护肝等药理功效,灵芝多糖具有抗肿瘤,免疫调节,抗氧化,降血糖等药理作用。
丹参为唇形科鼠尾草属植物,其根及根茎入药,具有祛癖止痛、活血通经、清心除烦、保肝、改善肝微循环的功效。
山楂具有降血脂、降血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。
夏枯草既是食品又是中药材,性寒,味辛、苦,归肝、胆经,具有清肝泻火、明目、散结消肿的功效,主要用于目赤肿痛、目珠夜痛、头痛眩晕、瘰疬、瘿瘤、乳痈、乳癖、乳房胀痛等病症的治疗。
决明子是药食两用的中药,具有降压、利胆、保肝功效,及降低血清胆固醇和强心作用。
人参含有多种人参皂苷、挥发油、氨基酸、微量元素、糖类、维生素类等对人体有益的物质,人参除了能滋补强身外,在防肿瘤、抗衰老、抗心律失常、抑制细胞凋亡、降糖降脂、改善学习记忆、增强性功能和免疫功能及解酒等方面均有疗效。
请参考图1,本发明还提供了上述解酒软胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,按重量份计,称取枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份进行处理,制备得到植物提取液,并将植物提取液加入到乳化罐中研磨乳化至符合软胶囊内容物的要求。
步骤S2,按重量份计,称取明胶20~30份、甘油5~10份和纯化水50~70份,制备得到明胶溶液,备用。
步骤S3,将研磨乳化后的植物提取液和明胶溶液经过压丸、定型,制备得到解酒软胶囊。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的解酒软胶囊和制备方法进行详细说明。
实施例1:
按重量份计,筛选枳椇子8份、葛花8份、葛根8份、珍珠草6份、五味子5份、灵芝1份、丹参5份、山楂2份、夏枯草6份、决明子6份、人参1份进行处理,利用蒸馏水洗净后,装入密封滤纸包中,将密封滤纸包放入提取罐,向提取罐内加入乙醇,加入的乙醇的体积是密封滤纸包内的原料的总体积的5~20倍,然后在温度为40~80℃、压力-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa的条件下加热1~10h,得到滤渣和提取液,提取过程中,乙醇经冷凝装置回流到提取罐,收集第一次提取后得到的提取液,然后加入乙醇对滤渣再次加热提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后在温度为30~60℃、压力为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa的条件下浓缩1~10h,至浓缩比重为1.1~1.5,得到浓缩液,浓缩过程中,乙醇经冷凝装置被收集到回收罐回收利用,将浓缩液静置存放20h~40h,去除沉淀,保留上清液,即得到植物提取液,将植物提取液加入到乳化罐中研磨乳化至符合软胶囊内容物的要求;按重量份计,称取纯化水60份加入到化胶罐中,加热至50~60℃,然后加入明胶25份、甘油10份,溶解后,利用真空泵在压力为-0.1MPa~1.0MPa的条件下脱泡10~30min,得到混合均匀的明胶溶液,利用保温桶在50~60℃下保存,供制备解酒软胶囊使用;用加料勺将植物提取液倒入盛料斗,盖上盖子,打开化胶罐的放料口适当放出明胶溶液,保证明胶溶液流出顺畅,将化胶罐的放料口用胶管与软胶囊机的主机箱连接,胶管外包裹胶套用以保温,胶盒温度设置为50~60℃,化胶罐的进气口连接压缩空气的接口,压缩空气的压力根据明胶溶液的粘稠度作适当调整,接通软胶囊机的电源,对喷体进行加热,调转模压力,以刚好压出丸为宜,调节内容物装量,正常开机,压制,即得到解酒软胶囊,每粒解酒软胶囊内含200mg植物提取液。
性能实验:
随机选取12颗通过实施例1制得的解酒软胶囊,每颗从中间切开,得到24份解酒软胶囊,备用;选取48只健康小鼠(雌雄各半,体重20~30g),随机分为两组:对照组和实验组,实验组的每只小鼠服用一粒解酒软胶囊,对照组的不服用,15分钟后所有小鼠灌胃0.2mL43度的白酒,等待60分钟后,采集所有小鼠的血液,测量酒精浓度,对照组的小鼠体内的酒精浓度为15~20mg/mL,实验组的小鼠体内的酒精浓度为2~6mg/mL,实验结果表明实施例1制得的解酒软胶囊具有较好的解酒效果。
实施例2:
按重量份计,筛选枳椇子6份、葛花6份、葛根6份、珍珠草7份、五味子7份、灵芝2份、丹参7份、山楂1.5份、夏枯草5.5份、决明子5.5份、人参1.5份,利用蒸馏水清洗干净后,装入密封滤纸包中,采用乙醇在温度为55℃、压力为-0.12Mpa的条件下进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用乙醇对滤渣再次回流提取,合并两次提取得到的提取液,然后在温度为50℃、压力为-0.2MPa的条件下浓缩分离乙醇,至浓缩比重为1.2,获得浓缩液,将浓缩液静置存放30h,去除沉淀,保留上清液,得到植物提取液,将植物提取液加入到乳化罐中研磨乳化至符合软胶囊内容物的要求;按重量份计,称取纯化水55份加入到化胶罐中,加热至55℃,然后加入明胶22份、甘油15份,溶解后,利用真空泵在压力为0.5MPa的条件下脱泡15min,得到混合均匀的明胶溶液,利用保温桶在55℃下保存,供制备解酒软胶囊使用;用加料勺将植物提取液倒入盛料斗,盖上盖子,打开化胶罐的放料口适当放出明胶溶液,保证明胶溶液流出顺畅,将化胶罐的放料口用胶管与软胶囊机的主机箱连接,胶管外包裹胶套用以保温,胶盒温度设置为55℃,化胶罐的进气口连接压缩空气的接口,压缩空气的压力根据明胶溶液的粘稠度作适当调整,接通软胶囊机的电源,对喷体进行加热,调转模压力,以刚好压出丸为宜,调节内容物装量,正常开机,压制,即得到解酒软胶囊,每粒解酒软胶囊内含200mg植物提取液。
实施例3:
按重量份计,筛选枳椇子9.5份、葛花9份、葛根9.5份、珍珠草9.5份、五味子8.5份、灵芝4.5份、丹参6.5份、山楂4.5份、夏枯草8.5份、决明子9份、人参4份进行处理,利用蒸馏水洗净后,装入密封滤纸包中,采用乙醇在温度为65℃、压力为-0.3Mpa的条件下进行回流提取,得到滤渣和提取液,采用乙醇对滤渣再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后在温度为45℃、压力为-0.5MPa的条件下进行浓缩,至浓缩比重为1.4,得到浓缩液,静置存放35h,去除沉淀,保留上清液,即得到植物提取液,将植物提取液加入到乳化罐中研磨乳化至符合软胶囊内容物的要求;按重量份计,称取纯化水65份加入到化胶罐中,加热至58℃,然后加入明胶28份、甘油9份,溶解后,利用真空泵在压力为0.8MPa的条件下脱泡20min,得到混合均匀的明胶溶液,利用保温桶在58℃下保存,供制备解酒软胶囊使用;用加料勺将植物提取液倒入盛料斗,盖上盖子,打开化胶罐的放料口适当放出明胶溶液,保证明胶溶液流出顺畅,将化胶罐的放料口用胶管与软胶囊机的主机箱连接,胶管外包裹胶套用以保温,胶盒温度设置为58℃,化胶罐的进气口连接压缩空气的接口,压缩空气的压力根据明胶溶液的粘稠度作适当调整,接通软胶囊机的电源,对喷体进行加热,调转模压力,以刚好压出丸为宜,调节内容物装量,正常开机,压制,即得到解酒软胶囊,每粒解酒软胶囊内含200mg植物提取液。

1.一种解酒软胶囊,其特征在于,所述解酒软胶囊由明胶溶液和植物提取液混合得到,所述明胶溶液由以下重量份的原料制得:明胶20~30份、甘油5~10份和纯化水50~70份;所述植物提取液由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的解酒软胶囊,其特征在于,所述明胶溶液由以下重量份的原料制得:明胶25份、甘油10份和纯化水60份。
3.如权利要求1所述的解酒软胶囊,其特征在于,所述植物提取液由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子8份、葛花8份、葛根8份、珍珠草6份、五味子5份、灵芝1份、丹参5份、山楂2份、夏枯草6份、决明子6份、人参1份。
4.一种权利要求1~3任一项所述的解酒软胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,对枳椇子、葛花、葛根、珍珠草、五味子、灵芝、丹参、山楂、夏枯草、决明子和人参进行处理,制备得到植物提取液,然后研磨乳化;
S2,制备明胶溶液;
S3,将研磨乳化后的植物提取液和明胶溶液经过压丸、定型,制备得到解酒软胶囊。
5.如权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述植物提取液通过以下步骤制得:筛选枳椇子、葛花、葛根、珍珠草、五味子、灵芝、丹参、山楂、夏枯草、决明子和人参,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,混合后采用有机溶剂进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用有机溶剂对滤渣再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后浓缩,得到浓缩液,静置,去除沉淀,得到植物提取液。
6.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为乙醇,采用乙醇回流提取时的温度条件为40~80℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩时的温度条件为30~60℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩至浓缩比重为1.1~1.5,得到浓缩液,浓缩液静置的时间为20h~40h。
7.如权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述明胶溶液通过以下步骤制得:向化胶罐内加入纯化水,加热,然后加入明胶和甘油,溶解、脱泡,得到混合均匀的明胶溶液。
8.如权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述脱泡的过程为利用真空泵在压力为-0.1MPa~1.0MPa的条件下脱泡10~30min。
