本发明公开了一种有机植物杀虫剂,包括:大蒜汁、由梭子蟹壳、贝壳的混合物和果酒制成的酒糟液,由植物茎叶加水发酵制成的茎叶发酵液,制备方法为:将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎过筛制备成混合壳粉;将混合壳粉和果酒混合搅拌均匀后发酵制备成酒糟液,备用;将用果酒清洗过的植物茎叶混合粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,加水发酵,制备成茎叶发酵液;将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。本发明的有机植物杀虫剂广谱高效,能有效防治病虫害,且绿色环境友好,无污染物残留,还具有改良修复土壤有机质结构的功效。

背景技术
杀虫剂是主要用于防治农业害虫和城市卫生害虫的药品。使用历史长远、用量大、品种多,长期以来,频发的病虫害成为制约我国农业发展的重要原因,每年病虫害造成的经济损失在千亿元以上,受灾面积有逐年增加的趋势。
杀虫剂按来源可分为生物源杀虫剂和化学合成杀虫剂两类。目前防治病虫害最主要的的方法是化学防治法,即应用化学农药杀死害虫,由于其作用快,效果好,使用方便,不受地区季节性限制,因此被大量使用,但几乎所有化学杀虫剂都会严重地改变生态系统,大部分对人体有害,其它的会被集中在食物链中。
生物杀虫剂的主要特点是对人和畜禽绝对安全,在毒杀害虫的同时不会伤害人和畜禽。使用后对害虫具有物理触杀,拒食、忌避、破坏消化系统,切割害虫防护外膜达到脱水死亡的独特作用,害虫不易产生抗性;同时在自然环境下能够达到可控范围内的迅速光化,降解,没有任何残留,但选择性高,针对性强,进行病虫害防治时繁琐复杂,因此,研发广谱高效、对非目标生物安全、易分解且分解产物对环境无污染的杀虫剂是当前病虫害防治的主流方向。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种有机植物杀虫剂及其制备方法,旨在绿色方便的制备高效、无毒无害且可改良修复土壤的广谱杀虫剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种有机植物杀虫剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:大蒜汁5-10%、由梭子蟹壳、贝壳的混合物和果酒制成的酒糟液15-25%,由植物茎叶加水发酵制成的茎叶发酵液65-75%。
梭子蟹壳、贝壳的混合物中梭子蟹壳与贝壳的重量百分比为30-51%:49-70%,梭子蟹壳、贝壳的混合物和果酒的重量百分比为50-80%:20-50%。
植物茎叶为鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、鲜虎杖茎叶的任一种或几种的混合,优选为鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、新鲜虎杖茎叶以30-40%:35-45%:25-35%的重量百分比混合;果酒优选为柿子酒,清水优选为山泉水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的有机植物杀虫剂富含有机大蒜素2%、有机氨基寡糖3%、有机青蒿素4%、多种生物碱5%、有机四氢大麻酚酸0.8%、有机大麻二酚酸0.5%、有机大麻色酸0.6%,有机乙酸1%,具有诱导抗病因子、病毒复制抑制钝化因子、金属螯合稳定因子、抗旱和抗冻因子、多种氨基酸、多种维生素、以及各种镁、铁、钙、钠、硒、锌、锰、锗等人体必需的微量元素和有机质,能有效防治病虫害,料渣可作为有机磷肥、有机氮肥、有机钾肥,能把全部原料得以利用。
本发明技术产品中有效杀虫成分具有可自然降解的特点,采用根据不同释放对象可以调和不同的浓度进行喷洒农作物植物叶面和耕种地土壤面,制成的药剂遇五倍于喷洒施放量的地下水体和湿气即可自然分解成无毒无害的化合物和单质的有机质,对地下水体和土壤不造成任何此次生的公害物质污染,并具有改良修复土壤有机质结构,促进土壤的松软,防止板结和固化以及促进蚯蚓、青蛙等益虫的复归和自然生长的功效。
本发明技术方案还包括有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以梭子蟹壳:贝壳=30-51%:49-70%的重量百分比将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎过筛制备成混合壳粉;
步骤2)以混合壳粉:果酒50-80%:20-50%的重量百分比将混合壳粉和果酒混合搅拌均匀后保持40-49℃恒温100-120分钟后自然发酵5-7天制备成酒糟液备用;
步骤3)将用果酒清洗过的植物茎叶混合粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,将水加热至100℃后自然冷却至60-70℃后加入发酵池中,至液面高于粉碎平铺后的植物茎叶5-15cm,密封,恒温30-45℃自然发酵5-7天,制备成茎叶发酵液;
步骤4)以大蒜汁:酒糟液:茎叶发酵液=5-10%:15-25%:65-75%的重量百分比将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵3-5天,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。
本发明制备方法的有益效果是:本发明的制备方法工艺简便,无三废产生,对环境绿色友好无污染。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以梭子蟹壳:贝壳=30%:70%的重量百分比将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎过筛制备成混合壳粉;
步骤2)以混合壳粉:柿子酒50%:50%的重量百分比将混合壳粉和柿子酒混合搅拌均匀后保持40℃恒温100分钟后自然发酵5天制备成酒糟液备用;
步骤3)将用柿子酒清洗过的鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、新鲜虎杖茎叶以30%:35%:35%的重量百分比混合粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,将清水加热至100℃后自然冷却至60℃后加入发酵池中,至液面高于粉碎平铺后的植物茎叶5cm,密封,恒温30℃自然发酵5天,制备成茎叶发酵液;
步骤4)以大蒜汁:酒糟液:茎叶发酵液=5%:25%:75%的重量百分比将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵5天,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。
实施例2
有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以梭子蟹壳:贝壳=51%:49%的重量百分比将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎过筛制备成混合壳粉;
步骤2)以混合壳粉:柿子酒80%:20%的重量百分比将混合壳粉和柿子酒混合搅拌均匀后保持49℃恒温120分钟后自然发酵7天制备成酒糟液备用;
步骤3)将用柿子酒清洗过的鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、新鲜虎杖茎叶以40%:35%:25%的重量百分比混合粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,将清水加热至100℃后自然冷却至70℃后加入发酵池中,至液面高于粉碎平铺后的植物茎叶15cm,密封,恒温45℃自然发酵7天,制备成茎叶发酵液;
步骤4)以大蒜汁:酒糟液:茎叶发酵液=10%:15%:75%的重量百分比将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵5天,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。
实施例3
有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以梭子蟹壳:贝壳=40%:60%的重量百分比将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎过筛制备成混合壳粉;
步骤2)以混合壳粉:柿子酒80%:20%的重量百分比将混合壳粉和柿子酒混合搅拌均匀后保持45℃恒温115分钟后自然发酵6天制备成酒糟液备用;
步骤3)将用柿子酒清洗过的鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、新鲜虎杖茎叶以30%:45%:25%的重量百分比混合粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,将清水加热至100℃后自然冷却至65℃后加入发酵池中,至液面高于粉碎平铺后的植物茎叶10cm,密封,恒温40℃自然发酵6天,制备成茎叶发酵液;
步骤4)以大蒜汁:酒糟液:茎叶发酵液=10%:25%:65%的重量百分比将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵4天,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。
实施例4
有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以梭子蟹壳:贝壳=50%:50%的重量百分比将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎过筛制备成混合壳粉;
步骤2)以混合壳粉:柿子酒60%:40%的重量百分比将混合壳粉和柿子酒混合搅拌均匀后保持48℃恒温110分钟后自然发酵5天制备成酒糟液备用;
步骤3)将用柿子酒清洗过的鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、新鲜虎杖茎叶以30%:35%:35%的重量百分比混合粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,将清水加热至100℃后自然冷却至68℃后加入发酵池中,至液面高于粉碎平铺后的植物茎叶10cm,密封,恒温35℃自然发酵5天,制备成茎叶发酵液;
步骤4)以大蒜汁:酒糟液:茎叶发酵液=5%:25%:70%的重量百分比将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵3天,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。
实施例5
有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以梭子蟹壳:贝壳=45%:55%的重量百分比将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎过筛制备成混合壳粉;
步骤2)以混合壳粉:柿子酒70%:30%的重量百分比将混合壳粉和柿子酒混合搅拌均匀后保持45℃恒温117分钟后自然发酵6天制备成酒糟液备用;
步骤3)将用柿子酒清洗过的鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、新鲜虎杖茎叶以40%:35%:25%的重量百分比混合粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,将清水加热至100℃后自然冷却至70℃后加入发酵池中,至液面高于粉碎平铺后的植物茎叶10cm,密封,恒温30℃自然发酵7天,制备成茎叶发酵液;
步骤4)以大蒜汁:酒糟液:茎叶发酵液=10%:15%:75%的重量百分比将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵5天,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。
应用例1
对受飞虫菜粉蝶虫害的大白菜按照100ml自来水:1ml药剂的配比在背式喷雾器中进行配置搅拌后于上午9点20分喷施本发明实施例1所制备的有机植物杀虫剂。在喷施过程中,掌握均匀地在杆径叶面从左至右遍施,全面覆盖,施后可明显看到施药处的灰白色成蝶迅速掉落,三个小时后完全没有生命迹象,其它被惊扰的菜粉蝶未再次靠近喷施过药剂的菜地周围10米远的地方停歇,附着在叶面上的虫蛹施药后立即掉落,10分钟后已失去生命特征;三个小时后虫蛹尸体开始腐化。
为巩固杀虫效果,避免虫害反弹,当日下午5点10分按照第一道喷施技术规范进行第二次喷施。第二次喷施前没有见到任何菜粉蝶成蝶、虫蛹或其他害虫停留在叶面上,在施后5天观察,施药处均没有菜粉蝶虫害的反弹侵害。
应用例2
对受玉米大斑病病害的玉米按照40ml水:1ml药剂的配比在背式喷雾器中进行配置搅拌后喷施本发明实施例2所制备的有机植物杀虫剂。在喷施过程中,掌握均匀地在杆径叶面从左至右遍施,全面覆盖,施后大斑病得到了有效控制,未有反弹迹象,叶片慢慢返青返绿。
挂苞挂须时由于受到周围玉米地大量玉米螟虫害影响,出现部分杆径蛀洞嫩苞被蛀情况,对玉米进行第二次喷施,并在第二次喷施后第六天进行了第三次喷施。施后玉米螟虫害灾情完全得到了控制。直到玉米收成结束,未发现任何虫病害发生,玉米产量和质量均未受到任何影响。
应用例3
对中华猕猴桃按照40ml水:1ml药剂的配比在背式喷雾器中进行配置搅拌后喷施本发明实施例3所制备的有机植物杀虫剂,施药时间:在春芽初萌前从根部到藤茎进行第一次喷施(含猕猴桃种植园地地面),以防治根线虫、蝼蛄、地老虎及各种病虫害的滋生;在枝叶生长期从根部到藤茎进行第二次喷施(含猕猴桃种植园地地面),以防治叶斑病、叶螨、介壳虫、大青叶蝉等病虫害滋生;挂果初期在叶面和幼果上进行第三次喷施,以防治小薪甲、菜蝽、茶翅蝽、蒂腐病;果实成熟期在叶面和果实上进行第四次喷施,以防吸果夜蛾、果腐病等虫害的滋生繁殖。
四次喷施后均未发现任何病虫害产生。
应用例4
对受稻瘟病、白叶枯病、稻飞虱和稻苞虫病虫害的水稻按照100ml水:3ml药剂的配比在背式喷雾器中进行配置搅拌后喷施本发明实施例4所制备的有机植物杀虫剂。至抽穗壮米时未发现任何虫害。
夏季由于受稻飞虱、蚂蚱和稻苞虫的虫害,在发现虫害第一天进行第二次、时隔三天后进行第三次、再后五天后进行第四次共三次除害喷施。喷施后所有疫情虫害全部根除。
应用例5
对受到不同生长阶段出现蛴螬、地老虎、金针虫、叶斑病、根腐病等病虫害的太子参按照125ml水:2ml药剂的配比在背式喷雾器中进行配置搅拌后喷施本发明实施例3所制备的有机植物杀虫剂,施药时间:冬至前在翻地施肥压底时进行第一次喷施;次年下种时对种子和泥土进行第二次喷施;叶苗旺盛期进行第三次喷施,发根成熟和采收期不需进行喷施。
整个施肥、下种、采收全程,太子参均未见到往年频发的如叶斑病、根腐病、地老虎、金针虫等病虫害情形。

Claims (9)
1.一种有机植物杀虫剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:大蒜汁5-10%、由梭子蟹壳、贝壳和果酒制成的酒糟液15-25%,由植物茎叶加水发酵制成的茎叶发酵液65-75%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机植物杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述梭子蟹壳、贝壳组成的混合物中梭子蟹壳与贝壳的重量百分比为30-51%:49-70%,所述混合物和果酒的重量百分比为50-80%:20-50%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种有机植物杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述植物茎叶为鲜艾草茎叶、鲜火麻茎叶、鲜虎杖茎叶的任一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种有机植物杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述果酒为柿子酒。
5.一种有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将梭子蟹壳与贝壳混合后粉碎制备成混合壳粉;
步骤2)将混合壳粉和果酒混合搅拌均匀后发酵制备成酒糟液备用;
步骤3)将用果酒清洗过的植物茎叶粉碎后平铺至发酵池中,加水发酵,制备成茎叶发酵液;
步骤4)将大蒜汁、酒糟液与茎叶发酵液按权利要求1至4任一项所述的重量百分比混合,搅拌均匀后自然发酵,取出后过滤、灌装即得所述有机植物杀虫剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述粉碎为粉碎至粒径为60-100目。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述发酵的操作为:保持40-49℃恒温100-120分钟后自然发酵5-7天。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述加水发酵的操作为:将水加热至100℃后自然冷却至60-70℃后加入发酵池中,至液面高于粉碎平铺后的植物茎叶5-15cm,密封,恒温30-45℃自然发酵5-7天,过滤获得茎叶发酵液。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种有机植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中所述自然发酵的时间为3-5天。
